Great quality and design. Nice upgrade for our storage area. We like being able to lock the cabinets to keep our toddlers out. We bought the ready to assemble lockers, which were easy to put together. Took some patience to make sure everything is aligned but putting the 2nd locker together was a breeze. Everything shipped on a pallet and was very well packaged.

Great Product, but problems in shipping. I needed a workspace and storage solution for the corner of my garage and this product fit the bill excellently. It is ruggedly made, looks nice, and was straightforward to install. If it was simply the product I was reviewing, it would be 5/5. The delivery, however, did not go smoothly. I think New Age contracts out the delivery to a 3rd party shipper. I was originally informed that my product would be delivered on a certain date, and even received text/phone call to confirm time window as I had to be present to sign for it. Fifteen minutes before the delivery window started, I received a call from the shipper saying No, it cannot be delivered today. Could I be available same time window tomorrow to receive it? I said Yes. Then they changed again, saying it could not be delivered that day, would I be able to receive it the following Monday? I said Yes, and ultimately it was delivered that day. However, changing the delivery date twice is a major inconvenience, and left a poor after-taste. New Age needs to work with a shipper that is reliable and dependable.

Wonderful. I could not of found a better set of metal cabinets than what I bought.

Base Cabinet. The cabinet was clean and delivered without any issues. Only issue I had was that they do not have this cabinet in the New Age Red.

Best garage set up ever. Love the cabinets, I bought enough cabinets to fill up 4 full walls in 2 garages. I also installed the slat walls. The products are very durable and look great. My garages now look very professional and are totally organized and functional.

The best brand. It’s been 8 years since I bought my first set of NewAge products, and recently I added 3 more single storage units. Although I considered purchasing something cheaper this time—especially since the single units are a bit pricey—I ended up coming back to NewAge after researching many other brands. Quality matters, and NewAge continues to deliver. The products shipped on time, and my husband and I had no issues during installation. Everything fit perfectly, and there were no missing parts. We’re very satisfied with our purchase and appreciate the durability and design. I truly hope NewAge continues to maintain this high level of quality in the future. However, I do wish there were more affordable options for single storage units, as the selection is limited and more expensive than the full sets. Still, I’m happy I chose to stick with NewAge.

Great item , poor customer service. This is an addition to my existing set up. The cabinet is great as per usual. However the customer Service and communication was awful. Placed the order. Waited weeks and didn’t hear anything. Reached out and was told they were trying to find stock to ship it out. Week goes by. Nothing again. Reach out and they said they will let me know. Eventually got it and assembled it. Like I said. Cabinet looks great and easy to install. Just disappointed with the service from new age.

Great Quality Product. The ordering process was seamless and easy. The product is great quality. The only issue I had was the delivery where they delivered the small cabinet on a large crate.The delivery driver would not take the crate back. Now I have to take the time and pay for disposing of the crate.

Bold workshop cabinets. It took a bit to process the order as cabinets were on back order, but well worth the wait.

bold 3.0 12 pc. These cabinets put the finishing touch to my garage. Great quality, and lots of comments from friends.

Damaged unit. Unfortunately the unit that was delivered was dented. There was no damage in packaging, and I accepted the delivery. I am assuming is the dent happened before the unit was packed up. I did not want to send it back because of the hassle so I kept it. Though it will be my last NewAge order.

Cabinet Add On to Bold Series. Added on an additional under workbench Cabinet to allow for additional sporting goods storage. Cabinet arrived on time and in good condition. Easily installed and am very happy with overall result. Highly recommend Bold Series for residential use. Looks great. Solid and flexible.

Good Quality and Value Cabinet. Good cabinet, I'd buy another if I needed another one.

Good Value Garage Cabinets. Quite good value, good quality that should last a long time. The company was very persistent about checking over the condition of the items when delivered. I had one small dent in the side of one cabinet, but that dent is against a wall, and I don't see it, so I didn't bother going through a return process. The biggest compliment that I can give is that I would buy other items from them again if I need additional cabinetry.

Great quality and size. I ordered this locker specifically for it's size (30"w x 18" d) and it pairs very nicely with my Pro cabinets. The quality is excellent and it is very functional. The only disappointment is that I could not install casters on the locker cabinet.

