Refunds & Return Policy
We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We take pride in having one of the best return policies in the industry at The Everything Depot. Cancel your order at any time before it ships for free (exceptions apply such as custom orders, see below).

Cancellations (Before Order Ships).
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can issue a full refund before the order leaves the warehouse. During business hours, call 866-777-2590, use the chat feature in the bottom right, or email support@theeverythingdepot.com.
Refunds and Returns.
You may exchange your product if necessary. Throughout the returns and exchange processes, you, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs.
We have a 4-week return policy, which means you can request a return within 4 weeks of placing/receiving the order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped. We order our products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return. This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to us if you would like specific information on your brand and/or product.
If we accept your return, we will send you a return authorization number as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will be refused.
Because LTL/freight shipping costs have skyrocketed, any outright returns will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee plus return shipping costs. We may be able to help you cover some of the costs if you are replacing the product with something else, depending on the product.
We will issue the refund as soon as the return is approved and the product is shipped back to our warehouse in the eligible condition. Please allow 7-10 business days after we receive your return shipment for the balance to appear on the account you used to place your order. If the product is returned in used or lightly used condition, or if any accessories are missing, no refund will be issued.
Shipping Times
We promise to do everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. We provide estimated shipping times on product pages based on what our freight companies tell us. Those estimated shipping times are subject to change or variation without notice (due to supply chain issues, steel mills are behind on making metal, manufacturers are delayed due to mills, the overwhelming demand on shipping, factory/warehouse and dock workers, and so on).

When you are making a purchase from The Everything Depot, you are acknowledging the following of the Exchange Agreement:
I understand that I must inspect the package upon delivery and note and photograph any damage before reporting it to The Everything Depot within 24 hours of the product being delivered.
In the event of a refund or exchange, I understand that I am responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as the cost of new product shipping.
I am aware that products must be returned unopened and unused. There may be an additional restocking fee.
I understand that if my order has already left the warehouse, I will not be eligible for a full refund.
I understand that if I return my order after it has shipped, I will be responsible for any return shipping fees as well as restocking fees, which vary by product but are typically around 20%.
I understand that the shipping date estimates provided on product pages are only estimates and may change due to factors completely beyond The Everything Depot's control.
I understand and agree that I will not cancel my order or file a chargeback as a result of an order delay or because an estimate time provided to me proved to be incorrect due to factors beyond The Everything Depot's control.(such as manufacturing and logistical constraints of our partner companies).
Damages
When your items arrive, please inspect the packaging; if you notice any damage, please make a note of it when signing for delivery. If your items arrive damaged, please email photos of the damage, box and SKU, as well as a brief description of the damage to info@theeverythingdepot.com, and we will file an insurance claim on your behalf. Photos and videos for freight damage must be sent within 24 hours of arrival or the freight damage claim will be rejected. Any visible signs of exterior damage or punctures must be reported within 24 hours.
Warranty.
Warranties differ depending on the manufacturer; details can be found on individual product pages. Warranty damage occurs over time and as a result of use. It is not a warranty claim if an item was damaged upon arrival and not reported within 30 days.
Returns
The Everything Depot default is that customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges or reconsignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Almost all of our products have guarantee warranty policies, which means you will receive a fully functional, operating product that you paid for with no additional costs on your end - please see individual product pages for details.
Chargebacks
Our agents are here to help you and resolve any issues. We have purposefully designed our policies to be as equitable as possible, and we believe they are the best in the industry. We're on your side. We respond quickly and will do everything we can to assist you and provide the best resolution.
Given this, any customer who files a fraudulent chargeback will be prosecuted for theft. If you have not received a product or have a problem with one that you have received, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your problem. Please do not file chargebacks for issues that can be resolved collaboratively. Thank you for your business!
