Such a nice tub! The jets are relaxing and I really like the lights. It looks beautiful in the bathroom and I’m very happy with it.

Awful customer service DONOT BUY!! Bought this tub for a bathroom remodel. The first tub they sent had a leaking drain, that my plumbers recommend recommended I do not install. I reached out and customer service sent me a new tub.. the new tub that was sent was not new was damaged on the bottom with rusted out missing legs screws, and feet. When I inquired about a refund, they told me that I was outside my refund window and that I was going to have to eat the cost of the tub 2000$ tub I will add images below, but they may not allow me too.

New Master Bathroom. Absolutely love this combination jetted/air tub. So relaxing at the end of a long day. My contractor & crew had no problem with installation. I got the 67” & I am 5’ tall, it’s a perfect fit for me. It’s a little short for my 5’10” husband but he’s not complaining. Entirely too small for both but, if there’s a will there’s a way Highly recommend!!

Best tub ever! I bought this tub 2 times I absolutely love it. I remodeled a bathroom and 2 years later we moved so of course I had to have this tub. Remodeled the bathroom in my new home and every time I step in my bathroom and see that tub I'm absolutely thrilled. I couldn't be happier, the massage jets are amazing the level of relaxation I feel in that tub money can't buy. If you're looking for a tub don't hesitate buy it, you won't regret it.

Clean look, good features. This tub was purchased as part of a complete bathroom remodel By my contractor. Overall, I really like this Jacuzzi tub, The look is clean and fits well with the overall look of the new bathroom. The one drawback is that the Jets are not repositionable at the foot and back of the tub like they are on the sides. Other than that, I am really enjoying this Jacuzzi tub

Tougher Install. While it is finally installed and working fine, the instructions were not geared towards the unit specifically but instead for a generic straight pipe installation. Unclear best scenario instructions. It would be nice if the curved drain installation came with a pre-piped option.

Don't know yet but have high hopes. We have not installed yet

Jacuzzi Bathtub. Got a killer price on my 71” free standing Jacuzzi bathtub, it came fast and looks even better than it did on-line, Even more happy to get in it after a hard days work.

Good tub just need a list of parts to buy for it. Good made tub not so heavy one person can install it theirself

Seems to be a great product although the attachment bars are missing. I talked to customer service, and they said they would expedite the parts needed to finish the installation.

Great Tub. This tub is the perfect design at just the right size.

bad design or quality control. Either a bad design or quality control. The 6 adjustable feet on the supporting structure underneath, are too short. I had to buy new bolts with lock nuts that were 1 inch longer, so the feet would touch the floor to carry the weight and not the side skirt. If you buy this tub, plan on buying (6) - M10x1.5x100 hex bolts with full thread (no shoulder) and lock nuts.

Manufacturing defect. We had to return this tub as it had a manufacturing defect which made it unusable.