Read this before buying the 34.8"H Bold base-cabin. The cabinet is built well enough despite the thinner gauge, no issues. The 2 MAJOR problems are, there are only 3 available positions for the SINGLE shelf with NO shelves avail for further purchase. New Age NEEDS to provide 2 additional positions placed between the existing 3 notches for the shelf adjustment . The shelf height positions are in 6 1/4" increments, you either have barely not enough room, or too much wasted space. If the height adjustments were at least in 3" increments it would be great, even better if we had the possibility of buying a second shelf with the 3" increments, not 6". There is a 2" lip on the bottom, so you have to factor for tilting anything to fit. A simple can of carb cleaner won't fit with the shelf at the lower position, or a small tube won't fit under the top position. You have to place the shelf in the middle and accept the fact you will have alot of wasted space.

Great quality and price. I was amazed at the quality and value of these cabinets. I have both version, but I do like the pro’s size and added construction, but the smaller size is perfect for the things my wife needs in the garage…they are sure to out last me..if my wife doesn’t fill them up first

Excellent packing and easy to assemble. Customer service was excellent in the beginning. Product was shipped better than most anything i have ordered before. There was small damage on one cabinet piece. I took photos and let them know. The claim process was more than i wanted to get into. So, i got a rubber mallet and a 2x4 and straightened it out. They look really sharp and felt for $1800 a 9 piece set was worth it. Good overall value. They went together very easily and came with about 20 keys and a lot of extra installation hardware. This was a rax exempt sale as the product is installed in my barn. They sent me the Invoice with the tax on it after me asking at least 3x to send invoice without tax as i paid $1799.00. They never did resend the correct invoice. Overall i would recommend product and would buy again.

New Age Products - custom garage. Our garage features a full New Age System. We love the fit and finish of the product. In adding a bathroom into our garage we wanted to match up to existing cabinets.

Great cabinets. These cabinets look great and work great for me. Easy to install. They came delivered well packed and damage free.

48" RTA Lockers. Worst buying experience that I have ever had. Purchased two 48" RTA Lockers. None of the six shelves would fit. After weeks of communications with a "Resolution Specialist" they shipped out three replacement shelves. 2 of the 3 were damaged. Only shipped 3 shipped instead of 6. After 6 weeks, a final solution has not been provided by New Age.

Looks pretty good, but leaves a lot to be desired. Both cabinets arrived damaged. These are not extremely difficult to assemble, but the thin metal and fairly low quality construction made for a frustrating experience on the first cabinet. Both cabinets took a lot of persuasion and some bending to get together. I could see some people who are not mechanically inclined struggling. Besides the dents, the cabinets feel pretty sturdy and look good fully assembled. Depending on how NewAge follows up to remedy the damage will ultimately be the deciding factor on wether or not these were a worthwhile purchase. If you are looking for super high quality, or perfect cabinets for a high end garage, these may not fit the bill.

Good cabinet,hard to assemble,misleading delivery. The cabinets are great. They are a nightmare to assemble, and the instructions aren't very helpful. I paid $300+ for "white glove" delivery, which the video showed the delivery of fully assembled cabinets. Not what happened. They delivered the cabinets in pieces and all they did for $300+ was take the pieces out of the boxes and remove the packaging.

Organized garage. My new garage system is awesome. I bought oart from Lowes and then part ddirectly fron New Age.

Poor design and construction for these upper bold series cabinets. They have no shelf and are tall enough to need one without question. They have a large lift over of about 1 3/4”, the inside bottom of the cabinet is lower than the opening because of the wide frame and only single layer. I have some steel cabinets from the 50s that are designed much better. Plus they are all dented in the front of the doors in the same spot as a manufacturing flaw.

Grandma. Love it! I already bought module set just needed to keep adding for more storage.

Different color. I ordered two of these cabinets and then about a month later decided to order one more. The new cabinet was a different color of gray and black and even had different mounting slots in the back. I tried to connect with customer service support, but getting in touch with NewAge support is a horrible experience, including callbacks, where they would just hang up.

I keep buying more! Great cabinets. Bought the bold series, great product. Would change a few things, but good quality for the money. Look great.

