Very sturdy and good looking, amazing table

Love this dining table. It took us a while to find a small enough dining table that had was also extendable, and this works beautifully for our space. The surface does not stain easily - we've been able to maintain the white hue even with our two young kids playing and eating on it, and whatever scratches we've so far accrued are barely noticeable. Practical, great price point, and looks neat and sophisticated in our space.

I selected it for the design. I like the clean lines and the tapered edges and legs add a graceful quality to the form. We have had it for 2.5 years. The white finish seems to be holding up well. The wood part doesn't get used much and has done OK for occasional use.

This table is honestly great. I love the size, and the collapsibility. The walnut wood is beautiful! Everything cleans easily and seems very robust. My mother-in-law has had the lighter colored version for ~5 years now, and it continues to look beautiful, so I'm sure this one will stand the test of time as well.The packaging was truly ridiculous, in a good sense-- the table is shipped in a way that all but guarantees there will be no damage. I have seen people complain about how excessive this is, but if you're ordering furniture online, this seems par for the course-- it's more wasteful for things to be damaged in transit and require re-ordering. Just be aware that the package is extremely heavy and you'll definitely need more than one person to move it and assemble!

Looks elegant, excellent build quality

A very well made dining table. The lacquer finish does not retain any stains, so it's easy to remove the spills. The leaf is very easy to setup and it's storage has a velvety fabric underneath holding it in place. The only complain would be the packaging. There were too many materials to throw away. I understand it was for the safety of the table, but I wish there was a better way.

Beautiful dining table, sturdy and solid. Only problem is that the surface is quite fragile and after only a few weeks of use, the table already has a few scratches. No idea how that happened, but we will be very careful in the future.

The table is beautiful. I love that it is expandable and I love the clean, simple design. Unfortunately, mine arrived badly damaged and it was very challenging to communicate with Rove customer service. A new one is hopefully on its way but it took several days to get a resolution.The table is heavier than I expected, but I hope that means it will have a long life. It was very simple to put together.

Greatest extendable dining table of all time. Assembly instructions were not easy but not overly difficult. Pretty heavy.

The Marcus Dining Table fits great in our breakfast nook. The table is well made and easy to clean. It is very easy to put in or take out the extra leaf. We have received many compliments on the table and are extremely happy with our purchase.

Very good quality table. Can easily fit 6 chairs when expanded and can also fit 6 snuggly without the leaf. I love that the leaf can be stored underneath the table, which is key in my apartment when I don’t have any storage space! I have received so many compliments already!

Heavy and solid while looking mid-century minmalist

Really solid wood dining table and seems really well built and sturdy. Love the modern mid century look as well. The only thing is that one of the latches under the table where you connect the extension table was a little rusted. I contacted Rove Concepts and they were able to rectify the issue. They were responsive and expedited my issue quickly and professionally.

It has good weight and round corners, perfect for family with little kids, plus they don't get stained easily so definitely a bonus! Would recommend!

Our Marcus dining table is precisely what we had hoped to get. It feels very high-quality, the extension mechanism is incredibly smooth, and it's overall very sturdy. It was also very easy to assemble. The matte white tabletop makes it easy to see any spills or marks, but it's very easy to clean too. I don't have anything negative to say about this table- it looks great and it's just what we wanted!

table is fantastic.packaging was bad. The amount of styrofoam you used is terrible. There are many other options and the price point you sell at + membership fees I would expect to see these material replaced with something eco friendly. Do better.

So far so good! Assembly was a breeze and the table is much heavier than I anticipated. Looks great in the space and has been good for the first week we’ve had it. We don’t have the space to add in the leaf - unfortunately - as that is one of my favourite features.

Gorgeous, sleek, modern, functional dining table. The table coverts with a leaf into a standard size dining table. Super easy to take the leaf in and out and conveniently stores underneath securely with latches to hold in place. Cleans up nicely with just dish soap and water. Very pleased with my purchase.

Love the Marcus table! It is stylish and well made. This is a heavy table, takes two to move it.

