Easy to clean with removable control box and element, and includes nickel-plated fry baskets with insulated, cool-to-touch handles.

- Warming Temp Rates: 7-10 minutes for initial oil warm-up. Oilrecovery after each batch ~5 minutes (rate may vary with chilled/frozen foods).
