I cannot rave enough about this lounger! The gorgeous teak side table integrated with the lounger is a game changer. I needed direction on how to properly treat the Teak wood and customer service provided a lot of insight as well as which product to use to preserve the wood! I currently have the Francis Lounger and matching Louis outdoor sofa. I cannot wait to add more pieces to complete our 3rd floor patio!

I am not clear why I can't track my order with Trust Pilot...I have never seen a delivery company that is so vague on where the order is, and when it will be delivered...I can't be the only one that finds this way past weak?
