The remote makes it much easier. Used it for 4 days, now and the remote is so much easier and all the selections allow us to select features we need. The open seat button or the automatic opening is nice. I wish we could get a seat with a larger opening, like 22inches..

Solid toilet. Great toilet! Remote could be more intuitive and app would be better of just foe tge toilet and not a generic "smart home" app. Be sure to look at directions before install and go in order! (Otherwise, tightening those bolts down from behind is difficult! Tightening them down with seat off, very easy! You have options.) Overall a great buy.

It looks a bit complicated to learn. I am still not comfortable using the remote or the auto features, as the installation is only one day old.

Great so far! Bought this for our master bathroom remodel. Had it professionally installed, so I can’t speak to the installation process, but we love our new bidet toilet. This is my first experience with a bidet, and it was a little intimidating to begin with because of all the features, but I am figuring it out. My favorite (which I didn’t think it would be as we live in FL) is the heated seat.

Happy with my purchase. I've had it installed for a month, and all the applications are working except for one: the seat heater isn't functioning. I'm currently contacting the support department for instructions, but I've already adjusted the temperature and I can't get the seat to heat up. Everything else, however, is working perfectly.

As advertised. This is the second purchase of this bidet for my home. We love them!

Looks Beautiful; But fails in less than 1.5 years. DO NOT BUY. I bought this in July of 2024 only to start getting issues with sensor right after August of this year. However, it completely failed as the flushing is shallow and does not clean out solid waste or toilet paper. Despite cleaning the inlet filters twice, the flus is failing to perform. During the thanks giving break, with guests at home, not having this toilet made it difficult. Despite calling and opening the ticket and providing the video, there is ZERO progress NOR any specifics on how and when will this be repaired or replace. I would not fall for their limited lifetime warranty as this product has very poor quality as it has failed within a year

Nice toilet. We purchased the toilet in October, installed in late November, and started to use it in early December. The toilet works nicely. We love the heated seat. We dislike the fragrance (odd smell). So far, we are pleased with the purchase.

Turned to be the best decision! I ALMOST sent this back. Right after installation, the spray nozzle started dribbling non-stop! I shut the water off and left it alone. A few hours later, I needed to flush. Turned the water back on and it was good! Zero problems since. This is the "fanciest" bidet seat you can buy for the price. Not to mention the amazing LIFETIME WARRANTY! Just buy one!

Great Toilet That Keeps your Tushy Warm! Great toilet, few thing I believe it should be improved on easier way to remove the toilet cap so that changing the batteries is easier without feeling like you are going to crack the plastic while popping it off. Other than that the toilet flushes great, water is nice and warm, and the seat is nice an warm. Will recommend the toilet.

Must have for bathroom remodel. I brought this a month ago for my parents and couldn't be happier with this product.

Its good for the price. So far good, we love the warm toilet, wash front and back. Not enjoy the noise it does as soon as you sit, and i wish they were more instructions. Or ways to turn off the light of the control dial, also the cleaning sensors do not work for kids

Satisfied. Getting use to the new toilet, so far so good but it is loud when first awakened. Especially when using it in the evening or middle of the night. Very loud.

Great features but smart features spotty. This toilet has been ok. It sometimes does weird things with the flushing, like the water will just keep running and I have to unplug it from the wall. The air hammer makes a very large slamming noise after flushing.

So far so good. Been about a week and so far I love everything about it strong flush and setup instructions are good only part that was a little scary is when you have to separate the seat from the actual bowl felt like it was going to break but it didn’t. Will update if I find any issue later on.

Simply Devine. I purchased this bidet during a remodel project. Overall, we are very pleased. I wish the water pressure was a bit higher. Other than that, it looks spendid, operates perfectly and it is a wonderful upgrade from our old toilet.

Great features such as touchless and tankless. The installer is a Toto fan, and he is so impressed he is now buying one of these.

Keep the instructions close! So far it has been hit or miss with the vocal Commands and toilet set up. I think I will love it. Right now we have a learning curve. Sometimes the voice commands work and sometimes they don’t. I can’t seem to get the settings to stay between uses and then have to adjust in real time. The wash features are fantastic. The dryer could be a bit more powerful but some enjoy the extra time to scroll on their phones. I do love the look and the heated seat. I know we will become long time friends the more I can visit my Envo.

Absolutely a must have. A hands free experience. I bought this from the manufacturer and we love it. When we walk up to it, the lid comes up and the seat automatically starts warming making it feel so comfortable. It flushes itself and cleans you and dries you, both, front and back. Can be adjusted for kids as well. The second lid opens for men or boys if they just step on up to it and place their right fit at the corner. It’s a must have plus it adds value to your home. Very easy to use. You got to go get you one!

We are very please at 6 weeks of use. Our 2 were install about 6 weeks ago and so far so good. Be prepared for possible plumbing modifications. We moved into a new built home and thought it would be a simple installation, but water lines had to be moved and the size increased to allow for the proper GPF for these toliets. About $1k more on the installations than we planned. Make sure you hire experience smart toliet installers. I sent our initial choice home because they were clueless. As far as performance, thet are very similar to our Toto toliet in Japan. I have tired to register three times now and have not ever gotten an e-mail confirmation

Even the Installer wants one now! Just got it installed on 05/28/2025. Love it. The installer wants one now! I was not aware it had heated seats and a dryer, so that's another plus. I'm not sure what the deodorizer is yet, so I may need to watch some YouTube videos to master all the controls.

Great toilet. We got it in black to replace a similar toilet from an online vendor that failed after 3 months of use. It went in easy and has worked very well. Good heat and flush pressure, a little noisy at flush but otherwise very pleased with it.
