Placing Backorder

Want to place an backorder for an item that is currently out of stock?

We monitor inventory levels for most brands on our website to provide an smooth shopping experience for everyone. 

Occasionally, items that appear to be in stock are out of stock at the manufacturers level. 

Placing Orders

To place orders for items out of stock, simply contact us in any of the follow ways

Once or before a backorder is placed, we'll contact the manufacturer to get an estimated time for the product to be back in stock and ready to be shipped.

We will send you an custom invoice to reserve your backorder.

Doing so, you have locked in the price and place in line for the product you're interested in.

Cancelling Your Backorder

We want to be as transparent as possible, cancelling orders results in credit card fees that are not reimbursable. If you choose to cancel your backorder, there will be just a 3% cancellation fee to cover costs if you used a Credit Card.

If you used an installment plan or other means of payment including but not limited to:

  • Shop Pay
  • Klarna
  • Affirm

We are not able to cancel your backorder due to the nature of the payment processor.
