Good, but... I chose New Age because it is a Canadian company. the build quality seems good, but 2 of the nuts that are welded to the bottom of the grill cabinet that allows for leveling adjustment broke off, so I had to figure out how to level without it. No help from New Age when I called. There was also a big scratch on the stainless steel counter top. Again, no help from New Age. I've had a particularly rough time dealing with customer service. They don't seem to read emails, and have a tough time understanding problems and knowing how to rectify them. No ill intent; just ineffective.

New age Platinum Grill. I purchased this 2 months ago. Installation and set up was very easy. they grill is amazing and has everything you need. I purchased it with an entire outdoor kitchen set and have been pleased with my purchase and the quality of the set. I have purchased garage cabinets from them a few years back and have been pleased with the quality of those as well.

Terrible Customer Service! Nice product but instructions and customer service are terrible. Cover was not available at purchase. When it was available again they wanted to charge me more than $100 more than bundle price like it was my fault it wasn't available when I purchased. Shipping was a joke as well. Took about a MONTH to get this delivered. Tracking info never worked or showed incorrect info every time we checked. Overall, these guys seem to have lost their way as they have grown. Now there are other options so we will not be doing business with them again.

NewAge Grill & Windguard. I love my NewAge grill. I have used it many times now, and it performs well. The windguard works really well, I recommend that as well.

Nice product. Awful customer service. Sent products with missing hardware multiple times. First issue took a month to resolve. Second issue went back and forth several times. Eventually they offered me a $40 refund to go to the hardware store and buy my own hardware. I had to improvise the custom screws that were supposed to come with the countertop. Sadly, it's the typical modern scenario: top notch sales experience, good product, but then you can't get help with issues from anyone other than off-shore call center contractors who don't know about the product and probably don't get paid enough to care. Attempts to escalate were ineffective. Understandable at a lower price point but I paid $1800 for two small cabinets. I'd expect the service level to reflect that.

fine, but leaks in rain. The counter top looks fine, not too difficult to install. However, we had some bad rain for multiple days here in socal and the drawers under these counters got filled with water about an inch to 2 inches deep. So a cover will be necessary in inclement weather.

Perfect finish to my drawer/2-door storage cabinet. I purchased three cabinets, with this storage cabinet going between a sink cabinet and grill cabinet, neither of which needed a countertop. This countertop exactly matches and makes my set look built-in. I'm glad that it is not, as a built-in would have been a nightmare to accommodate the water/drain and natural gas plumbing that came up through my patio slab. I like the finish on NewAge's stainless steel.

Platinum New Age Grill Exceeds Expectations... This BBQ is a superstar as far as barbeques go with a high caliber burning grill for large parties of friends/family!

#1 Quality. The quality of the product is superb, I am not disappointed. It is wonderful to be able to prep food where it is cooked, and easily clean up after the meal is complete. The grill I rate at five stars, by far the most expensive grill I ever purchased, but is the highest quality. This grill cooks with such even heat because of the ceramic brickets. The quality of the materials used and the design created make this grill a joy to cook on.

Love it! We ordered the aluminum cabinets and added a side burner with cabinet. Communication was excellent. Delivery was excellent. The quality is also excellent. We had a small hitch in that we ordered the grill with Propane but we use Nat. Gas but the company quickly offered to swap them out. That was made easy as the grill was still in the box. The staff had a new one delivered and the wrong one picked up. Awesome and quick service. Can't say enpoiugh good things about the product or the company.

Counter cutting. In one of the post it says that custom cutting is not recommended. So I have a bracket that gives a 24 inch space between two cabinets that doesn’t need countertops the smallest counter you have that would fit the 24 inch space is 32 inches, how can I make this work

Poor product. Worst Costumer Service. Platinum stainless steel 5 burner infrared LPG grill. I purchased this product 2 years ago. For this price point I expected not only great quality but also excellent costumer service. Well was I mistaken? I got neither. The burners have disintegrated. The metal brackets that hold the stone brickets have all rusted away as well. Mind you my BBQ is under a roof. Well covered in my outdoor kitchen along with my smoker(different brand) ice maker, fridge and side burners. And the BBQ is the only appliance that has rusted away miserable. I'm not near the ocean. I keep my BBQ clean as expected. Etc. And to make waters worse the costumer services tells me they can't honor the warranty that's supposed to be 10 years because they don't have the parts nor do they know when they'll have it. Please do yourself a favor. Stay away from this company and its products. This is unacceptable the way they treat their costumers. Do not buy. I've had to cancel gatherings at my place due to their incompetence. Father's Day the same. And with the summer here there's no hope of being able to use my kitchen as I intended when I designed it and built it mostly with their equipment.

