I love this sofa’s sectional. One thing I would change now is maybe a shade, to a darker one.

The piece is very nice looking but I keep getting a different run color than the other milo pieces I have. I'm not sure why they don’t sell all the same run color together and not just scattered in a warehouse. Whomever is pulling the orders aren't doing a good job on quality control Now I have to go through the same hassle a did with the others. Make sure you have them pull the same run.

We love our new sectional! We looked in serveral stores to find a sectional that was not only the right size, but also the right fabric for us. The customer service has been fantastic, from when we ordered the sectional to the delivery. We have since placed a purchase for some office furniture and expect delivery soon. We cann't wait to see what additional other items we can find at Rove Concepts!

I ordered a sofa and a marble-top dining table from Rove Concepts. The delivery took 4–5 months. The sofa matches the showroom perfectly, which I’m happy with.

So far been a good sofa, only been 1 week, so long term is an unknown, love the size and Modular makes it easy to move around. Only issue I have is every other day I have to unzip the seat cushions and give them a shake so the seams line up again in the front of the cushion.This could be normal, as never had a sofa with down pillow-tops. But just something I noticed.Otherwize we are happy with our purchase. Delivery was great, the guys were very helpful.

This ottoman is structured and beautiful. It is very large and makes the sofa a great lounging spot in our tv room. It turns the sofa in to practically a bed, so more than just a footstool. Love the colour (Prussian velvet). Very glad we purchased it at the same time as the sofa.

Firm and gorgeous - using it as a corner chair, the black velvet is beautiful it is large and cozy - I have the option of adding it to my sofa in the middle to extend or on the end as an ottoman. You will love this!

I purchased several pieces of the milo sectional, in the dark comet fabric, in 2023. I loved it then, and I love it today -- it's comfortable, durable and great looking. My only disappointment was learning, very soon after it arrived two years ago, that the fabric was discontinued when I inquired about purchasing an additional seat. I was told, by customer service, that an armless chair or ottoman (the pieces I specifically asked for, but said I was open to other options) were no longer being manufactured in that fabric. I recently called again -- hoping against hope that a piece might exist. I was once again, in May 2025, told that I was out of luck when I inquired about any pieces of the milo sectional in dark comet. I then decided to search the world wide web, and much to my amazement --- there was a left arm chair in dark comet (actually 2 in stock) -- and in stock at Rove Concepts! I called the customer service line, and was told, by a different representative, that her colleague already told me there were no pieces available. After I explained that a left arm chair was, indeed, offered on their website --- she apologized and placed the order for this additional piece of the milo sectional in dark comet. While I love the chair, customer service comes up short!! I shouldn't have had to do the work to find this piece, but I'm sure glad I did. Be sure when you call, you know exactly what you want and ask for a picture to be sent to your email. I think Rove Concepts can do a better job of training their customer services representatives...after all, they are the ones representing the company!

Perfect in constructing our U!

We’ve had the sofa for about one month. I ordered in cobalt blue, a big departure from dark brown leather! The color is great, just like the sample. The cushions are firm (I was originally concerned they’d be too soft). It’s very well made; the white glove delivery was excellent too. It’s completely met my expectations.

I am really happy with my sectional. Super easy to move and place how I like. Also feels very high quality. There was damage done to one piece but rove was quick to offer assistance in reimbursement.

The bass of the couch are sturdy and beautiful. of the couch are sturdy and beautiful. The cushions you sit back on constantly have to be shaken out and reformed. I do not recommend getting black! I have had 3 people ask if the couch is blue. In the daytime, it tends to look bluish or grayish. Not a deep black color.

Love this sofa. Ordered it in glacier grey and is stunning. Great quality. Only improvement I see is there are no magnetic or other type clips to keep sofa together. It does move around as there is no way to secure the pieces. I also have a dog and it's slobber gets on the sofa but this fabric is super quick and easy to clean with a cloth. So far it is the best fabric I have ever had. I would also say there is a huge opportunity to improve processing and shipping times. In stock items should not take 6 to 8 weeks. Bottom line, you will not regret the purchase.

The whole family loves our Milo sofa (Solstice 2022)! The blue velvet is beautiful and cosy. The cushions are firm, comfortable and stay in place. The back is high enough to relax but low enough to make it visually appealing. It is good quality and easy to put together which we did ourselves - just screw on the legs. The hardest part is removing the sofa sections from the delivery packaging. I would recommend this sofa.

This sectional is a showstopper! It’s beautiful, comfortable and a solid, heavy construction. The latte vegan suede is a little lighter than what I expected from the photos (I didn’t order a swatch), but still a rich warm tone. I even prefer it to what I thought it would be. I have already needed to clean up spills (unfortunately) and was able to do so very easily, without a trace. I recommend.

The sofa is beautiful-- we're definitely happy with it-- but the firmness and lack of 'give' will take a while to get used to. It's also a bit annoying how the ottoman part moves around fairly easily with regular lounging on the couch, but at the same time I think we'll appreciate being able to easily reconfigure the couch as needed to free up space in the room. The Malmo fabric looked lighter than expected but we're still happy with it. Was great to get swatches in advance to compare. The toss pillows that come with the couch are comfy and a great feature. The couch is pretty low to the ground so I won't be able to vacuum underneath, but being able to move the pieces around should help with that.

