HPC designs their products with thoughtful innovation. Each Sierra is proudly handcrafted in the USA using a solid copper sheet that is then coated with an oil-rubbed finish. The 12″ penta burner located at the center of the bowl features staggered burner ports that will create a unique flame pattern with a heat output rated up to 50,000 BTUs. The pan is embedded with weep holes to drain out liquid elements. It works in conjunction with the burner’s raised hub to prevent water from accumulating in the pan and seeping in the gas line. Rest assured your investment will stand up to the elements because the pan and burner are both made with durable, 304 stainless steel that is rust and corrosion resistant. Decorate the top of the burner using natural lava rock or fire glass media (sold separately).
