Easy to install similar to my gtr 3 pro. Hopefully it will last longer than 18 months. I did not receive my 30 % discount as promised.

Disappointed in screen brightness, even at highest setting. Difficult to see the time when outside in the daytime. I purchased the Amazfit Balance to replace an aging Apple Watch 6.

The battery life is exceptional, the functionality is excellent, and i love the nylon watch band on these.

Overall easy to pair w/phone. Only thing lacking is BP. Oh, great battery life!!

I really wanted to give 5 stars. However due to my job. I need my texts to show. For tje first 3 weeks awesome. But almost every other day. I am having to go and troubleshoot in tje app to fix.

I have one of your other watches which is much simpler to use as you set up the balance it's a nice looking watch but a little bit cryptic and seeing what you want on it not crazy about the band either

Improve compatibility with iOS devices. Add message replies, photo viewing. And update to ZeppOS 5.

The product is great. It's my second Balance watch. The customer service is terrible. I've sent 5 emails asking about a refund on my overnight shipping that cost me $30 and took 4 days to get to me. Not one single return email from any of those 5.

Coming to the Balance from a FitBit Charge 6 has been an overall major upgrade, especially considering the sale price on the Balance was less than I paid for my FitBit. Looks great. I think some of the measures are inaccurate. Problems with blutooth ear buds holding connection. Steps slightly overcooked. Can not get rid of leading zero in hours on display.
