Proaim launches its new Boxer HD-2X Motorized Pan Tilt Head (P-BXR-HD-2X) is a remote-controlled pan and tilt head designed for use with video and film cameras weighing up to 15kg/ 33lb. It is controlled by the variable speed joystick control box that connects to the gear motors via the included 13m extension cable. The Robust remote head easily attaches to a jib crane in the upright or hanging position without any tools. The adjustable camera cradle supports horizontal and vertical balancing to achieve zero gravity tilting. The High quality Pan tilt head offers 360-degree panning and tilting ability while keeping your camera safe and secure.

Shipping
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. All orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. However, if your item is unavailable for any reason ( for ex: a shipment issue) , we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
Once we process the charges to your credit card, the order will ship within five business days from the date of you placing the order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 7 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at gs@theverythingdepot.com.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: whatever address we provide unique to the order or manufacturer
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. There is also a restocking fee (different for each product) that will be charged when you return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and restocking will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
