Base Cabinet. The cabinet was clean and delivered without any issues. Only issue I had was that they do not have this cabinet in the New Age Red.

Bold and pro cabinets that were 4 weeks late.. I ordered 1 each Bold and Pro cabinet sets. They were 4 weeks late. The independent contractor and his father installed the cabinets. They finished installing the cabinets and left. I thought that since I payed for white glove service. They did not clean up after and left the trash, empty boxes and styrofoam. I’m not happy with that. Also, I spent over $6000 dollars and nothing was mentioned about a free pizza oven.

Great product, easy to finish assembly. The 14 piece set is a great product to organize your garage. I have lots of excess room still left over in some of the containers and plan on maybe ordering a couple more to finish the full look of the garage. Great quality and very easy to set up. The delivery was stressful and handled poorly, but that wasn't NewAge's fault.

Very Pleased Customer - bold seeks. The cabinets are ideal for residential use. Assembly was easy and when mounted to walls and together, the unit is rock solid. Delivery was easy and units were extremely well packed. Great experience with new age.

Half order not received. Ordered package cabinets in early February of 2026, shipping company lost half the shipment, then find out tha package i ordered was roughly 1500 $ off a week later, still waiting on the rest of my order was going to order another set , not sure i will goi g thru with it , not happy at all , the product i received seems decent.

14pc garage cabinets. Packaging was fantastic. Not a dent or scratch anywhere. Love the cabinets. They are even better that anticipated.

The best brand. It’s been 8 years since I bought my first set of NewAge products, and recently I added 3 more single storage units. Although I considered purchasing something cheaper this time—especially since the single units are a bit pricey—I ended up coming back to NewAge after researching many other brands. Quality matters, and NewAge continues to deliver. The products shipped on time, and my husband and I had no issues during installation. Everything fit perfectly, and there were no missing parts. We’re very satisfied with our purchase and appreciate the durability and design. I truly hope NewAge continues to maintain this high level of quality in the future. However, I do wish there were more affordable options for single storage units, as the selection is limited and more expensive than the full sets. Still, I’m happy I chose to stick with NewAge.

My Rod Shop Looks Extremely Professional !!. This was an addition to my Rod Shop. I did a complete make over with NewAge. Flooring - lockers - cabinets over $12K and I could not be happier!!

Great item , poor customer service. This is an addition to my existing set up. The cabinet is great as per usual. However the customer Service and communication was awful. Placed the order. Waited weeks and didn’t hear anything. Reached out and was told they were trying to find stock to ship it out. Week goes by. Nothing again. Reach out and they said they will let me know. Eventually got it and assembled it. Like I said. Cabinet looks great and easy to install. Just disappointed with the service from new age.

Great Quality Product. The ordering process was seamless and easy. The product is great quality. The only issue I had was the delivery where they delivered the small cabinet on a large crate.The delivery driver would not take the crate back. Now I have to take the time and pay for disposing of the crate.

Bold workshop cabinets. It took a bit to process the order as cabinets were on back order, but well worth the wait.

Damaged unit.. Unfortunately the unit that was delivered was dented. There was no damage in packaging, and I accepted the delivery. I am assuming is the dent happened before the unit was packed up. I did not want to send it back because of the hassle so I kept it. Though it will be my last NewAge order.

Newage product and shipping. I love the products I received. The shipping and "local" terminal leaves a lot to be desired. The shipping 800# folks were great. However, you have got to love the "local" terminal will contact you in 24 to 48 business hours...do the math. smh Coruse AI contacts you, a human that you can speak with wont. You go on "terminal" hold. Estimated dates and times changed with no notice.

Cabinet Add On to Bold Series. Added on an additional under workbench Cabinet to allow for additional sporting goods storage. Cabinet arrived on time and in good condition. Easily installed and am very happy with overall result. Highly recommend Bold Series for residential use. Looks great. Solid and flexible.

Feed Back. The cabinets are decently made, and very well packaged for shipping. My only issues was the customer service and lead time. Item said in stock and delivery in 10 days or so, but the confirmation I received changed and customer service had issues getting me answers as to why the delay. Took more the double the time to get them.

Great Garage Organizer. I needed some organization and storage in my garage and New Age Products Bold series took care of everything and the price was right! There were many styles and configurations to choose from and the black tie delivery added to the ease, they unpacked everything and hauled away the packing materials. My wife and I did the simple install all in one day. Level, connect, then secure...simple.