Beware: Atrocious Customer Service! I ordered one simple wall cabinet on a recommendation from a friend. I paid online but had to wait 40+ days for delivery. No prob, I'm usually a patient person. When the goods arrived a month later, the box and cabinet looked like it was tossed off a 5-story building (see photos). The delivery driver even said, "You don't want this crap." Oh well, stuff happens, so I refused the delivery. Here's where my disappointment turned to dissatisfaction: I emailed photos to NewAge customer service, who advised me to wait 48 hours for someone to contact me. Nobody ever did. So I called the "customer service" line, opting to receive a call back instead of waiting. Nobody ever called me back. When I finally reached a human being to speak with, they advised that a replacement cabinet would take another month and a half to be delivered. I found that an unacceptable solution, so I requested a timely refund and was told a refund to my credit card would take 7-10 business days. Keep in mind, this company had instantly collected my money a month and a half previously. After several escalations through the layers of supervisors, I was essentially told to wait some more and that no promises for an expedited refund could be made. Sad! I cannot comment on the quality of the goods, but I can promise you that my customer experience with NewAge Products has been a virtual clown show. Courteous people with apologies aplenty but they are unempowered to address customer concerns and prevent disappointment from becoming dissatisfaction. Their internal processes and communication methods are broken so beware that you're rolling the dice once you are separated from your hard-earned money. To NewAge: do better!

Damaged and late. I received the one of the tool drawers a few weeks before the others arrived. This was left on my front porch, so I did not inspect the drawer until the others arrived. The box was not damaged. When I opened this box, I found the damage. Also, on one of the lockers had a dent on one of the side panels.

Customer Service? What’s that? These cabinets are not well made at all. We bought directly from you and from Lowe’s and both were dented in the same places on delivery. The one purchased from you directly, the doors didn’t line up, and trying to get a replacement cabinet wasn’t even an option. Customer service isn’t even a term in this company.

Nice cabinet, looks good, works well. Cabinet is built & works well. The assembly steps needs improvement by adding more details and exactly what to look for. I was left guessing on how some things went together and had to use trial and error to figure it out. Some of the diagrams should have been pictures showing more details. When initially shopping I had to call and ask what RTA stood for and I am still wondering what NTA stands for. Their chat sessions are a farce-if you want real answers you have to call. Then they have this 'Try your luck' wheel where you get a discount that can only be used on full price items. Then NewAge makes absolutely sure that every item is discounted just a few dollars so the discount you 'won' by spinning the wheel is not useable since the item is not full price. That's just not right. If you win a discount you should be able to use it, period. Either that or don't bother playing this stupid game and making it look like you can get a discount when you can't use it anyway.

Could use minor improvement. Great quality for the price and easy to install. Love the color. Some things that need improvement: 1. Including paper installation instructions wouldve been more helpful, vs going online to watch videos etc. 2. The wall cabinet bottom is very deep, and theres no possibility to add shelving, so leads to a lot of unused space. 3. Plastic edging inside the handles falls out whenever the cabinet door is opened. I had to glue them all in place.

Outstanding quality, construction and value ! I ordered three Bold 3.0 RTA (Ready To Assemble) 48"x18"x72" gray lockers directly from NewAge for my finished garage. They are the perfect storage solution, giving my garage a high-end look while providing practical and durable storage solutions. The quality of these cabinets is very good from the finish (outside and inside) to the sturdiness of the shelving. The doors have a substantial feel to them and close perfectly with their magnetic door system. Delivery from the logistics company was superb; items were palletized, wrapped securely, and arrived in perfect condition. The assembly video on the NewAge website is helpful bringing the written directions to life. Bottom Line: Excellent quality, delivery and assembly process is excellent, quality of the cabinets is excellent. BIG VALUE!!

Great product. But shipping issue. The product is great. It assembles easy and I had no problem installing it in the garage. Only problem was shipping, it was damaged during shipment. And a replacement door had to be shipped out. I have ordered twice from New Age and both times damaged product during shipment. Maybe my next order will arrive in pristine condition.

Bold 3.0 gray cabinets. Love the cabinets. Easy installation, the gray looks black which is the color I actually wanted. I do wish they came with a self , which I made some to fit the cabinets.

