Firm seats but its a quality sofa. Havent tried the sleeper part yet though

I liked the design of the sofa and the comfort of its cushions.

The product is pretty and functional. The rear cushions of the sofa are slightly uncomfortable.

I ultimately did not keep this sofa because it did not fit in my office space. However, based on my initial impression, it seemed very well made. It felt sturdy, comfortable, and overall like a quality piece for the price. Although I did not have the chance to fully open and test the sleeper function, the sofa itself appeared to be a solid product. Based on that experience, I would recommend it.

Beautiful couch- the clay corduroy is great quality fabric and the design is great. Haven’t tried the bed yet.

Love the firmness and clean lines of this sleeper. It is comfortable to sleep on folded out or just with the cushions removed for one person.

Very stylish and comfy couch

This is an excellent couch. It has good structure and is very comfortable - we like that we can also convert this to a sleeper couch to accommodate our guests.

We were looking for a sofa that is quick to set up but comfortable and stylish enough for a guest bedroom/teenagers game room. This sofa is so practical and looks great. We are so happy with our purchase and the customer service we received.

Bought the Milo Sleeper in Sage vegan suede. Love the material and it's very high quality. Couch is slightly more firm but I like that.

Beauty and functionality all rolled into one piece of quality furniture. I tried out many different sleeper sofas, knowing that I would spend many nights on it. The cushions are firm but comfortable.

Sofa so good ;) Besides being beautiful, this sofa is solid. I know because I had to bring it up to my condo from the lobby. It came in one giant box that must have been 220 lbs. Do yourself a favor and get the white glove treatment on delivery... you and your back will thank me later!Do note that the color of the Malmo feels lighter in real life vs. online. It was actually so light that I had to ask for swatches of both Malmo and Alesund, because I thought they had delivered the wrong color. Anyway, I was able to compare the couch with the swatches and they had indeed delivered the right color.I'm just started to furnished my Vancouver apartment from scratch and this was the first piece of furniture I bought. I liked it so much that I also bought the Mikkel bed.. also in Malmo!

The design is nice, the sofa is very firm, so hopefully it'll last for a long time. Customer service is easily reachable, which is appreciated. Took a bit longer than expected to receive, delivery was efficient though. The couch we received got a small stain upon delivery and we received used couch legs - waiting on customer service to fix this issue. Overall satisfied.

Far more reasonable design than the clunky mechanical versions. Reasonably comfortable to sleep on but if two people are sleeping on it, the one towards the back has to climb over the other to get out.

Beautiful color. Great quality. Super easy to convert it in a bed, even my 6 year old can do it himself. It’s a little hard but I’m sure it will get better with time.

I can’t say how the Milo is because we couldn’t fit it down our stairs into the room intended for its use. We are rearranging things to use it in another room now and I will update the review once it’s in place

Fantastic product, very comfortable. The only thing I wish it could have is removable sides It didn't fit my elevator, I had to change the delivery address and this cost me additional 500 bucks. Otherwise the product is beautiful.

Not only is this sleeper couch comfy and functional but also very stylish.