Repeat Customer. Ordering from New Age is extremely easy. They are very helpful if you need to talk to someone. I placed our order online and was surprised at how fast the delivery was to be scheduled. This is not the first time we have ordered the Bold Series cabinetry. We had a garage fire but wanted the same cabinets again. That should say something about the quality and service. My husband chose to put everything together again. We love the professional look it gives to our newly renovated garage. When the white glove service we paid for was not completely done I sent them an email and they quickly responded with a partial refund. Now that is a reliable company.

Product arrived in terrible condition. Product arrived in a gorgeous, impressive package. Unfortunately what I found inside was far from perfect / advertised. See for yourself on the attached images. It is literally impossible for these defects to pass a decent QA. So my conclusion is that either NewAge does not have decent QA, or they just ship damaged items with the hope to later use their Resolutions team to convince you to keep it. Since it would take months, they said to send a new one, they usually succeed. I recommend you to stay away. I spoke with Amit at Resolutions team and he offered to replace one piece and then issue a $250 discount. Unfortunately I only saw the damage on the locker when I spoke to him. I requested them for a kit to fix the scratches and they said to me to use my $250 credit instead... OK, I will never buy NewAge again, and hope you see this review and realize they don't care about the quality of their products.

Perfect storage for my garage. They are perfect in my garage. Not to difficult to assemble. My only complaint is that the cabinets had a couple of areas where it almost looked like a different color grey was used to cover up a blemish. I can live with it since they are garage cabinets and it’s not horrible.

Bamboo top as a shelf. I like the quality of your bamboo tops. I've installed them for workbench tops and others for shelves, like this one.

Base Cabinet. There was some slight damage to the interior left door at the very top around the chrome handle. Otherwise in good condition.

Great quality and size. I ordered this locker specifically for it's size (30"w x 18" d) and it pairs very nicely with my Pro cabinets. The quality is excellent and it is very functional. The only disappointment is that I could not install casters on the locker cabinet.

Really Beautifully Made Cabinets. In 2017, I bought an older house in Texas with a large double garage but it needed a full refresh. After painting and a new epoxy floor, I bought NewAge cabinets and the job was done. All my neighbors were an amazed how well built these cabinets really were, if I had to do this all again, I’d buy Newzage Bold Series again and again !!

Read this before buying the 34.8"H Bold base-cabin. The cabinet is built well enough despite the thinner gauge, no issues. The 2 MAJOR problems are, there are only 3 available positions for the SINGLE shelf with NO shelves avail for further purchase. New Age NEEDS to provide 2 additional positions placed between the existing 3 notches for the shelf adjustment . The shelf height positions are in 6 1/4" increments, you either have barely not enough room, or too much wasted space. If the height adjustments were at least in 3" increments it would be great, even better if we had the possibility of buying a second shelf with the 3" increments, not 6". There is a 2" lip on the bottom, so you have to factor for tilting anything to fit. A simple can of carb cleaner won't fit with the shelf at the lower position, or a small tube won't fit under the top position. You have to place the shelf in the middle and accept the fact you will have alot of wasted space.

Best products for a custom garage.. I received my order and they were flawless. Very impressed with the packaging and care that was taken to protect them during shipping. These are the best cabinets I have ever purchased and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality set of cabinets. I had previously purchased the LVT garage flooring, which turned out fabulous, and these cabinets complement it perfectly. Newage has awesome products and I could not be happier.

Excellent packing and easy to assemble. Customer service was excellent in the beginning. Product was shipped better than most anything i have ordered before. There was small damage on one cabinet piece. I took photos and let them know. The claim process was more than i wanted to get into. So, i got a rubber mallet and a 2x4 and straightened it out. They look really sharp and felt for $1800 a 9 piece set was worth it. Good overall value. They went together very easily and came with about 20 keys and a lot of extra installation hardware. This was a rax exempt sale as the product is installed in my barn. They sent me the Invoice with the tax on it after me asking at least 3x to send invoice without tax as i paid $1799.00. They never did resend the correct invoice. Overall i would recommend product and would buy again.

New Age Products - custom garage.. Our garage features a full New Age System. We love the fit and finish of the product. In adding a bathroom into our garage we wanted to match up to existing cabinets.

Good cabinet,hard to assemble,misleading delivery. The cabinets are great. They are a nightmare to assemble, and the instructions aren't very helpful. I paid $300+ for "white glove" delivery, which the video showed the delivery of fully assembled cabinets. Not what happened. They delivered the cabinets in pieces and all they did for $300+ was take the pieces out of the boxes and remove the packaging.

