NewAge Backsplash Hook Kits – Small (12pc) + Large (20pc)

Damaged yet replaced. Item fits and works very well with slat wall. 2 items came damaged. The company was very good at responding and sending replacements!

Extremely low design effort and budget. This system needs some serious improvements to actually be competitive. You can tell they cut corners on the blue bin design, they were not made for the backsplash and when brought to their attention that they do not fit in the channels, their response is you have to keep some heavy enough weight in them to keep them secure to the wall. Absolute joke of a response. Then as stated from others, these hooks do not stay secured to the walls, kinda like the 1990's peg boards and metal hooks. Extremely low effort and budget on this solution.

Parts missing. Didn't include the parts to connect the blue bins to my slatwall

Product Feedback. The blue trays do not fit into the backsplash wall. They are too small

A little disappointed. Everything except the plastic bins is great. The description should state that the bins don't come with the metal brackets to hang them. The bins hang directly by a lip on slats. Not much weight can be put in the bins or the plastic lip will break off.

Horrible Customer Service. Took a quarter of a year to receive this simple order. Customer Service eventually started following up but they took forever.

Product never arrived. I have called twice and I am still waiting on resolution.

Blue plastic containers. The blue plastic containers were delivered broken and New age replaced them very quickly. But they don’t fit back splash board. Connector opening is too small. Very disappointed.

Plenty of options. Good product, plenty of hooks with this set. Only thing I noticed when using this with the cabinet set is with the depth of the cabinet worktop, you lose some working space with some of the larger hooks. Wish there was a drill holder accessory included in this set.

New Age kit. The shipment arrived undamaged and in good condition. Most of the pieces were of good quality, but one of the magnetic bars was very poorly made or not completely manufactured prior to being shipped out. New Age was great about getting me a replacement part very quickly, and I would say I am very happy with the products received from New Age.

Backsplash kit. Quality was not very good. The baskets are welded at an angle, the magnet strip also has production flaws & the plastic bins do not attach well to the wall. Such a disappointment as the other products are well made.

Misleading. Why would you include the blue bins & not include the brackets needed to hang them.

Slat wall accessories! These are great quality and definitely have more than enough pieces. The only thing i do not like are blue little boxes when I have a red cabinet so hints the 4 stars other wise it would be 5 because they are made very well.

Hang it up and get organized. Great selection for my garage slatwall to get tools and sports gear organized

Mary. Good quality good amount of supplies . Easy to work with.

Wall unit. Work bench metal wall tool hanging supplies cannot be used on PVC wall unit. Will need to purchase more

Production Issues rust and grit in paint. Products came very poorly manufactured. They painted over rusty metal and it looked like dirt was in the paint it was very gritty not smooth at all. I told the company and provided pictures they mentioned nothing about fixing the product for the future when I asked and told them I would want to try again in the future. They did give me my money back. But I would not buy this product again until they fix the production of the item. The product also came damaged in shipment not enough padding in the box.

Slatwall accessories. The slatwall seemed nice and easy to install. But that was the best of it. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!! The brackets on the hooks DO NOT stay attached to the wall which is unsafe if you have children. You will be stuck with a 20% RESTOCKING FEE & SHIPPING COST. That’s a small thank you for shopping with Newage! Wish I was told.

DO NOT BUY THIS SET!!!!!! I purchased this set and it does not have the brackets for the blue bins. The picture shows the brackets. But it is not listed in the parts order. There is a 20 piece set for the same price that has the brackets. Why would new age even offer this set without the brackets? So stupid. Tried to buy just the brackets and ran into a dead end. Only option was to buy four more blue bins. What a waste.

Great Products. Handy and well thought out. Great materials and workmanship as well.

Backsplash hook kit. Tool bar doesn’t work and was also damaged. Strip in front of bar was torn off.

Backslpash Kit - Blue boxes don't fit. The blue boxes don't fit the backsplash and kit is very expensive for what it is.

great product. Very happy with purchase. Customer service is excellent.

Great product. On time delivery, products very sturdy..............................

Amazing product!! Superior product!! Great sales team! Excellent marketing!

We are thrilled with all the New Age products we have purchased. Customer support is great.

Heavy duty. I thought it might be cheaper to buy hooks at a hardware store, but they turned out to cost the same, and were of lesser quality. These are a must if you have the slatwall! And the magnetic bars have a strong hold. I love leaving tools sticking to the wall so I can pick up where I left off without looking for the tools I was using the day before.

Good Hook Accessories, Magnetic Strip-FAIL. I bought this 20 pc. Steel Slatwall Accessory Kit about a month ago. Love the versatility of the baskets, bins and hooks, however, the magnetic tool holder, in my opinion is a failure. The magnets are misaligned and some are broken, see attached photos. The magnetic strip still works but is not the quality I would expect from this company.

I would have liked to pick and choose the pieces. It would have been better to pick and choose the piece that I wanted. We bought New Age cabinets, workbench, wall hangers... I have too many of some pieces and not enough of others.

Much Needed Kit. Great selection on needed items for your Newage wall shelf. Strong & Sturdy,

Great product ! I bought the NewAge hook set along with the backsplash last month and am very happy with the product. All the attachments fit nicely into the backsplash. The quality is good and the magnetic strip holds most of my commonly used tools.

Works like it should. Bought this a few months ago and just love it clean look and plenty of hooks.

Very well made and attractive! I am very impressed with the quality of the slatwall and all the accessories. It transformed my bland garage into a showpiece of functionality and attractiveness. It makes working in the garage so fun to have all my screwdrivers and tools attached to the magnetic bar (get two of those!) and I like the paper/shop towel holder. New Age is a delight to work with. I am amazed at how helpful they are and how fast items are delivered.

Great garage Cabinets. The whole process was spectacular. Very helpful during the installation when I had questions. Also the quality was great better than I expected

awesome features and easy to install. This product was the best decision I made to organize my garage.

Quality. Slightly overpriced but very good quality. Fit perfectly with my Performance 2.0 Plus system.
