The Globe GFF35PG propane gas floor fryer is built with durable construction and high-performance features. Oil capacity of 35-40 pounds for low to mid-volume frying. These fryers are designed to provide lasting value. With 6-inch tubes and high heat baffles for better transfer of heat into the oil rather than up the flue. A larger cold zone helps keep more particles out of the cooking area, prolonging oil life and reducing flavor transfer.
