NewAge Bold 3.0 Grey 2 PC (XP, 62″ BAM)

Great Quality. Was really pleased with the quality of this storage equipment. The packing and delivery were great, and the units are solid and sturdy.

Worst buying experience that I have ever had. Purchased two 48" RTA Lockers. None of the six shelves would fit. After weeks of communications with a "Resolution Specialist" they shipped out three replacement shelves. 2 of the 3 were damaged. Only shipped 3 shipped instead of 6. After 6 weeks, a final solution has not been provided by New Age.

Looks pretty good, but leaves a lot to be desired. Both cabinets arrived damaged. These are not extremely difficult to assemble, but the thin metal and fairly low quality construction made for a frustrating experience on the first cabinet. Both cabinets took a lot of persuasion and some bending to get together. I could see some people who are not mechanically inclined struggling. Besides the dents, the cabinets feel pretty sturdy and look good fully assembled. Depending on how NewAge follows up to remedy the damage will ultimately be the deciding factor on wether or not these were a worthwhile purchase. If you are looking for super high quality, or perfect cabinets for a high end garage, these may not fit the bill.

Poor engineering quality, parts don’t align. Ordered 4 items, requires assembly, parts not workin

Grandma. Love it! I already bought module set just needed to keep adding for more storage.

Damaged and late. I received the one of the tool drawers a few weeks before the others arrived. This was left on my front porch, so I did not inspect the drawer until the others arrived. The box was not damaged. When I opened this box, I found the damage. Also, on one of the lockers had a dent on one of the side panels.

Nice cabinet, looks good, works well. Cabinet is built & works well. The assembly steps needs improvement by adding more details and exactly what to look for. I was left guessing on how some things went together and had to use trial and error to figure it out. Some of the diagrams should have been pictures showing more details. When initially shopping I had to call and ask what RTA stood for and I am still wondering what NTA stands for. Their chat sessions are a farce-if you want real answers you have to call. Then they have this 'Try your luck' wheel where you get a discount that can only be used on full price items. Then NewAge makes absolutely sure that every item is discounted just a few dollars so the discount you 'won' by spinning the wheel is not useable since the item is not full price. That's just not right. If you win a discount you should be able to use it, period. Either that or don't bother playing this stupid game and making it look like you can get a discount when you can't use it anyway.

Outstanding quality, construction and value !. I ordered three Bold 3.0 RTA (Ready To Assemble) 48"x18"x72" gray lockers directly from NewAge for my finished garage. They are the perfect storage solution, giving my garage a high-end look while providing practical and durable storage solutions. The quality of these cabinets is very good from the finish (outside and inside) to the sturdiness of the shelving. The doors have a substantial feel to them and close perfectly with their magnetic door system. Delivery from the logistics company was superb; items were palletized, wrapped securely, and arrived in perfect condition. The assembly video on the NewAge website is helpful bringing the written directions to life. Bottom Line: Excellent quality, delivery and assembly process is excellent, quality of the cabinets is excellent. BIG VALUE!!

Very easy to assemble, but some damage.... One of the two cabinets arrived with damage, but I was able to straighten and proceed. Very easy to assemble.

Bold RTA Locker Review. Great cabinet, fairly easy to assemble, warning- you will end up with a large amount of recyclables/garbage to get rid of. As with any RTA item packaging of the componenets is paramount to the pieces arriving damage free. Unfortuantely with mine the doors were a little banged up, damages were more a result of handling rather than a manufacturing issue. I worked with NewAge customer support and they were great. I was able to use the doors after a few minor adjustments, NewAge offered to knock a few dollars off my purchase price and after some negotiating we came to a fair agreement. That said, I will be doing business with NewAge in the future on more components for my garage.

Not great, just average cabinets.. These are good cabinets, but quality can be much better. Problem is doors are not aligned properly. I tried all options but they doesn’t align. When you open and close the doors, they make horrible noise. I suggest to spend few more dollars and get pro series.

Great product. When the package was delivered, it was extremely heavy. This was very durable and came very well packaged. It didn’t have any dents. It was fairly easy to assemble without the need of any tools.