My wife and I were looking to purchase a sleeper sofa to sit in our family room / library. One that was comfortable and functional as a couch you'd want to sit on and maybe read a book for several hours, but could also operate as a bed guests would be able to get a decent night of sleep on.Let me tell you, after visiting several well known local retail furniture locations we quickly found it nearly impossible to find comfortable sleeper sofas.The reason is the mechanics of a traditional sleeper sofa, which work by crushing a thin foldable queen mattress inside the couch. The bed opens up into a frame made of flimsy metal bars, which result in a terrible night of sleep for guests. I know, my dad had one of these and I swore I would never put a guest through that experience.Online research led us to a different type of sleeper sofa out there, one that didn't use a metal frame, but rather the couch cushions became the mattress. We found several options existed in local stores, but the cushions were either extremely hard resulting in an uncomfortable couch sitting experience, or once folded out the break between the cushions was uneven or leaned slightly, which I assume would result in bad nights of sleep.Online research lead us to the Rove Concepts Milo sleeper. With this couch, the top couch cushion flipped over and laid directly on the floor creating what appeared to be a uniform flat queen matresss, without any of the metal frame bars.The issue... There were no local stores near me and I wasn't about to purchase an expensive couch site unseen so I figured it was off my list. Oddly enough, a few weeks later while on a work trip to San Diego I pulled up Google Maps and found Rove Concepts had recently opened a retail store 9 miles from my hotel, score!!!I grabbed an Uber after work and arrived an hour before closing. The showroom had several sleeper sofas, one being the Milo Sleeper. A sales rep named Samara helped me out, letting me fold it out and lay on it while having a video call with my wife. She showed me all the material options and sizes and after a bit of back and forth, I walked out with a digital quote for the large 98 in Solstice color (blue velvet).The next morning after consulting with my wife, we pulled the trigger. The couch arrived about 6 weeks later and we absolutely LOVE it. I went with white glove service, where they brought it in my house, unpacked it, connected the legs to the bottom, placed it in the desired location, cleaned up the mess and took the materials away.The Milo Sleeper is exactly what we were looking for, the couch is super comfortable to sit on for hours reading and it's just the right softness for us. The mattress folds out flat and is soft and comfortable, though the half that makes up the bottom of the couch is a bit more firm and we may order a topper for it.Time will tell if it holds up, but so far we're very pleased and we're now considering purchasing another sectional model from Rove Concepts for our living room.My experience has been extremely positive. I think a lot of the negative reviews are from people who purchased online site unseen and when it arrived it wasn't what they wanted. This is something I could never do when purchasing a couch or other large piece of furniture, I must see it, feel it, sit on it, experience it.As well, it seems people don't like the membership program. After some initial consideration, it was pretty simple for me.By paying $200 for the membership, I saved $600 on my purchase. Once logged into my account within their portal, there's a check box to unenroll whenever I want. I set a reminder for 11 months out to make that decision, but the membership will save additional money if I decide to purchase anything else.

Couch is gorgeous and great quality. The concierge team helped me plan for the couch to arrive on the exact day I wanted it to come. Couldn’t be happier.

Nice design. The color is significantly lighter than the picture (Rove does inform that there is color variation). Overall, it fits in the space I have and provides the option for a sleep that is likely more comfortable than a standard sleeper sofa.

The sofa is simply beautiful and becomes into a very comfortable bed - we had the misfortune that our came with a stain, most likely the box during delivery broke open. Yet customer service was very prompt in responding and offering solutions.

Very disappointed that you cannot use fitted sheets on the sleeper. At minimum you should provide / sell extra velcro covers - I was not aware of this even after watching the video.

It’s a really good sleeper sofa, well made. Converting to sleeper provides flexibility.

Firm,spacious and beautiful

The couch is beautiful, the material is incredibly soft and the pullout is so easy to use. My only (minor) issue is that the pullout itself is just slightly larger than a Queen but smaller than a king, so sheets don’t fit it exactly / also on the inside because it’s directly attached to the rest of the couch, you can really use a fitted sheet or a detachable pullout top with it neatly. But overall I would purchase again

Great look with good concept as a sleeper sofa. The sofa is the right length for our needs. It would be nice if it were more firm as we are a family who enjoys a firm seat, but it is still a comfortable sofa.

Great Sofa bed, perfect for my son.

I love this sofa unfortunately it did not fit and I couldn’t get it into the apartment. I was so upset because it’s beautiful and it has a bed in it which I wanted. I had to return and was very upset about it. I ordered a smaller sofa which doesn’t have the bed and it’s exactly the same. I love Rove Concepts furniture and pleased its a great product and the prices are reasonable.

We purchased this in navy for our kids gaming room. We wanted something low profile and this couch is great. It is very sturdy (heavy) as well. I’m not sure on how it will wear since we just got it, but so far so good.

We wanted a durable sofa bed that minimized mechanisms etc. The Milo does all that.The color is not attractive...having more choices would be good.Not solicited in this review, but I want to say how incredibly long it took to get this.....and your web site seems to be designed to eliminate direct communications.....I give Rove a -1 on that

This is a really lovely sleeper sofa! I ordered it in Cobalt blue velvet and the color and fabric is great. Cat hair is pretty easy to clean off of it. Cushions are medium/firm - comfy enough to snuggle up on but doesn't sag where you've sat. The back cushions remove easily if you need more space to relax. Guests that have slept on this sofa bed said it was super comfy. One thing to note - the bed when opened doesn't have corners to tuck sheets into near the arms/back of the sofa, so if you plan on using sheets you will need a flat sheet or a mattress topper to tuck a fitted sheet onto. The zippers to attach the mattress when it's folded in are also a bit tricky to attach.
