The Cadco CBC-GG-2 mobile merchandising cart has display shelves at the top that create additional space for showcasing product. Slanting shelves highlight items to onlookers from a distance while also providing access to customers on both sides. Its stainless steel frame resists rust and scuffs, and the rubber bumpers on the cart's corners protect it from dents. A handle on one end helps with maneuvering, while the other end’s flip-up shelf provides room for a register, napkins, or additional condiments.

This cart has two individually operating hot bays to keep food warm, each with clear rolling lids that display food and shield it from contaminants. Two pan holders and four pans to separate food in the hot bays are included. For safety, shields run alongside the hot bays on both sides. Inside the cart's lockable doors sit the food controls, an additional power outlet, and one shelf.