Perfect Fit, Just Needs a Shelf. I had an inusual application, needing just one cabinet for outdoors near my grill. I mounted it underneath a granite counter slab. If i had one suggestion for improvement it would ne to add an optional shelf.

Bold RTA Locker Review. Great cabinet, fairly easy to assemble, warning- you will end up with a large amount of recyclables/garbage to get rid of. As with any RTA item packaging of the componenets is paramount to the pieces arriving damage free. Unfortuantely with mine the doors were a little banged up, damages were more a result of handling rather than a manufacturing issue. I worked with NewAge customer support and they were great. I was able to use the doors after a few minor adjustments, NewAge offered to knock a few dollars off my purchase price and after some negotiating we came to a fair agreement. That said, I will be doing business with NewAge in the future on more components for my garage.

Sturdy, but noisy. I like the overall design and feels it's very sturdy. Butz the Lockers seem to throw a noise while opening them. I am guessing they do so because of the high magnetic power which possibly should have ways to be tweaked.

Not great, just average cabinets. These are good cabinets, but quality can be much better. Problem is doors are not aligned properly. I tried all options but they doesn’t align. When you open and close the doors, they make horrible noise. I suggest to spend few more dollars and get pro series.

Great product. When the package was delivered, it was extremely heavy. This was very durable and came very well packaged. It didn’t have any dents. It was fairly easy to assemble without the need of any tools.

Sturdy, Clean Design. Love the new cabinets in our garage. Good quality. Sturdy and clean design. The undermount lighting was easy to install and the best part is that they attach magnetically so they can be moved around easily.

BEST PRODUCT I'VE SEEN. Was a time consumer with only one assembler, but the completed product makes it all worth it. Not a job for everyone though. Have spent a lot of years working assembling warehouse racks, working in warehouses, asphalt tank farm, 84 years old now.

A lot of shipping damage. 4 of 6 items had significant damage presumably during shipping. The resolution offered by New Age was very inadequate. Example pictures attached. Nice looking cabinets otherwise.

Look great, function well. Bought several for garage use. They come VERY well packaged. They're easy to assemble and there's plenty of adjustment available for leveling. Only 3 shelves come with the unit, so I bought extras, since I plan to store lots of small items. Shelves go in easily. My only ding would be that a tab should be included in the back (like on the sides) to keep the back wall tight against the shelves. Overall, they look great and function well. Doors are removable for ease of linking lockers. Plenty of hardware is included as well (screws, bolts, washers, etc.

Excellent engineering and build. High quality prod. These are well thought out with reinforcement in all of the right places. Well engineered with plenty of options for configuration. I was surprised by the attention to detail and the shipping packaging was top notch. The only draw back in my mind was the attachment of the brackets for the adjustable feet. I would have preferred machine thread bolts over the supplied sheet metal screws. Everything else was top notch quality..

Quality Value. These are very nice wall cabinets. They feel sturdy and durable. The only reason I am giving them a 4/5 is because there is no option for a shelf inside, which for me eliminates a lot of storage potential. Install was easy, the slotted backs help with mounting to a stud.

Great Value. Seem durable, balance between consumer and commercial grade cabinets. I really like that the shelves are trussed down the center, I've always been afraid of steel cabinets because the shelves begin to sag if they are not supported properly. Not a problem with these! They also clean up very easy, a damp cloth makes them look new again. They were packaged very well. I had one box that was damaged at one end, the panel was a little bent but a plastic hammer took care of that. Set-up took about 30-45 minutes. Leveling and securing to the wall is a must, gives the cabinet tons of rigidity.

RTA is a great option. The ready-to-assemble option is really great, as opposed to the more expensive preassembled. The instructions were clear and I had no issues. Only thing preventing me from giving it a five star rating is that, while the packaging was very robust, it was still not enough to avoid a couple of dents on the doors due to Fed Ex handling. I did not even bother contacting New Aga on that, as the hassle of replacement doors did not seem worth the effort. My recommendation to New Age is to change the packaging so the lesser visible surfaces (sides/ back) are on the outside of the packaging and the doors packed in the middle.

Well engineered product-looks great! Installed three in a row on the wall. The precision side holes allowed me to bolt them together (with the provided hardware) before tightening down the wall anchors for a perfectly even and level installation. Pre-assembled, carefully packaged and arrived when promised free from damage. They look great, would buy again.

