Every piece of the rattan wicker and aluminum supported set is upholstered in Sunbrella® fabric, which is known for its ability to withstand extreme weather without fading or wilting.
The fabric can also withstand red wine stains, sun fading, and play time from children on the furniture. Residential use Warranty (3 years warranty)
Cozy Corner Patios LLC is pleased to offer the 3-year residential warranty covering all furniture products that we sell that are in normal residential use from the date of delivery until the end of Three-year period. Each piece of Cozy Corner Patios furniture shall be free from manufacturing defects in materials, workmanship or construction. If a defect appears within the Three years.
Commercial use Warranty (1 year warranty)
Cozy Corner Patios LLC is pleased to offer the 1-year commercial warranty covering all furniture products we sell that are in normal commercial use from the date of delivery until the end of one year. Each piece of Cozy Corner Patios furniture shall be free from manufacturing defects in materials, workmanship or construction. If a defect appears within the one year.
Product sold under Cozy Corner Patios brand products on our website at a full price or on-sale are eligible for 3 year warranty (residential use) or 1 year warranty (commercial use). Products purchased at close-out OR clearance sale Or purchased via other websites or platforms are not covered under the 3 year warranty (residential use) or 1 year warranty (commercial use).
Products manufactured by other brands and sold on our website are not subject to our Cozy Corner Patios warranties but their warranty is covered under respective manufacturers warranties, for more information please visit the respective product/manufacturer page.
3 year warranty (residential use) or 1 year warranty (commercial use) offers coverage for aluminium frames, zippers, stitches, and other components against any manufacturing defect, sun damage and wear & tear not related to the everyday use of our products. Accidental, intentional or any issues arising for reasons other than previously listed are not covered under our 3 year warranty (residential use) or 1 year warranty (commercial use).
Cushion Fabric is covered under 5 years limited warranty by Sunbrella®.

Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Once we process the charges to your credit card, the order will ship within 7-14 business days from the date of you placing the order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Order Shipment:
All orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. However, if your item is unavailable for any reason (for ex: a shipment issue) , we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. Order transit time is 7-14 business days.
No Shipping outside the USA. (Some exceptions apply - if the website permits you to check out and enter your shipping address, you will receive your order)

Damages
The Everything Depot is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: whatever address we provide unique to the order or manufacturer
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. There is also a restocking fee (different for each product) that will be charged when you return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and restocking will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
