Masterbuilt 9007180374 – Water Bowl

Terrible material. Mine has a hole in it after 2-3 years of use. Rusted from day one. Support is no help and is extremely difficult to contact. Not sure if this one will fit as no one responds to help requests. Why is one model $4.99 and this one with the sloped bottom $19.99

Rust bowl. I got the smoker as a present on Christmas 2018. Starting with electronics, I had to reseat wires . The temperature reading was over 300° when the smoker only goes up to 275°. I fix that problem. The smoker itself works pretty well. The problem I’m having is the water bowl is completely rusted. I thought I would look for a new water bowl and came across this website. By the previous reviews I will definitely have to go check my model number. My gripe is that only in about a year and a half of owning this motor, I have to replace parts. The water pan should be made out of stainless steel. Not something that would rust like this.

Did not get right bowl hopefully cust sevc will rt. Bought this a couple weeks ago and when it arrived it was way larger than my smoker can fit. It should the water bowl and drip pan for the new digital blue tooth electric smoker, that’s what I was trying to get. I hope Cust srvc will correct it and send me right one. Then I’ll update my rating. Thanks

Faulty waterbowl. You guys suck the part should have been under warranty I am tried filing two different wwarranty claims online and emails and I get no response I called the phone number multiple times and nobody answers

Not the right size. Since there were no dimensions listed in the description, this water bowl did not fit my smoker. Evidently Masterbuilt does not offer the one I need. This one is going back.