Adding additional cabinets. Very happy with the cabinets. Added these cabinets to a bold 3.0 12 piece set. Worked perfect.

Wall Cabinets Perfect for Basement Workroom. The Bold 3.0 Grey Wall Cabinets look and operate exactly as advertised. Notably, these are consumer-grade cabinets, and priced accordingly. While I could have attached them directly to the wall, to make them more secure and fill the entire wall-space, I built wood frames between them (as shown in the photos. I would definitely recommend these for the price.

Overall Satisfied at the moment. I bought a set and some individual cabinets a few weeks ago. They were for 2 different areas (Basement and Garage). The basement used the adjustable legs and the Garage was wall mounted off the ground so I could better utilize the space underneath. Boxes arrived quickly. Some external rough handling, but the packaging did a good job of protection. 1 door of a tall cabinet had a dent due to what looked like over extending the opening of the door. It ended up not affecting the fit so I didnt complain. My shipment was short of some under cabinet lights but a quick call and they were replaced and arrived in a few days. Installation went well and everything lined up, square etc. A couple of the doors seem to fit crooked. I swapped doors around and found a good overall fit. I discounted 1 star for the shelves. They are very frustrating to install. You need a second person or a 3rd hand to be able to push the sides together so the tabs have a chance of engaging. I ended up trying to bend the tabs on the shelves out ever so slightly so that they protruded and would engage in the slots on the sides of the cabinets. They dont lock into place at all so one side would keep popping out while the other side was being installed. Not a huge issue, but seemingly could be a better mechanism. Also some of the slots on the sides were not even open due to paint covering up the slot. That had to be removed/opened up with a razor knife. I would likely buy these again and maybe go for the PRO series as I would have liked to have a set of drawers that I could mount to the wall. Or a lower cabinet in the Bold series with a single drawer. I dont need roll around carts, just a few drawers. The only other comment is that I have a bunch of hardware left over for 4 cabinets that I ended up hanging with no use for the legs. Seems like a waste and you should be able to order those parts separately or delete them and get credit. An option for a shelf in the 24 inch upper cabinet would be a real plus. I have small tubs that are just stacked and have to remove them all to get to the bottom one.

nice cabinet. I bought my cabinets a few months ago and they were delivered about two weeks ago. I just opened them up this past Sunday. Easy assembly and very nice.

No Pre-Drilled Holes for Casters/Horrible Customer. Before purchasing, I called customer service to inquire if I could install casters on these base cabinets instead of using the included feet. Customer service assured me that I could install casters so I went ahead with the purchase. Upon arrival of the base cabinets, I was extremely disappointed to find that the cabinets are not intended for use with casters. There are no predrilled holes in the bottom of the base cabinets to attach the New Age casters. You can drill the holes yourself, but the the triangular reinforcement plates in the corners of the cabinet are not large enough to cover the area where you will need the holes. I have other cabinets from New Age, including other base cabinets that have rectangular reinforcement plates and pre-drilled holes which allow for the attachment of either the included feet or casters. Bottom Line: If you need additional details about New Age products, customer service is useless and will give you misinformation.

Second set! We bought these for our garage set-up in Venice FL 4 years ago. We like them so well that we ordered another set (a different color--I get bored easily), for the new house we are currently building. They are still in the boxes, however I opened each one and inspected them to validate any issues. One door on a tall cabinet was stuck inside the frame. The rep offered me some money or a replacement. I fixed it pretty easily. Our garage at this house is not heated and so far neither the heat or salt air has had any effect on them. With the exception of some sunscreen I got on them when removing things (I'm sure it will wipe off easily), they look like new. They are a good day's work to install (if you have the large set as we do), but certainly doable by someone who is pretty handy. Our garage is all block, so having the ability to drill it (hammer drill) is important.

14 cabinets of Bold 3.0. I’ve had the cabinets for several months, very easy to assemble I completed the project by myself. Two things I would like to see upgrade it would be the front bottom of the cabinet face of the tall cabinets. It was accidentally stepped on when the cabinet was open and crumbled in the stainless steel workbench being one piece
