The Cadco CBC-GG-4 mobile merchandising cart shows off food to onlookers on either side on its angled top display shelves. Its stainless steel frame resists corrosion, and the rubber bumpers on the cart's corners protect it from dents. A handle on one end helps with moving the unit, and on the other end, a flip-up shelf provides space for a register, napkins, and condiments.
Each of the four hot bays operates separately, and with four pan holders and eight pans, operators can separate food items. This unit also comes with four clear rolling lids to display the food and protect it from contaminants. Safety shields are affixed along the bays' sides, and the cart’s interior has lockable doors. Inside are another outlet, the food controls, and two adjustable shelves.