BEST PRODUCT I'VE SEEN.. Was a time consumer with only one assembler, but the completed product makes it all worth it. Not a job for everyone though. Have spent a lot of years working assembling warehouse racks, working in warehouses, asphalt tank farm, 84 years old now.

Great Value. Seem durable, balance between consumer and commercial grade cabinets. I really like that the shelves are trussed down the center, I've always been afraid of steel cabinets because the shelves begin to sag if they are not supported properly. Not a problem with these! They also clean up very easy, a damp cloth makes them look new again. They were packaged very well. I had one box that was damaged at one end, the panel was a little bent but a plastic hammer took care of that. Set-up took about 30-45 minutes. Leveling and securing to the wall is a must, gives the cabinet tons of rigidity.

RTA is a great option. The ready-to-assemble option is really great, as opposed to the more expensive preassembled. The instructions were clear and I had no issues. Only thing preventing me from giving it a five star rating is that, while the packaging was very robust, it was still not enough to avoid a couple of dents on the doors due to Fed Ex handling. I did not even bother contacting New Aga on that, as the hassle of replacement doors did not seem worth the effort. My recommendation to New Age is to change the packaging so the lesser visible surfaces (sides/ back) are on the outside of the packaging and the doors packed in the middle.

Packaged very well. Fairly easy to put together. Seems well-made. Would recommend.

easy install everything worked great. the package i chose, fit perfectly and looks great, gave our area complete organization and really dressed up our garage

very good cabinets. I ordered these cabinets over 2 months ago. They came in 3 total shipments.First one was perfect, second was damaged, third [damage replacements] was perfect. I have to say that everyone at newage that I spoke to or e-mailed was very courteous and helpful. I had to have two damaged cabinets replaced, was happy with response. Highly recommend product.

Great product but took way too long to get delivery. Over three months passed from time of order -- wow!! Most customers would probably shop elsewhere but I already had your cabinets and wanted to add to what was already installed. You need to produce more inventory to get product out faster so you stop selling items you don't have.

Excellent cabinets for our garage.. Bought tool cabinet and two base cabinets plus workbench top. Cabinets are of high quality. Really like, have order 2 more.

Great cabinets, better customer service!. I ordered the set and one was severely damaged in shipping, no worries because customer service was quick to remedy. Great quality cabinets and awesome customer service.

Excellent products. Purchased the Pro Series set as well as the Bold Series 2 piece set (did this to have the rolling tool chest). Terrific quality especially the 18 gauge steel and soft door/drawer closures which come standard with the Pro Series products. Have recommended this product to others.

Great Cabinets. These are worth the money. They were packaged amazing and no damage at all. And amazingly there was no missing hardware. Assembly was very simple, took longer to unpack than assemble. I was able to unpack, move and assemble without help. I will definitely be ordering more to complete my garage.

Thin metal on the bold series, Pro series better. I knew the Bold 3.0 used thinner sheet metal than the Pro series but it almost makes the Bold 3.0 rolling cabinet useless. I mounted my vice on the rolling cabinet and I almost tipped it over while trying out the vice. The length is nice but the frame is not sturdy enough for moderately heavy automotive work. The 42 inch tall cabinet was OK but probably just as good as the cabinets they sell in the stores (Home Depot etc). The soft close doors on the Pro series cabinets were nice but not worth the extra cost. The bamboo top was nice on the rolling cabinet but they need to supply self tapping screws to make it easier to attached the top to the base. If I didn't already have the pro series cabinets I probably would have gone with the Harbor Freight version of rolling cabinet and the home Depot tall cabinet as they are cheaper in price and are equal to or better than this. I like the pro series much more than the bold 3.0 series so far but the pro is more expensive. If I had to do it over again I would probably go with the bolt together cabinets sold elsewhere and are 1/2 the price. If I'm going to get thinner metal I might as well pay less. I wish they would put one more shelf in each cabinet as well. I had to make extra shelves out of wood as the space in between the shelves is too big and you will have a lot of empty space to try and fill. Adding a second shelf really helped me fill the empty space in the pro series wall cabinets with medium to small items. Made the storage more efficient. Think I might try the bolt together cabinets next time and save some money. They also put stickers on their tall cabinets that are not easily removed. I do not like this as it is extra work for the customer to have to heat and try to peel off. They are also made in China, so not sure why they cost more.