Beautiful, sturdy, functional. Though the leaf arrived with a tiny ding on the corner, we know this would likely happen over time anyway.

Besides it arriving damaged, the table itself is still nice. The table height seems taller than a normal table which isn't what I expected so it doesn't work well with the chairs I purchased from another retailer. I also wish the leaf holder was more concealed as this open concept makes it look cheap (plus that's the part that arrived very dented). The table top cleans up well though which is very important to me.

I love my dining table a lot! It’s not a cheap product, it’s very sturdy and heavy. Also it was easy to assemble, took about half an hour for 2 people.

Table is beautiful. The extension mechanism opens/closes so easily. Table feels a little high- if you’re average height or have kids, make sure your chairs are 18”H min.

Our new table is beautiful and the craftsmanship of this table is really impeccable. Packaging of the table was flawless and well protected. This is a sturdy, well built table that we look forward to owning for year to come. One thing to note is that the walnut wood stain of the leaf and legs are not identical; legs are definitely darker. Not a dealbreaker by any means as they both look high-end. Highly recommend.

Absolutely beautiful table, just as pictured and very easy to assemble, even as just one single woman. I LOVE the way it pulls apart to put in the leaf, it's so ergonomic and easy. I have never used an extendable table that was so easy and smooth to adjust.My only concern is it seems like the able might dent easily. While assembling I nicked the underside with the Allen key and it left a mark and now I'm going to live in the fear of damaging the perfect, pristine, white top.

So far, I love my Marcus table! It's an ideal size for my apartment, the colour and style is unparalleled, and the finish is easy to keep clean (no staining or marking issues yet). Really sturdy, stable, and beautiful. It was a splurge for me but I'm really happy with it!

Nice solid table. Quite heavy

This table is very elegant. All of my friends love it. It feels very sturdy - something that will last and grow with me. The table is still new for me so I don't know for sure how the white top will hold up, but it seems pretty resistant to scratches/stains so far. The reason I gave it a 4/5 was- The table is a bit tall. I think it's within normal thresholds, but right at the upper end. I think I'll have to look for a bit taller chairs to compensate. If you are thinking about ergonomics, you might need a taller chair so your elbows remain at 90 degrees. - It took about 2 months to deliver. I appreciate that this might have been made to order, but that's quite a long time.

I absolutely love the Marcus table. It was my first purchase from Rove and it’s always a bit disconcerting to buy without having seen it. The table is the perfect size for 4 when closed, and the extension is practical when we have guests. The finish is lovely and the table is sturdy. The white top seems durable and all the little touches of the design speak of quality and thoughtfulness. Very happy.

Table is beautiful and super great quality for the price. I chose the option to assemble the table myself, it took less than 30 minutes to assemble. Shipping was terrible as it was delayed and once I finally got a call from the third party vendor after confirming a date for delivery (I had to clear my day for this) they did not show up and I had to contact Rove Concepts. To my surprise (no phone call or email), the delivery had been cancelled and had to be rescheduled.

I was looking for a modern contemporary extendable table. I looked at the Marcus dining table and the colors just was what I was looking for. When you don’t need the extra table space, remove the easy to remove extension leaf in the center to store it right below the tabletop! I was able to assemble this table by myself with the supplied tools, I would recommend asking for another person to help lift it upright after assembling the legs though. It has great solid weight for great quality. If you have limited space but would need to have the option to extend your table, I would highly recommend this one. (Image shared may be sideways)

I really like the table, it's perfect for a condo with no separate dining space. I love it's sleek danish style, looks fantastic with my mustard chairs. It's very heavy, sturdy (not at all flimsy). The top is great, the thickness is substantial. The one reason i didnt give 5 stars is due to the legs, I chose the walnut finish because I wanted a dark colour to look great agaist the white top... however they're a disappointment because the stain is a washed out ash-y brown.

Exceeded our expectations in terms of quality. This a seriously beautiful table. The leaf is very easy to remove and insert. Delivery went very well too. Customer service is hard to reach tho, agree with other reviews on that point.

