Bathroom Vanities

Bathroom Vanities includes more than 750 vanities for primary baths, guest baths and powder rooms, from compact single sink cabinets to wide double sink units, floating wall-mount designs and freestanding furniture-style pieces with countertops. It is meant for homeowners remodeling a bath, contractors finishing a project and property managers updating units. Most vanities fall between about $730 and $3,200.
How to choose bathroom vanities
Measure width, depth and height
Measure the wall where the vanity will sit and leave at least a few inches of clearance on each side so drawers and doors can open past trim, toilets and tub edges. Common widths run 24, 30, 36, 48, 60 and 72 inches; double sinks usually start at about 60 inches. Standard depth is about 21 inches, and narrower depths around 18 inches help in tight powder rooms. Counter height is traditionally about 32 inches, while comfort height vanities sit near 36 inches, closer to kitchen counter height and easier on the back.
Check the plumbing layout
Note where your drain and supply lines come out of the wall or floor. Freestanding vanities with open backs or cutouts adapt to most layouts, while floating vanities need a wall-mount drain and solid blocking behind the drywall to carry the weight. If you are moving from a single to a double sink, budget for a second drain and supply line. Also confirm the faucet drilling: single hole, 4 inch centerset or 8 inch widespread, so your faucet matches the countertop.
Compare cabinet materials
Bathrooms are humid, so construction matters. Solid wood and plywood boxes resist swelling better than particleboard or MDF, especially around the sink base. Look for moisture resistant finishes, soft-close hinges and drawer glides, and sealed edges. Countertops in quartz and engineered stone resist stains and do not need sealing, while natural marble and granite look distinctive but benefit from periodic sealing.
Plan storage and style
Think about what needs to live in the vanity. Drawer stacks keep toiletries organized; open cabinets under the sink fit cleaning supplies and taller bottles. Floating designs make small rooms feel larger and simplify floor cleaning. For finish, match the vanity’s hardware to your faucet and lighting, and choose a cabinet color that works with your tile. Undermount and vessel sinks each change the look and the overall height, so factor the sink style into the total height you want.
Main product types
The category covers single sink vanities, double sink vanities, wall-mount floating vanities, freestanding vanities with legs and vanity cabinets sold with integrated countertops and sinks. Brands in the range include Blossom Kitchen and Bath and Vanity Art, with many styles from modern slab door designs to shaker and traditional profiles.
