FOR GOLD & PLATINUM SERIES FRYERS
Filter Drawer Oil Filtration System
Can be placed on any of the Gold Series or Platinum Series fryers.
- All filters for gas fryers are available in 115vac-60hz. All single phase. For voltages, please contact the factory.
- All filters for electric fryers are wired at the factory for the fryer voltage on models from 208-240v. All 440-480v units require an additional 115v supply to power the filter system.
- Tie into a remote oil system with waste oil piping option, for use with the filter drawer in a battery of two or more fryers.
Filter Drawer Includes:
- Starter Pack of Filter Paper
- Starter Pack of Filter Powder
- Drain Clean Out Rod & Brush
OPTIONS & ACCESSORIES
- Flush Hose – to assist in rinsing the tank during oil filtration
- Filter Heater – for use with solid shortening
- Add piping to existing battery filter drawer or solo-filter and piping through a BNB Dump Station
- Paperless filtration