I love that this table is adjustable! My dining area is pretty high traffic,but I occasionally need more table space. This works out perfectly! Easy to assemble and easy to clean. I also like that the center piece slides underneath the table top for storage.

This is a gorgeous, well-built table. The materials seem sturdy, and we were thrilled to see that it uses lock and pulley mechanisms of sorts to extend or close the table. We are thrilled with it so far.

My wife and I love this table. The assembly was very simple and took less than 15 minutes to complete. The best part of this table is the ability to keep it clean. We have a 4-year-old boy who enjoys a mess. My goal for finding a table was one that looked clean and would stay that way with moderate wiping. So far, this table exceeds that goal. We are very pleased and will look for other Rove Concept pieces in the future.

Amazing quality, very sturdy and beautiful table. Favorite piece in the house currently. Have gotten many compliments on it. Easy to set up. Packaging was a bit overkill with the styrofoam but that helped keep it scratch and damage free when it arrived. Delivery also went without a hitch (I live in Vancouver, where I assume the warehouse is). Was contacted a day after ordering to set up delivery for the following day.

This is a beautiful table with a clever pulley and latch system for adding and removing the leaf. Only gripe is the ash color is lighter than expected.

Just furnished a completely empty 4 bedroom, 2900 sqft house and this might be my favorite purchase. Very simple setup (you just have to attached the four legs), packed incredibly well, and made from very high quality materials.I had high expectations and they were exceeded. Not to mention the delivery service really roughed my box up, massive holes and one side was entirely open but the table was completely undamaged inside.

Beautiful dining table with wooden legs. I haven't tried out the expansion leaf yet but it is big enough already without it for my needs.

Really cool table, beautifully finished, sturdy and good to seat 6 people.

The table was easy to assemble and came very well packaged. However, by day 2 it had quite a large scratch on the white surface (I think just from placing a laptop on it). Scratches are VERY noticeable on the shiny surface (as is any water or food marks). It is a beautiful table though, and seems high quality for the price.

The table is sturdy, easy to assemble and has met our expectation

Excellent dining table and matched perfectly with the Anders Dining Chairs that we ordered with it. We were looking for something stylish yet durable and the powder coated surface feels like it will hold up even better than some lacquer finishes we have seen.Our first table did arrive with some damage in the corner but that was likely due to the shippers. Rove quickly responded to the issue and shipped out a new table within 24 hours, I was very impressed!

Someone had recommended me this table and they were right. Its sturdy and elegant!

I scratched the surface of the wooden leaf with my box cutter while opening because it was packaged poorly. Otherwise, I like the table.

Wonderful table for an excellent price.

The sliding extension works really slick, and I love the idea of storing the leaf underneath the table. I did have an issue of my kids colouring on the white with permanent marker, and after almost giving up, spray on sunscreen removed the marker 100%. The surface is really easy to clean.

Did not know it was a extendable table! You can take away the middle wood accent and the table becomes 4 seater. This table wipes down clean like a dream, we love how solid everything feels. We have had many compliments when guests are over for dinner

I was super excited to be able to get this table on sale! But when it arrived, I noticed the package indicated that it had been made in China, which honestly left me feeling leery of spending so much on a table (and shipping - egads, it's not cheap! - the only reason I knocked off a star). However, upon opening up the package and inspecting the contents, it's clear this table is solidly and well made (and well packed), not to mention beautiful. I was able to put it together myself fairly quickly - the most difficult part was just moving the table top (it's solid and heavy!), and then flipping it over to right itself (if you can, get someone else to help you with this). But wow - what a gorgeous piece of furniture - I'm so glad I purchased this, and am looking forward to how much it'll brighten my space. I'm also just beyond happy for that leaf (and for the in-table storage for it!). I don't live in a large space, so this will be absolutely perfect. I haven't yet had to clean the table since I just unpacked it today, but I'm sure it will be a cinch.

This table is exactly what I was looking for. I love the white top, but the wood panel adds some interest. It is a beautiful, well made table. The only assemble is putting on the legs and the leaf holder. NO big deal. This is a great price for a beautiful, well made table.
