Masterbuilt 9907100018 – Control Panel Kit

Wrong part. I was expecting a digital control panel/timer for my Masterbuilt smoker as it stopped working suddenly. There was only one such item listed on the website and NO phone support. I’ve had the smoker for a few years, purchased at Cabelas and used it sparingly but was happy with it until it stopped working. I am disappointed Masterbuilt does not support a repair or replacement !

Part currently unavailable. As it turns out I ordered the wrong part so that’s on me and I received credit minus the freight charge. That’s totally fair. However, the part I need is currently unavailable even though the model I have is current and is available to purchase. In other words I can buy a new smoker just like the one I currently own but I can’t buy the $20 digital thermostat needed to fix it. I really like the product. I just wish I could repair it instead of having to replace it

Should be called something else. I'm was amazed when this arrived that it comes with the control and also the heating element. I almost ordered a $50 element off of ebay. It came pretty fast and was surprisingly affordable. Works great. Thanks for everything