Buyer Beware of Warranty Items. Purchased BQQ with outdoor cabinets in March of 2021. Recently the brackets that hold the briquette trays (previous model) have broken. Due to the product being discontinued, apparently the parts are too. Before you spend $6200.00 please beware that this can happen. Most companies that discontinue a product, maintain parts for X amount of time. As the BBQ is unusable due to this issue, my options are limited. Definitely not spending 2,500 dollars on a new BBQ, when competitors offer substantially better warranties for a similar product cost.

Platinum Grill: Design Problem with Lights. We ordered the 3 piece kitchen with the wood grain look. Bar cabinet, sink cabinet and Platinum Grill with cabinet. The outdoor kitchen is installed in a screened lanai. Cabinets are nice, work as intended and look good, however there were many problems with the grill. The igniters had to be replaced, the lighting system was replaced 2x and finally the grill was replaced. Regrettably the new replacement grill has the same issues with lighting after a few minutes of use. The blue LED lights which light the control knobs quit working. Grill cooks fine, but the lights not at all.

Expensive grill made cheaply. We’ve had this grill (operational) for about 20 months now. The nice blue lights on the front of the grill went out within a few months. Newage sent replacement parts but its impossible to actually install them except before the unit is assembled in the factory. Now the ignitor on the first burner doesn’t work and a week later, the interior lights stopped working. Dont recommend this product especially for the price. We’re just waiting to see how much longer until the whole thing quits and we have to spnd another $2k on a grill.

Backyard Oasis. Beautiful state of the art grill with multiple components for all types of grilling. Great for searing steaks, incredibly hot temps!

Outdoor Stainless Steel Kitchen. Outstanding Quali. Great affordable outdoor kitchen components. Have wanted an outdoor kitchen for years. Installed under the eaves of my house. Keep covered with two covers when not using. Stainless steel if covered, will not rust and last forever. I have a Dynasty stainless steel grill on wheels next to new age sink and bar components. My stainless steel natural gas grill has lasted 25 years, no rust and will last forever because I use two covers on it.

Sturdy counter top. This was the only issue I had with the whole package did not realize this was meant to attach to another cabinet I bought this to cover my refrigerator so I will have to figure out a way to use this

40 inch Platinum grill. I really like the 40 inch Platinum grill. My most favorite part is the sear section where you can sear at a higher temperature.

Better than Custom & less expensive! This is our second set of Cabinets from newage. The quality is absolutely worth the price! The first set we bought is in the mountain house and sometimes we get 50 mile an hour winds with lots of rain - the cabinets are exposed to the weather, but they still look brand new. They never get wet inside and the features inside the cabinet are almost too good to be true! Condiment station, wine rack, trash slide out! We could not have built custom cabinets for this price. And truthfully, they look in last better than any custom we could’ve gotten. I will post pictures of the new and previous set. The new is waiting for custom counters. Great delivery and easy to move (we are over 60 & moved ourselves)

Best you will find. These are very high quality and super easy to assemble. My father-in-law & I completed L-shape install in 1/2 day.

Excellent product. Only issue was minor. The rotisserie motor extended out beyond the cabinet and created a conflict with the adjacent manado smoker.

Almost perfect need slight improvement. A fer minor upgrade would have helped. Power cord for burner; grill and rotesserie are very short... should be at least 5-6 feet long. There is a design flow on the door cabinet where the trash containers are... it forces me to open both doors before I can access the trash buckets, and that is due to the lip on door on the trash container side.

Great grill -- needs a second searing burner. There needs to be TWO searing burners instead of ONE. The grille is well built, similar to all of their cabinets.