Love this couch! I think it’s the perfect size for our space and looks very nice and modern. We got it in the Malmo fabric - the colour is fantastic and fabric is so soft.

Looks great and in general is a good product. It is a little too firm. Also the pieces do not lock to each other and they keep moving once in a while. I wish there was a lock between them to attach them to each other.

Lovely, well made, extremely comfortable couch.

Our Milo Sectional in Malmo is just what we wanted in a sofa. It was delivered within the promised timeframe and easy to set up; unbox the sections and screw the feet in by hand. The seat depth provides very good support of your legs. The back cushions are held up on the backrest by bolsters sewn to the back of the cushions, something we had not seen before; both functional and a nice design feature. The ottomans are wide and deep enough so you can easily lay out on them. The seat cushions are comfortable yet firm enough so that you don't feel like you've sunken into the frame, and easy to stand up from. We ordered this sectional without seeing it in a showroom and thought the Malmo color would be darker gray, but computer renderings can be deceptive. It was much a lighter gray than expected, however we are very happy with the color.

It's comfy and I like that I won't need to fluff the cushions after sitting. The material makes it a bit difficult to remove small hairs etc, even pulling by finger has been pretty difficult.

Very firm and super comfortable to sit on. It is exactly what I expected! Very well made and I suspect it will last for a long time. The covers are removable and it came with 4 pillows (which I wasn't expecting!).

It is a great sofa, huge and comfortable. Make sure you measure your space because it is larger than you think. We really love it and it was easy to order, showed if it was in stock, and came so quickly. We got the white glove delivery after watching a YouTube video, and it was worth it. The only criticism is that the back cushions have this extra piece to keep them in place, but it means you can’t flip them around but have to fluff them up regularly.

Phenomenal product and customer service. The sofa has a firm seat and soft back which is very comfortable. Shape holds well after use.

Couch is great. Bit of a dust magnet and maybe the wrong choice with small children but awesome couch and easy to clean with a reusable lint roller.

Modern and slick. It is on the firm side which I like. I like that there are zipper so that I can take the cover off to wash if I get them stained. My favourite is the oversize futon. The only downside is my kids love it too and bounce on them. I hope the sofa will hold.

This sectional is everything I was looking for, simultaneously firm and comfortable in an almost paradoxical way. I have no idea how they have achieved this, but the couch unwrinkles itself when not in use; it looks like it is brand new all the time, unlike my previous, more expensive couch that looked like an unmade bed. Concierge service, white glove delivery and quality all great from Rove. This is my fourth or fifth purchase (I have lost count), and I will be buying again, until I fill up every room in my new four story modern house with Rove's furniture. Thanks!

The sofa looks very nice. The only complaint I have is that it isn't deep enough. If you make it slight deeper, even couple inches will help a lot.

Really nice sofa sectional. It's big. if you have the space, we highly recommend this piece. Don't hesitate to buy. It's firm seating though which we like. Worried that seats would move everywhere since not connected but pieces are Heavy and require little adjustment to realign time to time. Came slightly damaged, but customer service seems good to resolution. However delivery company, not so great. I have to say, wasted money on white glove delivery. Other than that, got a few compliments already.

This is the second sofa that we have bought from Rove and both have been outstanding. We ordered the Milo Sectional in the Malmo fabric and we are in love with it. It is very easy to assemble (only have to screw in a few legs) but comes with a ton of packaging so the white glove shipping is recommended for anyone who won't be able to disposed of all the styrofoam etc easily

I bought the Milo modular sectional and with the member credit you get with your purchases, I was able to buy an additional add on piece. I bought the add on piece the left sided Milo piece to complete my set. In total I have 6 pieces. I chose the modern felt in malmo. I thought it was too light, but now after almost a month, it’s perfect. I had also purchased the large pouff in dark cobalt ( this shows every piece of lint, stray hair from pets anything that is in your air- it lands on this. So I’m glad I do not have anything dark!) The fabric has proved its worthiness up to now. Spilled coke - no trace, Dirty shoe- no trace- Kid eating pop tarts, popcorn and who knows what- it’s perfect! I had already performed my own swatch stain test prior to deciding on the fabric. This fabric and color passed with smeared in ketchup, mustard and mud. Shipping was perfect, on time, no delays, no bumps or bruises. upper back on.” My husband is 5’10, I am 5’2” and neither one of us can sit and lean back, it’s too short. You have to LAY down if you want your head on something. Next, although this is a “2” on Rove’s softness score. I am not sure what their standard is. ( I’m going to guess concrete.) The Milo isn’t a soft, sink in, squishy couch. It’s very firm. Don’t think about running and jumping to sit down, you might bounce. Customer service says this should soften up over the year. The back cushions are very soft and very comfortable. The couch is very sharp looking and you don’t have to worry about fluffing or straightening the cushions- they retain their shape, well!