Organized garage.. My new garage system is awesome. I bought oart from Lowes and then part ddirectly fron New Age.

Poor design and construction for these upper bold series cabinets. They have no shelf and are tall enough to need one without question. They have a large lift over of about 1 3/4”, the inside bottom of the cabinet is lower than the opening because of the wide frame and only single layer. I have some steel cabinets from the 50s that are designed much better. Plus they are all dented in the front of the doors in the same spot as a manufacturing flaw.

Nice bamboo top!. The top is exactly as I would have expected. It looks nice, it is sturdy and fits perfectly in the cabinet system.

Recommended Again. We purchased a total of 5 cabinet sets for our garage and man cave project. The process was easy along the way. I ordered another set two weeks ago for my personal garage. We did have a few packages damaged during transit, but NewAge support was very responsive and stood behind each one and sent replacement items. We would purchase again and would recommend them.

I ordered two of these cabinets and then about a month later decided to order one more. The new cabinet was a different color of gray and black and even had different mounting slots in the back. I tried to connect with customer service support, but getting in touch with NewAge support is a horrible experience, including callbacks, where they would just hang up.

I had order 12 piece bold set with bamboo top and needed another one because i ordered 4 extra cabinet but added two more to the side which needed another 48” topper.

I keep buying more!. Great cabinets. Bought the bold series, great product. Would change a few things, but good quality for the money. Look great.

Beware: Atrocious Customer Service!. I ordered one simple wall cabinet on a recommendation from a friend. I paid online but had to wait 40+ days for delivery. No prob, I'm usually a patient person. When the goods arrived a month later, the box and cabinet looked like it was tossed off a 5-story building (see photos). The delivery driver even said, "You don't want this crap." Oh well, stuff happens, so I refused the delivery. Here's where my disappointment turned to dissatisfaction: I emailed photos to NewAge customer service, who advised me to wait 48 hours for someone to contact me. Nobody ever did. So I called the "customer service" line, opting to receive a call back instead of waiting. Nobody ever called me back. When I finally reached a human being to speak with, they advised that a replacement cabinet would take another month and a half to be delivered. I found that an unacceptable solution, so I requested a timely refund and was told a refund to my credit card would take 7-10 business days. Keep in mind, this company had instantly collected my money a month and a half previously. After several escalations through the layers of supervisors, I was essentially told to wait some more and that no promises for an expedited refund could be made. Sad! I cannot comment on the quality of the goods, but I can promise you that my customer experience with NewAge Products has been a virtual clown show. Courteous people with apologies aplenty but they are unempowered to address customer concerns and prevent disappointment from becoming dissatisfaction. Their internal processes and communication methods are broken so beware that you're rolling the dice once you are separated from your hard-earned money. To NewAge: do better!

Customer Service? What’s that?. These cabinets are not well made at all. We bought directly from you and from Lowe’s and both were dented in the same places on delivery. The one purchased from you directly, the doors didn’t line up, and trying to get a replacement cabinet wasn’t even an option. Customer service isn’t even a term in this company.

Could use minor improvement. Great quality for the price and easy to install. Love the color. Some things that need improvement: 1. Including paper installation instructions wouldve been more helpful, vs going online to watch videos etc. 2. The wall cabinet bottom is very deep, and theres no possibility to add shelving, so leads to a lot of unused space. 3. Plastic edging inside the handles falls out whenever the cabinet door is opened. I had to glue them all in place.

Great product. But shipping issue.. The product is great. It assembles easy and I had no problem installing it in the garage. Only problem was shipping, it was damaged during shipment. And a replacement door had to be shipped out. I have ordered twice from New Age and both times damaged product during shipment. Maybe my next order will arrive in pristine condition.

Great Product. Love the color options.. We purchased (2) Bold series (30 inch) Lockers, one was damaged by the freight company but New Age was easy o work with and are shipping a replacement Locker to meet our schedule. Bold 3.0 gray cabinets.. Love the cabinets. Easy installation, the gray looks black which is the color I actually wanted. I do wish they came with a self , which I made some to fit the cabinets.

From the top too the bottom. It is a beautiful table top but didn’t fit our cabinet grouping. We had to order one that fit without receiving any type of reimbursement. We have a bambo top and nothing to fit it with.

Perfect Fit, Just Needs a Shelf.. I had an inusual application, needing just one cabinet for outdoors near my grill. I mounted it underneath a granite counter slab. If i had one suggestion for improvement it would ne to add an optional shelf.
