Ans : The outer diameter of the matte box is 138mm.
Q. Which lenses it will work with ?
Ans : It will work with all photo & cinema standard and wide angle lenses.
Q. Will it work with gh4 camera ?
Ans : Yes, this matte box will work with GH4 camera with any photo & cinema standard and wide angle lenses.
Q. Will it work with Sigma 18-50mm f/2.8 and Canon EF-S 18-200mm lens ?
Ans : Yes, this matte box will work with Sigma 18-50mm f/2.8 lens.
Q. Will it work with Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS II USM Lens and Canon EF 11-24mm f/4L USM Lens ?
Ans : Yes, this matte box will work with Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS II USM Lens and Canon EF 11-24mm f/4L USM Lens.
Q. What is the maximum lens dia, the mattebox will fit to ?
Ans : The matte box will fit to the lenses with upto 138mm outer diameter.
Q. Will it work with 5d/7d with battery grip ?
Ans : This mattebox cannot be used with Canon 5d/7d with battery grip as such but we have the option of height riser incase required.
Q. What is the material of matte box ?
Ans : The mattebox hood is made up of Polyamide Resin. Flags & height adjuster are aluminum made and donuts are of foam.
Q. What are the dimensions of filter trays used in this matte box ?
Ans : This matte box includes two filter trays of 4” x 5.65”. We provide two masks of 4” x 4” to use these with filter trays in order to use the 4 x 4 filters with this matte box.
Q. Which filters I can use with it ?
Ans : You can use 4x5.65 as well as 4x4 filters with this mattebox.
Q. Are the filter trays rotating ?
Ans : Yes, both the filter trays are 360 degree rotatable.
Q. What is the dia of donut rings ?
We provide 5 donut rings with this Filmcity MB-7 matte box in dia 50mm, 65mm, 75mm, 100mm and one plain (without dia cutting) to cut and use according to your lens diameter.
Q. Is it returnable for a full refund if it doesn’t meet my expectations upon delivery ?
Ans : Yes, absolutely. We always backup our sales. In case, you don't like the product, we take it back within 14 days and you get a 100% refund.
Q. What is the warranty ?
Ans : We provide 1year warranty from the date of purchase. Items which are covered by the warranty period will be replaced at no cost to the customer. Replacement parts of the product will be provided at nominal cost (covering the cost price of the replacement parts only) to the customers after the Warranty Period has expired.

Shipping
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. All orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. However, if your item is unavailable for any reason ( for ex: a shipment issue) , we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
Once we process the charges to your credit card, the order will ship within five business days from the date of you placing the order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 7 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at gs@theverythingdepot.com.
No Shipping outside the USA. (Some exceptions apply - if the website permits you to check out and enter your shipping address, you will receive your order)
To return your product, you should mail your product to: whatever address we provide unique to the order or manufacturer
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. There is also a restocking fee (different for each product) that will be charged when you return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and restocking will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Our base "Curb-side" Pickup shipping is always completely free! This option usually takes between 5-15 days to arrive at your doorstep, after you have submitted your order. There are other options available, however.