Only time will tell. I purchased the 36-inch grill, base cabinets with sink cabinet, side burner cabinet and accessory bar cabinet. It looks amazing and I received lots of compliments and requests as to where I purchased the units. I had a problem with the grill LED lights not working. Their customer service is responsive but a little slow on deciding what to do and very slow on sending out replacement parts. Overall, only time will tell how well all the units will hold up to our AZ heat and resist rust etc.

Impressed. I was able to share my measurements with NewAge and they put together a CAD rendering. We moved some pieces around until we got it right. Everything turned out great.

Trash bin should be on the right side. A minor annoyance is that the trash bin is on the left side. By design, the way the doors close is the left door has to close before the right door or else it won't close completely flush. The problem is the trash bin side is used much more often than the wine bottle/ice bin side.

So far very pleased! This grill has been great so far! The sear burner gets incredibly hot and can sear each side of a steak in about 30 seconds flat, and the grill itself easily gets up to temperature in about 5-10min so I don't have to wait forever for it to preheat. I even had a chance to test out the rotisserie a few days ago to cook a turkey and eveyone was very please how juicy it turned out. I actually removed a couple of the briquette trays and was able to fit a large drip pan underneath and even threw in some charcoal on the side for added flavor!

Light switch is broken/stuck. I bought this and after a couple of months' use, the light switch (to turn on the inside lights) got stuck and cannot be turned off :(

incredible grill. Bought this grill and now have installed it into my outdoor kitchen. not hard to install but needs 2 people. fits perfectly in my Newage cabinet.The quality of the grill is awesome. Has a large cooking surface, beautiful briquettes, gets super hot when it comes to sear function. Lights are a nice feature, though not sure how much I will need them in the city! Highly recommend this grill. I've owned a number of different brands in my life, this seems to be one of the best.

Excellent product line. We bought 4 various cabinets, the BBQ base and dual burner for our new outdoor kitchen at one end of our deck and had a Granite countertop installed by our local Granite guy, who has done work for us in the past. We are very happy with all the pieces. We installed a mini hot water tank under the sink, so Paul can wash all his BBQ accessories outside. He cooks complete meals on the BBQ every night and the 3 drawer cabinet works fantastic in keeping his accessories in.

Fantastic Outdoor Kitchen. These are a bit on the pricey side but so is the quality. It will transform the surroundings,make the place look like a million bucks. The finish is excellent and the added features like soft close, stainless and wine racks etc deliver the sophistication in discerning clientele. So it’s not just about looks, it functions top notch too. The stainless steel does scratch very easily as in drag a heavy plate and it scoffs. If your OCD is pretty bad, best to stay away. Otherwise the set nails it on form and function.

