NewAge Bold 3.0 Grey 12 PC (2xLWR, 2xBW, 2×48″ BAM )

Overall ratimg. Product looks really good, but I had to have someone reinforce it because the thin material they used was a concern for me.

Good value. These cabinets are nice...good value for the money. The extra depth of the XL was worth a few extra bucks. Although they clearly made an effort to pack them well, there were a few that came damaged...damaged enough to be annoying, but not bad enough to return.

Great tabletop. I really like the bamboo tabletop, it goes great with everything.

Great cabinets at a great price!! I am very impressed with the quality of these cabinets. They were packed with care, so much so that I had to take 2 trips to the cardboard recycle (I did get a LOT of cabinets!) The finish is awesome and I know that it was an investment in my home that will come back double when this place gets sold by my heirs. I wanted something timeless and these are the ticket!!

Very thin. The top is very thin and may not hold up to use as expected

nice choice. like the look and durability of the bamboo top - glad I made the choice

Crappy cabinets not worth the price. I don't like the product, arrived damaged. I had to fix them myself

Happy with slick looking products, Have received m. very happy with the product and delivery definitely recommend. reviewed the packaging in my first review

Excellent product! Well built and easy to install. I liked so well that I bought more.

Excellent cabinets. The cabinets are easy to install and are super quality

Awesome products! I love the product. It really works great in my garage and the purchasing was also very good and very hassle. Free delivery was just a smoothest could be.

Got exactly what I paid for! Everything just fit and worked. I told the Mrs, it may have taken me a few days to put this together, but I never used a colorful metaphor! Plenty of parts for assembly. Videos worked well. It went together easily and is a strong, sturdy product. Not sharp edges. Everything finished well.

Great service!! Great product. Timely delivery and packaging was amazing. Any customer service help was addressed promptly and wwnt beyond my expectations.

Bold and pro cabinets that were 4 weeks late. I ordered 1 each Bold and Pro cabinet sets. They were 4 weeks late. The independent contractor and his father installed the cabinets. They finished installing the cabinets and left. I thought that since I payed for white glove service. They did not clean up after and left the trash, empty boxes and styrofoam. I’m not happy with that. Also, I spent over $6000 dollars and nothing was mentioned about a free pizza oven.

Fine I guess. It’s a piece of wood and it didn’t arrive damaged like everything else in the order….so I guess that’s a positive

Excellent Product. Great Product! Well constructed and nice design/aesthetics. Delivery Driver was exceptional. Only caution is that the actual delivery date was a few weeks later than the date specified when the order was placed. There was a small dent in one locker door and a replacement was delivered in a couple of days. Overall very satisfied with the product and the customer service was excellent.

Think twice before you purchase. I have these cabinets in my garage and each of the tall doors no longer lock. And, conveniently, you cannot take the door apart to try to fix it. For the money I paid for this 12 piece set, the locking mechanism should work for the lifetime of the product. Unfortunately, that is not the case!! I do not recommend them for long term use. I would absolutely return them if I could. An update on 4Feb2026 - the company tries to make themselves look good by saying they will "reach out to see what they can do to make this right" and that was 6 days ago. I have yet to receive a call/text/email...

Well packed with good quality garage cabinets. Good quality for the bold series! The countertop should be one sold piece, had to add a 1/2 inch plywood!

All I can say is WOW! Top notch quality, great assembly instructions and really easy to assemble, they look absolutely great! A few issues but NewAge customer service is as good as it gets!

Absolutely Garbage Customer Service! Order placed first week of July. Customer Service says we will have all item no later than July 28. GREAT! Here we are August 28 and nada, except tons of excuses and ZERO product. More than a dozen phone calls and numerous emails with 5 different organizations, and nothing. Nada. Zip. LOTS of excuses and "oh, we are so sorry...", but no answers. And the only way we have obtained any information is because we call them to find out why our order is still not delivered. You will 100% be more satisfied by going to Home Depot and building out your own garage storage system versus dealing with this incompetent organization. PLEASE, do yourself an enormous favor and do not shop with NewAge Products.

Beautiful. I struggled with the bamboo vs the stainless steel top, but am so glad I chose the bamboo. It is absolutely stunning with the black cabinets.

New 3 Bay Garage Set. Received a large order of garage area cabinets from New Age. Supporting 3 storage areas throughout the garage. Install was simple, had options to place/organize as needed throughout. Finish is sleak and clean. Nice result.

solid. oh my gosh, one word will describe it. . BEAUTIFUL

These Suck! If you want to spend 1/2 a day removing the all packaging only to find damaged products inside this company is for you.

