Masterbuilt 911060006 – Flame Disk Bowl

Flame Disk Bowl. Never got the product waited over a month for delivery in the end I had to file a claim with PayPal to get my money back. Super disappointed and the Masterbuilt website has no phone number that you can call to speak to anyone in customer service to get resolution. Would NOT recommend ordering from Masterbuilt at all.

Why write a review when I haven't gotten the item. I've been waiting on my flame disk bowl for nearly two months. I'm very disappointed in level of customer service from Materbuilt.

Worth the wait. Needed a new one because I use my smoker a lot and this was a normal wear and tear replacement. Took a while to finally order because it was out of stock, but appreciated the heads up when the new stock arrived.

Poor Customer Service. Tried to order a replacement after the original rusted out. They are still using this in the existing models but for some reason they don't sale this replacement part nor can you find it anywhere.

Covid delay but it made it. Covid slowed down the arrival but it made it.and feels maybe a little heavier than the original.

I wish they had it. I purchased this bowl a while ago and after a week or more they responded saying they don’t have this product with them. I really was looking forward to buying this product but now I’m thinking they want me to buy a whole new smoker

Well made parts. I purchased a replacement flame disc pan for my smoker, it is heavy duty and well made!

Just what I needed. Exact replacement and fit. The old one was rusted out and I definitely had got my use out of it.

Exactly what I needed. I was afraid I was going to have to replace my entire smoker. But instead all I needed was a 20 dollar replacement piece. Love this smoker.

smoker tray. i asked for it. you shipped it. good deal. wish it was more stout. it isn't I'll order it again.

Functional. I just had to replace the original bowl that came with the smoker. It lasted around 27 months before it collapsed due to corrosion. The rest of the smoker is fine. I keep the smoker outside and covered when I'm not using it.

Doesn’t last long. Bad quality and can’t buy a replacement. What a shame.