Great set overall-a long read but very detailed. Looks great and the price was right! It came packed extremely well, was delivered on a few pallets and the shipping company loaded it into my garage. It took longer to get it unpacked and remove all of the protective film than it did to set it up. If you opt to buy your own grill there will likely be a gap between the bottom of your grill and the shelf the New Age grill sits on. I only bought my own grill because the one that fits this set was out of stock until the end of July. It has a slide out shelf for the propane tank if you go that route. I installed a gas line and it was a bit tricky to retrofit my grill to fit but my awesome handyman made it work. The pre cut holes on the shelf for their grill differed from the one I had installed. They do supply you with spacers to help with fit if your grill isn’t the exact width. Another thing to note is that if the unit is going to be in direct sunlight the stainless steel top gets HOT! I suggest keeping it covered until you are ready to use it to keep it cool. The top also scratches easily and gets water spots that I’m finding difficult to remove. I may eventually add a piece of granite at a later date. The sink basin isn’t sloped enough for all of the water to go down the drain without assistance. I have to use a rag/sponge to move the remaining water to the drain which is a bit inconvenient. A faucet that has a sprayer function would solve that problem. There is a rack for knife storage built in behind the sink and a folding dish drainer included. The sink cabinet has a adjustable shelf which is great for storage. In addition to that it has punch out holes for the drain and faucets on the back and the bottom so that you have options for installation. I do love that the faucet folds down when not in use. I would suggest leaving it slightly up when it’s covered to keep rain from collecting in the void that’s created by water sitting on top. The built in dual trash cans and ice bin are handy additions in the bar cabinet. It would have been much better if the ice bin had double wall insulation to keep the ice from melting so quickly and keep the bin from sweating. I found that water pooled in the bottom of the cabinet beneath the bin as the ice melted. A drain plug would be useful to mitigate standing water under the ice bin. I’ll add a towel underneath until I can find a insulated bin that’s similar in size to put in its place. (Perhaps they will offer one in the future for purchase) The wine holder is nice but I doubt it will get much use simply because it’s not cold enough to use in the summer months. It is removable along with the adjustable shelf that’s very useful. I LOVE the removable bins for condiments in the drawer of the bar cabinet. Although it would have been SO much better if they were insulated. I wish they offered a cabinet that holds an outdoor fridge. The soft close drawers and cabinet doors are a nice touch and there is a magnet to keep them closed. There is a lip on the left door that I imagine is to keep moisture out. My only complaint about that is you have to open the right door before you can access the left door. It’s not as much of a big deal on the grill cabinet or the sink but it’s kind of inconvenient on the bar cabinet. I tend to use the trash bins quite often and have to open the door to the ice bin every time I need to throw anything away since the trash bins are on the left. They should consider making the doors on the bar cabinet open independently. The finish has a teak wood look but is actually a vinyl film. Only time will tell how it holds up over time. The cover that was included is heavy duty and I plan to keep it covered whenever it’s not being used to protect it. My grill is taller than the one that’s made for it so the cover for that part doesn’t quite fit. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase and it will get lots of use. The price, ease of installation, quality and look are fantastic! It arrived quickly and they provided instructions and a video of what to expect prior to delivery. The bar cabinet was the heaviest of the three pieces but if you remove the accessories inside before moving it to the final location it’s a lot lighter. You can level the feet if your surface is uneven or even add casters (not included) if you choose. I like that it’s modular so you can add pieces at a later date if needed. The slight design quirks are the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

need attention from someone. i called to report two issues with the separate burner cabinet. i was told that I had to communicate through email "support". i have sent two emails over the past few days with no response.

Outdoor BBQ set. I bought this outdoor set after looking for months for a modular set that would hold a gas grill and Kamado grill.

Not so heavy duty. I guess I expected these to be heavy-duty, since they are outdoor cabinets. They are a lot flimsier than expected. We've had them about 2 months and already the sink is coming loose from the basin. Also, the attachment points for the countertop didn't match the cabinets (which seems like a perfectly reasonable thing to expect), so we had to make-do with only attaching them in two places. Thankfully, the countertop is pretty heavy. These are also difficult to lock up. We've been using a chain through the handles, but you can still open them enough to cause damage. It would be cool if there was an option to purchase built-in locks. Third, they made it pretty impossible to purchase any grill except their own. Even though it says you can use any grill from 28 1/4 inches to 33inches, you can really only do 28 1/4 OR 33, and nothing in between. Customer service also would not assist me in finding a more affordable grill option. It looks like there used to be a list of alternatives, but they claimed that was no longer valid (not sure why). So, plan to purchase their very expensive grill. To add insult to injury, they don't recognize Washington, DC as a "State/Province", so I had to select Other.

Very well constructed. We ordered three pieces of outdoor cabinets with sink and were so impressed we ordered grill, side burners and two more cabinets. Very well made and shipping was pretty quick.

Awesome cabinets. I purchased multiple cabinets and the 40" grill.... totally awesome! They are well built, stylish and the customer service is the best! Definitely will expand my outdoor kitchen even more later this year!

Great concept, poor quality! Hello, Just wanted to let you know how displeased I am with the products I just purchased from you. As you can see in the pictures a black marker or what ever was used to try and cover up deep scratches ( pict # 2 ) Top of cabinet is severely bent where the top goes onto it as in Pict #1 (NO damage on the packing box) On the one stainless top where it screws on, the boss ( threads ) is turning and cant be tightened. The covers are a joke! How are you supposed to put them on when the cabinets are against a wall? I paid $ 2,300 for this junk and am not looking for compensation, but will tell you I was going to purchase a 8,000 cabinet set for my garage, this will not happen now! Thanks for your time,

Great Looking Cabinets. I just bought this set online and I am very happy with the end product! Very well constructed and designed. The cabinets also came very well packaged in pallets and in strong boxes so no damages during shipment. I am now waiting for my 40" barbeque to arrive and start enjoying it fully.