Looks great in the garage. Easy to install and looks great in the garage to keep things organized and looking good

Worth the Money. Cabinets are well constructed and of sufficient guage steel for the task. Heavy enough to not be flimsy but still movable and easy to install alone. Attachment to wall studs really firms everything up. Finish is of good quality and doesn't show fingerprints. So far very pleased.

Bold 3.0 Red 12 PC. The cabinets look great. They are very tedious to install and level. The PDF download instructions are for a corner unit, not the unit I received. They give you double the screws, nuts, and bolts that you need and are difficult to organize what goes where early on. I paid a premium for white glove service only because I could not discard of the packaging it came in. It is not worth the extra money just for that, it takes about 15 minutes to get the shelving out of the packaging it came in.

Garage Storage. Love my new cabinets, work bench, and tool boxes. Fantastic customer service.

So very impressed. I just love my new cabinets, everything was perfect right down to the impressive packaging.

Top. Great cabinets. Works very well in the garage. Added storage.

Very nice cabinets arrived in excellent condition. I needed some organization in the garage and ordered the 9 foot wide assembly. The boxes arrived in excellent condition and it was easy for me to unpack them and install the feet and wheels. I prepped the wall and had a friend come over to help with the installation. I watched the video a couple of times and looked at the PDF instructions and they went in without any problems at all. They are plumb, snug to the wall, and look great. They hold more than I expected and I can't wait to use the rolling cabinet on small projects around the garage like headlight polishing or other basic maintenance where I need a small work surface and tools close at hand.

Bamboo top as a shelf. I like the quality of your bamboo tops. I've installed them for workbench tops and others for shelves, like this one.

Great cabinets. The cabinets are great they help me stay organized

Shipping is an issue. One of my cabinets arrived damaged because there was no protection in the box. Very basic aspect of doing business ignored and now I have a headache to deal with. Take your money elsewhere.

Great Company to Work With. The products fit great and we’re easy to assemble. Great customer service

Nice looking complement to cabinets. Nice finish piece to the Bold Series cabinets i ordered

Great must buy if looking for garage storage. Great all around- perfect for my garage storage needs

Does like a glove. Fits perfect and looks great. Bought the 9pc set and it's a great value

5 Parts Arrived Damaged - Still waiting for answer. Five of the items arrived with significant damage (both lockers, two cabinets, and the locker door). It has been a month since I have received these products and reported the damage. New Age’s customer service asked if I would take $150 to keep the product which I respectfully declined and asked them to replace the damaged parts, then they sent the same exact email with an offer of $300. If you buy these cabinets from New Age just beware of the terrible customer service that comes along with them.

Great Buy. Great product! Easy to assemble especially for us rookies. Plenty of storage space and everything arrived well packaged.

Great Purchase. NICE PERFECT FIT - entire cabinet assembly easy install and looks great

Great looking and good quality. It looks great, combines great with the white and grey finish, and looks solid and resistant.

Solid structure, Ready to Organize. I really like how easy it was to install and the overall structure is solid.

Rusty after only 3 years! Poor quality and overpri. No respect for a company that does not stand behind its product. After 3 years the drawers and cabinet door are rusty and paint is flaking of. Response of customer service: get some paint! Really?

Excellent! Beautiful bamboo top! It’s almost too nice to be a workbench top.

Don't wait! Buy Now! You won't regret it. Beautiful! Exactly what we wanted. Made our Garage look so clean

Nice bamboo top! The top is exactly as I would have expected. It looks nice, it is sturdy and fits perfectly in the cabinet system.

Awesome product! I waited years to get a nice set of cabinets and chose the NewAge Products cabinets and I couldnt be happier! They arrived packaged very well, sturdy, all items fit toghether seamlessly, and nothing was missing! All items look very nice, great construction, and best of all they make my garage look very professional! I will enjoy these for years to come.

Terrible company. Unless you wanna break the bank dont order spent thousands on this place and now i have to spend another 1000 to get my 750 newage dollars to get 100 bux worth of covers what a joke website is garbage always delayed and never loads properly i am not happy with this place

Bamboo top. I had order 12 piece bold set with bamboo top and needed another one because i ordered 4 extra cabinet but added two more to the side which needed another 48” topper.

Impressive ! I was highly impressed with the quality of packaging, quality of the product and the ease of installation.

