Comfortable, easy delivery

This sofa is gorgeous-- luxurious and comfortable, looks great in my space. I was surprised to realize there is no connector between the two halves of the sofa (it does say so on the website but I missed that detail), but the pieces are heavy enough that they stay in place and there's no awkward gapping if someone sits in the middle. Love it!

This sofa arrived 3 months after order which was a reasonable timeline considering it was custom. It fit great down my corner basement stairs due to being two pieces. The colour Olive Green is lovely and i'm glad i went with it. The material is soft and doesn't mark or show grain as easily as most velvet type materials. I'll say the material is better than most. I find the couch itself comfortable but quite firm on the bottom. I'm hoping it softens a bit but otherwise am super happy with the purchase.

The Milo Sofa from Rove Concepts has a beautiful, sculptural look that instantly elevates a room, and it feels just as solid and comfortable as it looks. I love how deep and supportive the seating is!

This was my 4th purchase from Rove Concepts, which means I absolutely love their products. I was especially impressed by the professionalism and accommodation I encountered by the staff at the showroom. Alexia in particular has been a gem. She is quick to respond, efficient and incredibly understanding of my needs and any issues I encountered. The Milo sofa is soft and easy to cuddle into, yet it's modern enough to match my contemporary room. It's wide enough for 4 people to sit comfortably. I love the Prussian fabric so much. I love this sofa! Excited to see what my next purchase will be!

Love my Milo Sofa and Ottoman in Prussian velvet. The purchase was made easy and done over a long weekend with lots of help from staff. My questions about the dimensions that had to fit through a narrow hallway were satisfied and it fit. It’s classy , beautiful colour and plush, deep, luxurious and comfortable. Love the low profile silver legs. Delivery was within the given timeframe and delivered on time on the designated day. Very happy with the purchase and will definitely be back for more pieces.

We'd never ordered from Rove before but the Milo sofa looked perfect for our new condo ....and it was ! Love the colour and the style is exactly what we were looking for....stylish and modern.The service we got was also something else ! There was a mixup in what our vouchers were ....but the great group in the Concierge department sorted that out immediately ! We are already planning our next two Rove purchases !

Excellent couch - well structured, comfortable, and a statement piece in our living room

I purchased several pieces of the milo sectional, in the dark comet fabric, in 2023. I loved it then, and I love it today -- it's comfortable, durable and great looking. My only disappointment was learning, very soon after it arrived two years ago, that the fabric was discontinued when I inquired about purchasing an additional seat. I was told, by customer service, that an armless chair or ottoman (the pieces I specifically asked for, but said I was open to other options) were no longer being manufactured in that fabric. I recently called again -- hoping against hope that a piece might exist. I was once again, in May 2025, told that I was out of luck when I inquired about any pieces of the milo sectional in dark comet. I then decided to search the world wide web, and much to my amazement --- there was a left arm chair in dark comet (actually 2 in stock) -- and in stock at Rove Concepts! I called the customer service line, and was told, by a different representative, that her colleague already told me there were no pieces available. After I explained that a left arm chair was, indeed, offered on their website --- she apologized and placed the order for this additional piece of the milo sectional in dark comet. While I love the chair, customer service comes up short!! I shouldn't have had to do the work to find this piece, but I'm sure glad I did. Be sure when you call, you know exactly what you want and ask for a picture to be sent to your email. I think Rove Concepts can do a better job of training their customer services representatives...after all, they are the ones representing the company!

This is sofa is amazing. I got it in the Prussian color. It's a very casually rich color. The only thing I'll say as a semi-con is that the sofa is VERY FIRM which is fine because it just means it will last longer unlike my previous sofa from Joybird that became unbelievably flat after a 2 yrs of use.

I love this sofa! It was incredibly helpful that it arrives in two pieces, especially since we have a tight entryway. The sofa is very solid yet easy to move around, which was a big plus. We chose the Swan color—a crisp white—and the material is fantastic. The depth is just right; not too deep, not too shallow. The arms have a subtle design difference from a plain sofa, adding a touch of flair. I was initially unsure about the stainless steel along the bottom, but it actually adds a really nice, modern detail. Overall, we’re very happy with our purchase, and the customer service at the store was excellent!

This is the most spacious yet compact sofa I have owned. I downsized condos and was upset I would have to get rid of my huge sectional. This couch with the ottoman is more than big enough and fits in my condo! I love it so much that my condo have a flood and it was non-restorable and I purchased the exact same one.I also have a large cat and his hair easily wipes off.10/10 would recommend.

Stylish, modern and very comfortable!

The Milo Sofa is a low profile beautiful sofa. The velvet sofa has a very smooth feel to it and appear to be very firm from the very time I sat on it. The chrome design rail seen at the bottom of the sofa is absolutely chic and very modern. The legs support pads to prevent floor marking/scratches are not firmly sealed with superior adhesive. My pads comes off during a tilt move onside. Furthermore, the Milo Sofa can be a good choice for any person or persons into modern design -- but please chose your colors wisely to match your decor.

