Great Grill. The Arteflame 30 is perfect for a five person family with a medium sized patio; plenty of space to cook for everyone, and a great sized fire pit after. Set-up was straight forward, but you will need at least two people. Seasoning the cooktop simple was simple, and it’s now as slick as any non-stick skillet I own. In short, this grill requires very little maintenance, is extremely fun to cook on, and looks amazing. Highly recommended

Insane!. Wow are this grill awesome. Your burgers will be much more moist than if cooked direct on a normal grill. The plate sears the juices in making one fine burger. These grills are quite well made and will last you forever (unless your neighbor steals them : )

Wow!. Our 30-inch diameter hotplate unit is everything the manufacturers promised. It is the best grilling experience we've ever had, from both a cooking and eating perspective -- and we've used many other products before this one. And when not in use it is a very attractive metal sculpture in our kitchen garden

Wonderful!. After three weeks of use we're getting the hang of this great piece of equipment and art. Setting up is really simple, and firing up the unit is quick and easy, given the drawing in of cold air from the base of the unit and the release of hot air from the middle of the hot plate. The one minor frustration we have is that we've not been able to get the uniform patina across all of the hotplate surface that the experts achieve-- but we're working hard and frequently to make sure we eventually get there!

Love it!. Having an Arteflame 30 makes meal preparation into a memorable shared experience. We'll be using this for years to come. Still unsure if we've seasoned correctly with the scraper leaving scratch marks on the initial seasoning rounds, but the surface has been working well for cooking regardless

game changer grill. I have a Weber grill, 22", and was tired of the **** grills that Weber sells. So I researched and bought the Arteflame. This is a new grilling experience. You can easily cook double what you cooked before. Also, it's easy to cook things like veggies. Clean it and put a light coat of oil after every use and it will last a lifetime. Plus NO toxins! Downsides - it's very heavy, it's replacing an old ****** grill. But that's fine with me

Best of both worlds. I love bbqing and have been doing so on my big green egg for 15 years. The difference is the Arteflame allows you to use a cool top which you get very little smoke in your food (which I love) and then you can cook over a center grate and get the smoke if you want. It’s Benihana meets old fashion cowboy cookout. Love my Arte!

Incredibly versatile product. I have a lot of very high-end outdoor cooking equipment, The Arte Flame Is my new favorite. You can cook a steak in the center Sear on the iron, Rotisserie cook a chicken and grill your veggie all at the same time. It’s also really fun as a social cooking Grill, we had friends over each of us cut up what we wanted to make in one out and cooked all together on the grill one person had shrimp one person had steak and one person had chicken. For the money you can’t beat it

Lovely product. We love the look of this compared with a conventional grill. It's taken some trial and error to get the heat to distribute correctly, but it's really just a matter of getting the charcoal into the corners. We love being able to cook along the edges while grilling in the middle One major consideration: this several hundred pound item was unloaded via fork lift at the bottom of our driveway on trash day, 100s of feet from where we needed it! It turns out that if you can open it where they place it you can dismantle if into more manageable parts, but the base may be too much for some to move. You should offer a white glove delivery to deliver it to its final destination and remove all of the packaging

Works great. It works just as advertised. I would give any new owner a piece of advice. When seasoning your arteflame don’t let it get to hot or it will burn off your seasoning. I had to refinish mine

The Art of the Flame. There is always a learning curve. Arteflame customer service was committed to guiding me. It is a beautiful grill and having a BBQ with Arteflame is a game changer

Well worth it. Slight learning curve, but it’s to be expected with a new tool. Took slightly longer to season than I originally thought it would. Overall, the results are well worth the price

Fun grill. The series 30” is a good looking grill. It turns out food, like a skillet does. You get the bonus of flame at the center and skillet around the edge. After the first burn-in, the sides at the top, are now a different color. I don’t think this will change. I had some problems with imperfections in the cook surface, but Arteflame promptly corrected the concern. I have only done two burns at this point, and the scraper purchased from Arteflame, left scrapes on the surface. I hope they disappear on the next burn
