We would rather you checked than took our word for it.
- Call us. Dial +1 (866) 777-2590 during support hours and speak to a person. Outside those hours, leave a message and we return calls the next business day.
- Email us. Write to support@theeverythingdepot.com. Our mail is authenticated with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, so a message that genuinely came from us will pass those checks in your mail client.
- Check the entity. Waheguruji LLC is registered in Wyoming. You can look the company up in the Wyoming Secretary of State business search at wyobiz.wyo.gov.
- Check the certificate. This site runs on HTTPS across every page. Your browser padlock will show a valid certificate issued to theeverythingdepot.com.
How we source what we sell
We are a retailer, not a manufacturer. Products are bought through manufacturer and authorised distributor channels and ship either from our suppliers or direct from the brand. Everything we list is new, factory-sealed and covered by the manufacturer’s own warranty. We do not sell refurbished, grey-market or counterfeit goods.
If you want written confirmation that we are an approved seller for a particular brand before you order, email support@theeverythingdepot.com with the brand name and we will confirm in writing.
How payment works
Card payments are processed by Square, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Your card details are entered directly into Square’s secure fields. They are never stored on our servers and never seen by our staff.
Because you pay by card, you keep the full chargeback protection your card issuer provides. If an order is not delivered as described, you can dispute it directly with your bank. We would rather resolve it with you first, but the protection is yours either way.
For large or freight orders we can issue a Square invoice, split payment into a deposit and a balance due on delivery, or arrange terms for commercial buyers. Ask us.
Shipping
- Free standard shipping on orders of $499.99 and above within the contiguous United States.
- A flat $200 shipping charge applies to orders below that threshold.
- Large items ship by freight. White glove and inside delivery options are available on many products and are quoted before you commit.
- Alaska, Hawaii and international destinations are quoted individually. Contact us for a rate before ordering.
Returns and cancellations
- We operate a lifetime return window. There is no 30 day cliff.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- A restocking fee of approximately 20% applies to returned items.
- Orders cancelled after processing has begun are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
- Items that arrive damaged or not as described are our problem, not yours. Tell us within 7 days and we will make it right at no cost to you.
Your data
We collect only what is needed to take and fulfil an order, and we do not sell customer data. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