Love my new sofa. Comfortable, sturdy and good looking. It’s really deep and will fit into any apartment. I looked long and hard. Couldn’t be happier. *wish I’d asked for multi-color pillows! 4 that come with the sofa are great but different colors would be even better.

This couch is stunning and the quality is unmatched. I got the color in limelight which has been discontinued. I can't tell you how many people compliment me on this sofa. It's unique and stunning. I had no issues with my order or the delivery. In fact, it was delivered before they expected date. The whole process was seamless. We couldn't be happier. We ordered the ottoman after we received the sofa and I plan on buying the Milo chair next!

I love the color and quality of this sofa. I ordered the blue color. My only complaint is when I ordered I didn't realize it was a modular piece and didn't connect so I had to place it on a rug so the two pieces of the couch stayed connected. It would be better to show the couch disconnected or have a solution to attach them so they don't slide.

The sofa is BEAUTIFUL! It's comfortable but firm and a gorgeous design. Purchased in the blue velvet ... its the focal point of my living room!

Love the furniture! Cute, comfortable and easy to clean (I have multiple pets). Delivery service, however, was not great. They gave me no notice of any kind and just showed up.. I had to leave work and was not prepared for the furniture (had not cleared out old sofa yet...had no where to put the new stuff). Then they threatened to leave while I was rushing home from work. Really a bummer.

Great Quality

Great, firm sofa made of soft velvet. My only concern is the left and right sections of the sofa not being attached, which is a pro when it comes to moving, but a con when they are sitting on hardwood floors and the two sections seem to slide around separately abit.

Firm, low profile, will not be able to sit and lie your head back. Did I say firm? Great shipping. Fabric- picked milo grey, perfect, stain proof. Back cushions are very soft and full. Pillows that come with it are pretty lame. The piece fits into our other pieces and appears of quality. Does not have clips to hold furnished together and will come apart.

Very satisfied, customer service mailed me different material options before purchase. Great company, great products!

This sofa is gorgeous. It's beautifully constructed, very comfortable, and the packaging was solid.

We've had this couch for 2 weeks now, and it's amazing! It's more firm than anticipated but I suspect it will wear well for this reason. The backing is lower than traditional couches, but still comfy nonetheless.

Very modern and totally what I expected!

The sofa is extremely well constructed and feels very solid. The fabric is soft to the touch and has a little give in it and mostly bounces back to its original shape after sitting on it for a few hours, which is nice. However, for having a layer of feathers added, it’s definitely not a comfortable sofa. It’s not easy to lounge in for watching TV or even for sitting around with drinks for a few hours. Family members were becoming uncomfortable and wanting to trade places for a nearby chair. For being fairly deep sofa, this is a lot less comfortable than most other sofas I shopped for, after sitting in 50 or more from all sorts of high end retailers. But it definitely looks beautiful. I would not recommend this as a regular use sofa; it’s more of a showpiece.Besides that - the shipping process was a nightmare. It sat in the warehouse in Canada not packed for shipping for several business days longer then the longest timeframe estimated. Until I called and had somebody physically walk down to the warehouse to confirm the order and confirm the status, the couch likely would have sat for an additional week or more. The shipping company they used was relatively quick but I live in a condo with a very easily accessible delivery dock/ door, but the delivery person insisted on leaving it on the sidewalk and would not help deliver it indoors, inspire of each box being well over 100 pounds. I have use of only one hand and was really left in a pinch trying to arrange a second delivery company on my own to get the sofa from the sidewalk into my condo building and then up to my unit. Very disappointing service … Especially at the $350 price tag to ship an in-stock sofa within Canada. I’d appreciate someone from customer service reach out to me.

Great product. The color for solstice however is very intense. Reminded me more of the Milan Azure color from the website. Even my sample fabric for solstice looked different. Still love it though.

Beautiful clean lines, well constructed. Well packaged for shipping. Seating is exceptionally firm, 240 lb spouse bounces....will let seating adjust for 6 months, if still not my level of comfort , will have couch cushion cores rewrapped in foam with more give. A beautiful piece.

I love this sofa. It has very clean lines and fits into my space very well. I got the velvet and it is so soft! The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because it doesn't come with any pieces to attach the two sections together so when I get up the pieces slide apart (I have wood floors). I am trying to figure out how to get them to attach without drilling anything into the sofa.

Well crafted, comfortable and beautiful material. Only down side, there is no locking mechanism to keep the two pieces together so they are needed to be frequently adjusted. Otherwise very happy with them.

One seat cushion took a while to lose its odd shape from shipping, but overall it's a great sofa. Requires regular fluffing because it easily loses shape, but it's very deep and comfortable.

I love love this sofa! It is absolutely gorgeous. It sits deep but put a couple throw pillows and it is perfect. I have gotten plenty of compliments on it so far.
