Well made, excellent instructions, asked a question - got an email within hours 4th of July weekend. I’m experienced cooking with wood, not so much with a griddle. Quality is very steady and long lasting. I strongly recommend this procut to who like to cook outside. Having whole system is like having another Kitchen outside

Everything is really well made. Excellent fabrication. All Good. As a devotee of Francis Mallman...I love cooking with fire. It will take some time to learn fire management and seasoning the grill will also take some time (I’m 4 cooking sessions in...and it definitely is not fully seasoned)

Disappointing. We gave the grill to my husband yesterday for fathers day and when he unwrapped the packaging it was delivered in the entire grill ( base and top) are covered in rust?? I took a picture please tell me who to send this this to?? Or can someone please call me as to what we should do? He really wants this grill amd we want to know if this is how its suppose to look? Perfect addition to our firepit. We bought the firepit years ago and have really enjoyed it. We moved into our new home and now have a pool so we decided to buy the tall base and the cooktop so we can use the firepit as a grill. This works perfect!!! We can now grill with the whole family AND enjoy it as a firepit when we’re done eating. Best of both worlds. Nice job Arteflame

Simply Amazing. We can’t recommend this product enough. It is the absolute best addition to our yard. Snack g breakfast, burgers, BD’s Mongolian grill night. Pizza oven is our new favorite and all our friends. Cooking burgers and dogs for group of 30 so easy. We only have the roaring accessory to try. Love it so much we purchased the plan ha accessory for our gas grill. Do it! Thank you for the new box for smaller fires, that’s our next to try, it arrived last week. Love it, but a tad of a learning curve…. I absolutely love my Arteflame! My very first seasoning and cook, right after receiving and setting it up was for 34 family members. Wasn’t elaborate but was a big cook of hamburgers, hotdogs and such. It turned out to be a huge success and everyone loved the Arteflame, even my son who is a classically trained chef (French Culinary Institute NYC). Have since prepared delicious crab cakes and asparagus…fantastic! Biggest challenge, is a bit of a learning curve for proper seasoning and car of the plancha, but that will come with more use and cooks. I am very happy with my Arteflame and am now a backyard live endorsement of the beauty and function of Arteflame! #arteflameislife

entertainment all weekend long!. It is a lot of fun to use with friends. You can cook all day on it if you just keep feeding it some wood. The pizza oven is a must, you can get everyone involved and they turn out perfect

The only hiccup I had was a poorly installed top ring on the inside top of the base. I returned it no hassle and was given a complimentary food saver ring, which is a nice thing to have. Looking forward to many memorable grill outs, as I plan on this grill lasting forever

I’ve had this grill now for a couple of weeks and it’s awesome. Cook with oak and hardwood charcoal and this thing can handle cooking for 20. The griddle is incredible. Buy it.

Arteflame Classic 40. This is an amazing grill. I have not had it very long and still learning, but it is a lot of fun to cook on. The 40” is huge and you can cook just about everything on this. It's a really nice centerpiece in the backyard and had many great comments on it

Arteflame. My experience with the company has been nothing but a refreshing one. First of all the product itself is better then what I expected/hoped for, and I am more then pleased with it. Secondly, The customer service is something other companies should strive for. Emailed questions are responded to within a day or two; and I even had something requiring a more in-depth response to which I received a phone call on the weekend to address my questions. It’s nice to see that some companies are still out there that not only offer quality products..but a quality experience as well

Solid Capital Purchase for Hospitality & Private Club Events for Return on Investment. Quality is Superb! Design is functional and modern! Delivery was quick and arrived in 4 days from ordering. The weight scared me a little, but once you separate the components, the heaviest part is easy to lift with two people. The Best Grilling Experience Ever. I received my Arteflame Friday and was cooking with it Saturday. I had the neighbors over and everyone including myself was amazed by how fun it was to cook on and the food tasted so good. We’re hooked, will never go back to a gas grill! It looks awesome too!

Just received our grill.... Our grill just arrived, I'm writing this review even though we haven't cooked on it yet, because... the look on my partners face, the grin was from ear to ear, 60 years old and he looked like he was a kid on Christmas morning. He had been looking at this grill for over a year and hadn't pulled the trigger, I had to get it. The Classic 40" with a tall base, beautiful, what a statement it makes in the yard! Even with 4" of snow. I can tell you he will be oiling it up this week and we'll have our first meal before the weekend. I'll add pictures at another time. Best purchase ever! Linda

Experiencing the Art of Arteflame. I bought the Classic Arteflame for my husband’s 60th Birthday and he couldn’t be happier. He is having so much fun learning how to cook different meals on the grill, timing foods, getting the right temperature etc. We are excited to cook Christmas Dinner on the grill, including Prime NY strips! In the few weeks we’ve had the grill, we’ve cooked Lobster tails, Filets, Snapper as well as roasted potatoes and a variety of veggies. Several of our friends are looking into purchasing the grill for themselves!

Atreflame. I wish I could answer…..My Arteflame has not arrived! it has been 20 days now. I believe UPS has lost it…last tracking was it was scheduled to be delivered 11/9/20 in Key Largo..It was in Miami 11/6/20. I tried to track it for days with no movement. I called UPS and they were suppose to get back to me within 3 days. That was a week ago…

Great product. We have loved our Arteflame. We have had it for about 18 months and it has been awesome. It looks cool in our yard and it has been so fun. Our family loves cooking breakfast on it during the summer and having friends over for s’mores. We are looking forward to trying out the pizza oven attachment!