Looks god but Disappointed with quality. The cabinets look good, but are thin and poorly designed. My bigges issues are the plastic "chrome" pieces on the door handles and the plastic grommets for the door hinge. I know these will end up broken sometime in the near future. The cabinets are much thinner then I was expecting which is my fault for not know material thickness. Overall i feel i over paid for what they are and wished I shopped around for something of better quality. I do like the color i chose and they do look good in my garage. I will not be buying anything from New Age in the future.

Highly recommend. Excellent fit and finish to their products, couldn’t be happier, great experience working with NewAge over the last several years

Great product. Love the way it goes together looks great and plenty of storage

Not satisfied. They take forever to ship And finally when it happens its useless. At least the shipping were free

Quality wood counter. Counter top was nice!! It mounted east and solid!!

Outstanding. Love it… give my garage a futuristic look. A real space saver

From the top too the bottom. It is a beautiful table top but didn’t fit our cabinet grouping. We had to order one that fit without receiving any type of reimbursement. We have a bambo top and nothing to fit it with.

Satisfied!! Very nice .. wish I would have paid to have assembled

High quality storage for your garage. High quality cabinets super clean and sturdy construction. Gives your garage a great make over / storage option. Customer service is super helpful

Lowest rates. The Granite top for the 8 piece bar is awful! It's poor quality. The stone is DULL and the finish is rough in some places. Don't buy it. Go to different places that sell good quality granite!! You'll pay less for a much more quality, shine piece.

Pricey for what you get. I like the product, I just think for the money you pay for these cabinets that the metal would be a little thicker. They seem a little flimsy for the price.

Mary. Heavy and sturdy with nice finish. Easy to install

Pretty good. As advertised. No damage. Shipping was terrible. Many stops as the order crossed the country and 4 delivery appointments that were all missed.

not repeating myself. its fine went through this on the cabinets no reason to repeat my self

Stainless steel tops seem to be very good quality! Although my tops were stainless steel, they arrived in good condition and appear to be of very good quality.

Your company is horrible. Your company is one of the worst I've ever dealt with.. you shoukd be ashamed..

Top shelf bench top. Durable top with an awesome look! A nice classy look that will wear like iron!

Late. Great buy if you enjoy receiving you products 2 months late and being lied to about the delivery eta the entire 2 months. For some icing on top: the website showed it readily available the entire time. Slow clap

Great Product, Great Experience. Ordered this set from Costco on sale and included under mount lighting. Product was delivered in 5 business days with no hassle. The bold series 12 piece offers plenty of storage, work space and durable enough for my basement workshop. Only issue was not receiving proper number of the under mount lights. After 25 minutes of live chat had my issue resolved. Great customer service.

Don’t Buy. You do not want to hear my thoughts, as I have nothing good to say!

Worktop. The work bench top is really great and is perfect for my garage workspace

Cabinets for the Garage. The cabinets are outstanding in construction and really help organization in the garage workspace

Great cabinets. Looks great shipping was on time and packing was the best I have ever seen!

Beautiful. Great value, great look, great packaging and overall great quality

Flawless delivery + stunning cabinets. Thanks to Covid, it took awhile to get our product. However when they were delivered, it went smooth and flawless. We did have an issue with one slight dent (not super noticeable as it is on a side that goes next to another cabinet) but newage promptly offered multiple choices for replacement or additional items as credit for the damage. They were amazing to work with and our garage looks stunning. Highly recommend. We will be coming back for more in the future!

The online design Consultation was simply amazing! The product design is really excellent but when we set up our consultation with the designer on TEAMS, the designer had software and was able to show us any design we wanted, colors and all, in the exact space we planned to use. She was so professional and didn't miss a beat. She had an answer for all my questions and quoted every feature, including a white glove delivery AND installation all while sharing her screen with me. It was a great experience and we made a decision to purchase the unit because we were able to design the perfect Bar Back and hutch unit all while making sure it fit in the space. A special shout out to Harshala Moghe who is simply the best! Thank you!!

Nice product. Due to supply chain issues It took long time to get the item. Overall the quality of the product is very good and easy to install. Certainly there is a room to improve customer service especially informing the customer about the delay on item delivery. Except minor procedure glitches ( they forgot to indicate white glove delivery option on my shipment) overall its good.

O. Great product very well made cabinets. Packaging was some of the best I’ve seen. All pieces showed up with no damage. Just buy them you won’t be disappointed!