Milo is a beautiful and comfortable couch. The entire purchasing process was very easy and fast as well. I would recommend giving Rove Concepts a try!

The couch is beautiful, but the delivery experience was less than stellar. From the swatch that never came to the delivery date being a month later than expected to the delivery company delivering the wrong boxes and half of a couch. It's relatively comfortable, but a bit firm... hoping with time the cushions will become less firm.

Even though the boxes this was in was damaged extensively through shipment, the best we can tell right now, the couch was not damaged. That's probably because each section was double wrapped with bubble wrap. Any more wear on the boxes would have surely broken through to the couch. Maybe you should consider another shipper.

A statement couch, if you have the space for it. High quality, sturdy build. We went with the dark comet.

I was very worried buying this sectional without seeing it in person. Because of the size and the look really fit my space, I decided to make purchase. The sofa itself looks very modern and elegant. I love it so much. The fabric and the color is very pretty. It looks very expensive. It's very comfortable but way more firm than what I expected, so I minus one star for that.

We ordered this couch in a red velvet and it is so Coll. Very comfortable- it is firm which we like.

Beautiful velvet but the cushions are more firm than expected. Also delivery took too long and Rove did not offer white glove delivery to my location. Thu caused me to incur a $300 fee for the crew to come back take it out of boxes and haul away the trash. Not a happy camper.

We've had this couch for 2 weeks now, and it's amazing! It's more firm than anticipated but I suspect it will wear well for this reason. The backing is lower than traditional couches, but still comfy nonetheless.

I love my new sofa. Construction seems good, and well made. Comfortable with just the right amount of stiffness. I don't like mushy seating. Due to Covid-19, delivery was made into our garage, not in our home. We were able to break down the boxes and bring the pieces inside without a problem. Keep in mind if you live in a condo or apartment this may be a challenge for you till Covid is over. I'm looking forward to many years with my new sofa. The fabric we picked is Vintage Velvet, the color is Glacier Gray.

This sectional is build like a tank. I guess if you are here to quality product then you don't have to worry too much as the attention to detail is pretty amazing. The black velvet screams quality and feels nice to touch as well. It is not too soft and bit on firm side but very comfortable. Its packaged really nicely but it does come in big boxes and takes at least an hour to get it out of them. Only issue I have so far is the pieces could slide around in hard wood floor from time to time but its easy to adjust them back in place.

OMG, so I was very hesitant about making such a big purchase online and not seeing the sofa in person, but I took the plunge and boy am I happy I did, the sofa is absolutely beautiful, sleek looking and it just brings my living room together beautifully. Just like the video and pictures on the website.

The couch is very large and comfortable. Two adults can lay down on it without getting in the way of the other. We ordered it in Cobalt Blue which looks fantastic in person. As with all furniture from Rove, it seems very sturdy and seems built to last.

This couch is just as beautiful and comfortable as I had imagined. I love the fact that this sectional is modular; it allowed me to rearrange the sections within the room until I was satisfied with the placement. The quality of the material is superb and it looks great. The cushions are firm and supportive of body weight while at the same time managing not to be so hard that it is discomforting. This couch was very well designed and put together.

Sofa arrived on time. Got the Alessund white and was as expected. Very comfortable and a little larger than expected but that was a pleasant surprise!

Great design and fits perfectly in out space! Quality!! The couch shipped on time and was in great shape upon arrival as it was properly protected. I deduced only one star as the couch is pretty firm, but we are hoping it will soften. Still comfortable to lounge in though. Great customer service!

Perfect! We ordered this to go with the sectional combination we ordered. The one thing that would make it the ultimate ottoman would be to allow for the cushion to come off to allow for some storage (blankets, for example). Great quality!

Great couch! It was delivered super quick. Looks beautiful - the black show a lot of dog hair, but it’s worth the daily cleaning bc it looks so sexy!

just be careful about ordering and note that a right arm is actually a left arm...you can't afford to make ordering mistakes because of rove's unfriendly return policy. otherwise the sofa is great!

I was so pleased with the purchase of the Milo Modular Sectional. We chose the Plush Weave fabric in Charcoal and it so soft to touch and looks great in our all white living room space. I was a bit hesitant ordering such a big purchase online without seeing it but Rove made it easy with their swatches and providing multiple angle shots and specifications online for me to review before hitting the confirm order button. So happy with my purchase and can’t wait to break this sectional in!

Perfect size for my medium apartment. I love the clean lines and that fact it isn't sloppy and overstuffed. I looked for a long time and it's exactly what I was hoping for. The sofa is quality and super heavy. I was skeptical of buying sight unseen but would highly recommend this sofa. Color is perfectly neutral. I am very happy.

The color is great, it's soft yet firm. You can't beat the price. I compared to a ton of sites and other stores and couldn't find anything similar. Its amazing how luxurious this sectional is in real life. I got the light grey color which i love because with kids it wont get dirty as fast. I bought all 4 pieces and very happy with how it looks and the fact I can move the ottoman around is great!
