Broil King Baron Pellet Module – 4 Burner

Really disappointed. Bought this and the Baron grill recently. Wanted something made in Canada ✅. From assembly we’ve had doubts. The assembly was long and needed to pause and zoom in on videos to augment the diagrams for many steps. There was a part that came with a screw in it that was not in the instructions. That screw prevented the ash tray from fitting into place. Took it out and things went smoother from there. Cooking hasn’t gone so well. The unit really struggles to maintain a consistent temperature. The swings are so wild - up to 100 degrees. The first time we used it we thought it was the wind but the last two times it’s been dead calm and this thing still struggles to maintain any temperature. When it gets too low and needs to be relit, it feeds so many pellets in that they catch fire. We are so disappointed. It could never be used to smoke anything overnight because it requires constant vigilance. I guess Made in Canada isn’t the sign of quality we thought it would be.

Pellet module 674001. Too many loose parts. Plastic parts near burner. Augur pipe not long enough and pellets make there way To the ash tray then catch on fire. Augur moves back and forth approximately half inch Mine was put together by barbecues galore at a cost of 200$ IQue constantly reads low pellets and doesn't stay at a set temperature. Set for smoke at 225 but constantly vary between 173 to 298 No videos for how to and/or in use Error code 2 has 5 different trouble shooting results
