Rove Concepts Solana Dining Chair – Ombra Velvet Smoky Brown

Everything was perfect about this order except we found a cut in one of the chairs. It's about a half inch long, right on the top and noticeable. I gave it a 5-star rating assuming Rove will handle a replacement in an acceptable manner. BTW, we love the look of the chairs.

These chairs are very nicely designed, high quality, & in fact despite being fabric they’re fairly easy to clean if small stains. This colour is also perfect. Off white fabric with very elegant brass legs. The service was incredible as well.

The chairs are nice. Larger than we thought but useable. They are difficult to assemble as at least one bolt in each chair did not fit or wasn’t used because the alignment did not work.

The Dining table is gorgeous, perfect matching with my cabinet color. The dining chairs are beautiful but one chair leg is not touching the floor straight- slightly wiggling! Other than that- I still like the Rove Concepts's product q0uality and styles.

We've purchased a number of items from Rove and we've always been happy with the quality. The latest purchase was an additional 2 chairs to match our existing set. These came very quickly. After we had placed the order we realized we had forgotten to add a discount code, but after a quick chat with customer service they added it and refunded us the difference. We are looking at getting some more pieces from them.

The chairs are excellent, exactly as shown in images and very comfortable. Seems really well built and should last long time. Very satisfied!

❤️ this dining chair. Clean lines. Durable fabric. Got a 6 inch pen make on it and it came out. Have it also in the counter stools height at the kitchen island. I am using it as a bedroom chair. Just added a throw cushion. If I need another chair at the dining table it is easy to move there.

This chair is beautiful and comfortable. I will say putting it together wasn’t that smooth. The one set of screws definitely didn’t fit the holes properly and wouldn’t catch so that was frustrating and time consuming. Other than that the chair itself is great

This dining chair is beautiful, elegant, and complements our black dining table perfectly. It is solidly built and comfortable to sit in. These chairs are stunning, mine in white with antique brushed brass legs. Super comfortable. Quality is excellent.

We love the feel and look of the chair. A bit of work to screw in the chairs but worth it. Only downfall was that 2 of the chairs did not have even legs, so the chairs are wobbly. We have filed a claim to get those fixed, hopefully its done soon.

We love the rich green color. The chair is good quality and easy to assemble. The chair seat is a bit narrow and may be considered snug for some, but it fits our needs. Two of the chairs in our order were welded wrong and unable to be assembled. We notified Rove Concepts and they immediately sent two replacement chairs that were constructed correctly and easily assembled. A small hiccup in an otherwise perfect order!

Trouble putting together one chair and one countertop chair. I was able to put the other ones together but I still have one chair and one counter left. Please send me a video or better instructions. I have attached some photos but I'm not sure if they're helpful. The chair photo is trying to show that I don't have room to put all four sides on the top level so I can't screw them in. The first photo shows that I can't put together the legs for the counter stools need assistance.

These chairs are very solid. Firm seat and very comfortable. Fabric is soft to the touch. Leg feet are adjustable if you are working with surface variances. I can't wait for our next dinner party to lounge and visit over a long, great meal. No one will be in a rush to get up!

I love the look of the chairs. They are very contemporary and look nice in my casual dining area. They would look good in my larger dining area too. I knocked off a star because the seat is not very well padded so they are not as comfortable as I anticipated.

Absolutely love these chairs. I purchased 6 in pearl. It's been holding up very well and surprisingly easy to clean when stained. I put soap on a wet paper towel and just rub till gone. very elegant and comfortable !

The chairs are absolutely beautiful, but not that comfortable. I'm hoping that as they are used more frequently that will change. I was pleasantly surprised that they were delivered much sooner than expected, but I wish white glove delivery was an option. Although putting the chairs together was a breeze, having to open and unpack 7 large boxes and then dispose of them was a bit of a hassle. With that being said, I would definitely recommend them and would purchase them again.

I got 10 of these chairs for my dining room. They arrived in perfect condition and well boxed. The fabric is very nice and the chairs are sturdy. The seat cushion is flat rather than rounded as some other chairs I’ve seen, which is fine. They might be a little less “cushy” in the seat than other dining chairs but it doesn’t bother me. The chairs arrived quickly which is great given the long wait times for some other companies. I’m not sure if I paid for the cheaper delivery option, I probably did, but the delivery did not include taking the boxes and packing material away. With 10 chairs that is quite a bit of material to dispose of. Otherwise, very happy with my purchase and the price was great!

I ordered the beautiful Winston Table and thought I’d be able to use chairs from my previous rectangular table. Then realized I needed chairs with a curved back to enhance the shape of the table. My Solano chairs are fabulous. They are just heavy enough to realize their good quality but light enough to maneuver in the space. The ivory and white boucle pull out the white lacquer table top and the deep brass accents on the chair tie together with brass modern chandelier. The quality of everything I’ve ordered at Rove is exceptional and the styling is so unique. I get compliments from everyone who sees my pieces. I’m still decorating my condo and plan on ordering more in the future.

We bought these to use around a game table. The chairs are not overly cushions, but still comfortable. I think that using a lumbar pillow will help make it more comfortable for sitting long periods of time. The fabric we chose pairs perfectly with the other furniture in the room. Well made chairs

I order this in brass with solstice velvet. The chairs are beautiful and the velvet is soft. The metal on the chair is not solid brass. I think it's painted aluminum. I hope it holds up, but I suspect scratches and dings will show an ugly silver color under the brass paint. The chairs are very firm. Not the most comfortable. They are also surprisingly heavy. The value is reasonable but I'm unhappy with Rove Concept's business ethics. First, they charge obscene shipping fees ($500 for 8 chairs), and they use the cheapest and crappiest delivery service. It's not white glove. They just dump the boxes in your driveway. For context that's about 2-3 times what RH or C&B will for shipping AND they will deliver the item inside and remove the packaging. Essentially, Rove make a killing on the shipping fees. The rewards they give you as a member are wiped out by the absorbent shipping fees. However, all things considered the chairs are very nice, the price is reasonable, and they were in stock and shipped quickly. I received my order within a few weeks. They also sent my a sample of the velvet prior to ordering. I will consider buy other items from Rove. My only hesitation are the shipping fees and lack of customer service.
