Besides sporting a powerful 500w , 48v power plant, the PROTEAN comes standard with dual usb charge port for your phone or tablet, reverse, 2 speed limiter switch, alarm system, LED lights under the floor deck, tow hitch, ez swap battery pack, basket, seat, and folding handlebars! The PROTEAN also accepts the optional multi-tote trailer, the Tag a Long, Deluxe seat with arm rest, back rest add on, and custom DC to AC inverter ! To return your product, you should mail your product to: whatever address we provide unique to the order or manufacturer

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. There is also a restocking fee (different for each product) that will be charged when you return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and restocking will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