Perfect timing. You request to review your product can at the perfect time as my units were installed this week. We absolutely love our new cabinets! They are beautiful, sturdy, and very sophisticated! Our garage may be the nicest in the neighborhood! Thank you for making a great product.

Perfect Fit. Very pleased with my entire purchase, including my 2pc. set (project center). Very pleased with the pre-purchase renderings that were sent to me which helped to solidify my vision. Two minor imperfections were handled quicly and effficiently. Great experience start to finish, from sales department to the resolution secialist. Highly recommend New Age Products.

Great product. Looks nice. A ton of great storage.. Very happy with product. Very heavy when shipped. Definitely two person job unpacking.

Easy to Assemble and Looks Great. No issues with delivery, easy to assemble, looks great. Plenty of extra hardware.

Professional Company. I just bought a set of new age cabinets. From the time that I ordered on line along with talking to a customer representative has been such a good experience. The customer service representatives were professional, courteous, friendly and helpful. My cabinets arrived very quickly. I was surprised in the turn around time. I did have some minor damage on a cabinet, but when I called once again great customer service and the issue was resolved quickly. I am very pleased with how these cabinets look in my garage. I highly recommend New Age for their customer service and how their cabinets look/quality.

Bonanza DIY. Third set of their cabinets I have used. Great quality, easy to assemble!

Better than expected!. This is my second purchase of NewAge products and I couldn't be happier. I especially like having full extension drawers. All products are of great quality. Also impressed with the packaging for shipping. All items arrived in perfect condition. I'll buy more if I can find more room in my garage.

Very Nice 2 Piece Combo. I bought this in November and was very concerned about things I read from previous buyers about the condition of the cabinets upon delivery. My delivery was great - absolutely no dents, scratches or problems with either piece. Assembly was pretty straightforward (I'm not much of a hands-on person). The only thing bad about the cabinets, and this is why I didn't give it 5 stars, is that the cabinet doors, both in the tall cabinet and the work bench cabinet, cannot be used independently. In other words, if you want something from the left side of the cabinet you MUST open up both doors to do so. Kind of a pain, but not a deal breaker.

So simple. These came as part of a larger garage project. But these two make it. The cabinets come fully assembled. Simply pop off the doors from the locker, unload the project center. Attached hebcasters or feet, flip it over and attach the top and you are working. I would want a second turning set of casters to up the mobility. The locker is so large. It hold all of our recreation gear: motorcycle jackets, pants winter and summer gear. Roller blades, snorkeling equipment, bins of motorcycle accessories and there is still room. Having a second person is handy, I was able to do it all including bolt the locker to the wall without help other than a hand truck

Very nice product. Seamless process ordering and delivering. I received excellent help planning which pieces to buy. Communication around delivery schedule was great too. Very good quality cabinets. Drawers fit is a little complicated on larger cabinets and took two people, one to press on cabinet side a bit. Overall great sleek looking quality cabinets.

Great Modular Cabinets. Lots of great features and designed for expansion or multiple configurations but the sheet metal is a bit thin. Cabinets got damaged in shipping process due to placing heavy workbench inside the large cabinet. Not sure how durable they will be but hopefully they will suffice for light service in my garage. Wish NewAge offered all cabinets in Red. Had I known the limitations I would have picked a different color.

So good I bought a second set. We bought the first 2 piece set in July along with two 8 piece sets from Costco. We received a locker that was damaged but New Age Products promptly started the replacement process and we received the replacement in a a couple of weeks. We liked the first 2 piece set so much we ordered a second one. We are really happy we purchased these products. Very nice.

Great Storage. Not only do these look really cool, I was first impressed with how sturdy each unit was. I have had other metal storage lockers that were very unstable but this one is solid. The drawers in the work bench slide easily and the lock is a great addition. The best part is that they come just about fully assembled other then small parts.

Sturdy & Stylish. I have now completed the installation and, although I had one small problem with the main vertical unit's shelving, all-round I'm very happy with the Bold series garage organizer. Initially I was a little worried about the units' bright red color (it also comes in grey) and whether they'd work in the garage space I have, however now they're in, they look great. They're very stylish and the finish of all the detailing seems quality. The units arrived very well packaged and everything was undamaged, which is quite a feat given how heavy the units are. The horizontal unit was secured inside the main vertical unit so everything could fit onto one pallet. I didn't have any problems with the assembly and all the screws/casters/shelving were present.