I Recommend. Very happy with the product and how easy it was to install. The only thing I would change would be the size of the system, I would prefer a taller cabinet and wall system to provide more internal space and more working room on the work bench. Outside of that, it is a great product for the money.

Garage. Added more cabinets to Finish the garage cabinets . Looks great.

Great Product. These cabinets are very well made and sturdy. I only wish the tool carts filled the opening more. Paying for the install was well worth it also.

Beautifully made. The bamboo top adds a very sturdy and beautiful surface to my work area. Very well made and thick.

Bamboo top. Not as deep as i would like. Scratches easily. .

Rack Attack Atlanta GA. Overall a very good experience! The end user thinks it is a very nice product.

Workbench. These cabinets are fantastic! Very good quality even on a smaller budget. We have purchased 8 kits over the last 8 months.

Cabinets are good. Stainless Steel - Not so stainless, after less than a year - my top has multiple stains, and I do not use harsh chemicals, Car detail spray and distilled water yet multiple rust stains

Home owner. Well constructed..meets all my expectations..love it

Garage cabinets. New Age products are very heavy duty and well-made. Seems to be built to last a lifetime.

Second Purchase. This is my second purchase of the Bold 3.0 72" Bamboo Top (72 x 18 x 1). I recently installed a set of these, then soon after installation, I sold my home, I intended on taking it with me since I liked it so well. The buyer requested I leave it because it looked so nice in my garage (of course with some additional cash I did) As soon as I arrived at my new home, I ordered another one. I am putting epoxy on the garage floor first. I want to complete that job before putting the new one together and now that the weather is warming it will be soon. Looking forward to getting them up- love these cabinets they look great, have tons of storage, and are well very made.

Clean look. I bought this for my husband. Looks so clean and neat. We have a whole system.

Great product, poor condition on delivery. My cabinets were delivered a few days ago and upon inspection two were damaged pretty badly. One I may be able to salvage the other is beyond use as I want to wall mount everything. I contacted the number and now I have to wait even longer as nothing is in stock, very frustrated at this time.

Great feature and beautiful! I bought this about a month ago and very glad I did!

Potentially great, but there were issues. I bought this 12 piece set and it was delivered 6 weeks later. Overall we're happy with it but there were definitely issues. I thought the packaging and installation process was great, and the pre-delivery and installation support was great. In general the quality is pretty good and I'm happy I bought them. They're a pretty good value and look great in my garage. Issues: 1. Biggest problem is a design issue. Locks on the wall and base cabinets are effectively useless. Horrible design. You can simply pull hard on the door and the finger bends, allowing the door to open. No way I'm locking power tools in those. Lockers and rolling work cabinet have function locks. Very disappointing. 2. The delivery company didn't show up the first scheduled time and I had to call a couple times to get it delivered. Not a great experience with that contractor, however the delivery guy was great, and placed the 3 pallets in my garage. 3. A wall cabinet and a locker door had dents in them that didn't appear to be from shipping damage. They're not horrible, but they are visible. 4. There was some rust on two of the magnet latch holders. 5. A screw broke off when I was attaching a bamboo worktop, even though I predrilled per instructions. Pain to remove & fill. I would suggest predrilling with 9/32" instead of 1/8". #10 screws instead of #8 would also be a good idea. The support on the damages was a bit iffy. It took a couple of emails before they acknowledged all of the issues. They did end up giving me a 12% credit in lieu of replacing the damaged pieces, to their credit.

I own a precision metal fabrication shop with over 50 employees. We do all kinds of fabrication so I feel qualified to say that the total experience was excellent! From the ordering to receiving to quality of product I am very pleased. The packaging was well thought out. Great job folks, thank you.

Great product. Received shipment without damage. Installed easily by hanging full set on the wall due to uneven floor. Organized garage and it looks fantastic. I am happy with purchase. I did have about a 10 week wait on shipping but I was not in a hurry. There was some confusion with shipping but customer service handled with ease. I can now park 2 cars in garage. I would buy again and highly recommend.

First thing I’d like to say is the packaging was on point!!! It was what I had hoped for great quality very very happy!!!

Looks Amazing. Bought this about 2 months ago and couldn’t be happier. Looks amazing and everything is so organized. Have had many compliments on it.

Cabinets and work top. I bought this 2 months ago - everything was excellent. Superb packaging (no shipping damage) easy to assemble and great customer support for assembly and design questions.