Really Impressed!. These cabinets are quite impressive!! Heavy duty, great features and super easy to install. Fit and finish on the cabinets is beautiful! The project center workbench drawers come with drawer padding which was an unexpected bonus. Drawers are sturdy and slide out smoothly. Castors on the bottom of the workbench table make moving it really easy. Casters are super sturdy with the ability to lock in place. The Locker cabinet is quite impressive as well with shelves that can hold up to 150 pounds each. Sleek looking and sturdy.

Fantastic design, easy setup. Our Bold 3.0 Series 2 PC Set in gray is the single best item in our garage. Sturdy, versatile, and beautiful (we love the bamboo top!), it's a true stand-out. We've actually shared the link to the New Age website with three friends who said they had to have it once they saw it. Set up was actually simple. Both pieces ship flat in one box, with the bamboo top in a second much smaller box. Once we opened the box, there were clear, concise instructions on how to go about set-up. Once we dove in, we were able to finish getting the unit built quickly and placed in the right spot. We're so happy. So far, we've put a lot of our tools, supplies, and gardening implements inside it, with tons of room to spare. The upright locker is so spacious, we decided to go to Costco just to find new things to fill it up! Great purchase, shipped quickly. We give it an A+.

Great addition to my garage. I love this set! It has made my garage into a much more flexible and useful space. SHIPPING: The delivery process was fairly simple. I received a call from the freight delivery company not quite a week after my order was placed. They scheduled a delivery date and time with me the next day (Saturday). Unfortunately, they were unable to get their forklift under the pallet that it was shipped on (they said it was too narrow). So I had to wait until Monday for them to move it onto a new pallet at the warehouse, and it was delivered the next day as promised. PACKAGING: The set was VERY well packaged. No damage to the external boxes and the pieces were well protected. Most of the packaging was cardboard and recyclable. The rest was Styrofoam pieces that were cut precisely to keep things from shifting. The bamboo worktop was in it's own package and then project center was packed securely inside the locker. No pieces were missing. ASSEMBLY: For the most part, the instructions were clear and easy to follow. There was a general instruction book included with the locker that would apply to most of the other cabinets in this series. The project center had it's own instruction book specific to that piece. Everything went together with a drill and screwdriver and some clamps for the worktop. Took me about an hour working by myself to put them both together and I didn't have any problems. The worktop gives you the option to install it with a 1 inch overhang on the front and back sides or a 2 inch overhand on the front and flush with the back (which is what I did). UTILITY: Both pieces have already come in very handy for me. The storage locker has 4 shelves and a clothing rod that you can hang things on. The shelves can be placed at different heights, and I use it to store all of the sports equipment and outdoor toys that were cluttering up the garage. The bottom shelf has a lip which is nice to prevent balls from rolling out. It is wide enough for lacrosse sticks and baseball bats. The project center has a nice handle which can be mounted on either the left or right side (short end). This makes it easy to pull the center out to the middle of the garage when I am working and slide it out of the way when I am done. I store my tools and hardware in the sliding drawers and larger tools in the side cabinet. The worktop is attractive and sturdy. All of the drawers and cabinets are lockable with the included key. QUALITY: Appears to be very high quality, have had no problems in the 2 weeks I have been using it. Shelves hold a lot of weight without buckling at all. Worktop doesn't look worse for the wear after dropping my tools on it. Only concern is the doors of the locker don't line up perfectly so I have to lift one door slightly when closing it to get it to line up. There doesn't appear to be a way to adjust the hinges. This is not a big deal, but would be nice if it included a way to adjust the hinges like they have in their interior cabinetry. OVERALL: This is a great set that helped me reclaim space and add utility to my garage. Well packaged, well made, clear assembly instructions. Looks sharp. Highly recommended.

Well build, functional & good looking!. I've had these cabinets for about 3 weeks now and I cant say enough about how well build and functional this unit is. We use it for storing kids sporting equipment, seasonal lights & garden tools. The power coated finish appears to be durable and rust resistant. The doors are also lockable in case you want to keep your belongings secure in it. The project center has casters and handles for easy maneuvering within the garage and the bamboo worktop adds a nice touch.

So glad I got this product. I love this tool chest and cabinet. Each drawer compartment is lined with foam to protect tools from getting knocked around or dropped when using the chest. Four Caster wheels and built in handle makes it easy to move the chest to be closer to where i was working. I was surprised how much storage these two pieces were able to accommodate. Bamboo worktop looks really nice, in fact according to my wife it might be too nice to be in garage. So glad i got this piece.

Fantastic!. I own a few of the Bold 3.0 sets, and am very happy with them The 2 piece set arrived well packaged, and on a pallet. It's well protected with foam inserts and strong cardboard. Unpackaging is straightforward (I'd recommend two people), and most everything is pre-assembled so it's fast to set up. All you have to do is put the feet/wheels on and you're ready to go. If I had any feedback, it would be for more eco-friendly packaging material in lieu of the styrofoam. I needed a rolling workbench and storage cabinet in my shop, and this fits the bill perfectly. NewAge added some very convenient features that I wouldn't have thought of: a hanging bar in the cabinet for work shirts/coveralls, holes in the bottom for running electrical, etc. The amount of storage space in both is great - no more clutter in the shop! The action on the doors and drawers is smooth and crisp (the doors sometimes need a little aligning, but out of the box they usually work great). If the bench isn't level, the drawers will creep open if not closed completely, but this is more of a shop floor design issue than the product. The wheels are smooth and very easy to move the bench around (even fully loaded with tools). Very convenient to roll to the project, and then move back when the project is finished. The bamboo benchtop is beautiful. Straight and smooth. It will, however, ding if you drop something heavy or bang a hammer on it (like I did), but it is very durable and cleans easily. The combination of the bench and cabinet is a great value. I'm super happy with this set, and would highly recommend it.

Sturdy, durable set. Sturdy system with great storage. Really like the finish and bamboo top.

THE STORAGE SOLUTION FOR ANYTHING & EVERYTHING!. Just received these on Friday and couldn't wait to open the box. As you can see from our photos the cabinets were packaged extremely efficient with minimal wasted materials. My husband and I opened these with little effort. I unwrapped while he broke down the cardboard boxes to recycle. We are utilizing these in our basement storage area. There is very little assembly required but due to the weight of the cabinets, my husband and I used a loop handle hand truck to help us move these into place. Both cabinets are great quality. They are heavy duty steel with a powder coated finish and lockable. We picked the red because it stands out and we thought it would brighten up the storage area a little. In fairness, it's a storage area that is well utilized and we wanted a cabinet that can stand up to heavy usage. No doubt these will be perfect. The 62" cabinet has 4" caster wheels but the 42" locker is mounted on fixed yet adjustable legs which were a lifesaver since our floor is just a bit uneven. The locker has an easy access cutout in the bottom which will be great if you need to charge tools or run cables but still want to be able to lock the cabinet for security or safety reasons. The locker also comes with the necessary hardware to secure the cabinet to the wall for safety but we have not done that yet since we plan to move the cabinet into our new garage after it is complete. The locker is perfect for storing our golf bags, shoes, extra balls and with the adjustable shelves and clothes hanging rod, it gives me a ton of options on how to use the space in the top of the cabinet for extra gear. The 62" cabinet comes with foam liners in the drawers. My only suggestion to New Age would be to consider packing all of the liners together (since they are all similar width and depth) maybe use a piece of cardboard and shrink wrap them to it?... Since they were all in the drawers during shipping, they rolled up and now need to be reshaped and flattened. All in all not a huge deal. The 62" cabinet has a beautiful bamboo top that attaches easily with the hardware provided. You simply need to remove a couple of the drawers to do it. The instructions are very easy to follow on how to do this. If only the instructions could help us figure out who gets to use all the space in these cabinets!! We love all of our New Age products and this is another 5 star product! Great design and quality. It's truly the storage solution for anything and everything!

Great built product and easy to out together.. I was worried that the material would not be of proper strength and the installation would be hard. NOT AT ALL. Great product, well packaged and feels commercial quality. Very happy with purchase.
