Slat wall. I really like it. I wish there was a way to secure the hooks every time I remove a tool it pops off. But it looks great and I’m hanging a bunch of stuff on there.

Shipping issues and poor packaging. Product is good so far. Biggest concern is shipping and packing method. Cabinets where dented on multiple locations, based on my opinion, this was do to poor packaging on components inside the cabinets like shelves and assembly components that were not properly secured.

superior drawer unit with superior gliding. when we purchased our house, there were NewAge cabinets already in the garage; the drawer units are particularly nice because they open and close and roll much more effectively than the tool chests we had; I ordered this drawer set to specifically replace those other products and I find the tools far easier to access

Damaged in shipping. Bad customer service. Still waiting on final shipment of my items. There were 2 items nestled in the big locker that I need still. Awful customer service over all. I will never buy from new age again

A Plus Products. I bought these to match another set I had from New Age. Love the look and durability of your products, as well as any customer service if needed. Product is a little on the expensive side but overall, you get what you pay for.

Very clean and easy assembly. It took me a good 2 days to get everything assembled and how I wanted it, but overall, I'm pretty impressed. Everything came in one box, and the tall cabinet had other cabinets inside. I will say the shipping was delayed multiple times, and they told me they would call before arrival, but they didn't, however nothing wrong with the NewAge product. One screw broke when trying to screw the base cabinet into the wooden top, which felt like it lacked quality, but it's a nice-looking assembly. I did my research and this was a good choice for me.

Damaged Door. Would be nice to open the boxes before the delivery leaves. I have one Door that is badly scratched.

Great replacement cabinet. Great cabinet, looks good, well made, sturdy, fits well.

48” Metal Slat Wall. i ordered this slat wall because it is 48” wide. i like it, but honestly I may like the PVC slat wall better. I wish you had PVC slat walls in more widths

Garage shelfs. Shelfs were very nice and fit in the cabinet nicely.

Factory dents. When the pallet arrived, I inspected the boxes and no visible damage was documented. When I unpacked the pallet and removed the boxes there was damage to closet doors that happened during the factory packing and numerous dents on the top corners of the upright closet. One would think for the money spent the factory would take the extra step to ensure no damage was done to the product.

Garage set up. Perfectly packed and shipped. I am not a super handy person but this set was so intuitive that it took only a short amount of time to put together and is perfect.

Transformed the Garage! We could not be happier with the New Age Cabinets! They provide all the space we need to organize tools and garden supplies. The cabinets are well made, beautiful, and functional.

Nice garage cabinets. It was interesting that the whole setup came in one box with the exception of the workbench top. Arrived quickly and seems to be well built. Setup was easy and plenty of bolts and nuts and other hardware was included.

Sturdy and a perfect fit! Surprisingly, my shipments arrived with no signs of damage. The boxes had no scars. Shocking! NewAge products are sold at Home Depot, but I much prefer working directly with NewAge. Plus, their website is very user friendly. Our detached garage is new, and our NewAge storage system is a perfect fit. Easy to assemble, functional and sturdy, we are very happy with our purchase.

Received damaged product. Overall poor quality. Several pieces were damaged. The damage was not from shipping.

Ready to assemble can be difficult. I have purchased numerous New Age Bold locker cabinets. This was my first experience with 'ready to assemble". Quite frankly, I struggled to complete the assembly. I attempted to assemble the lockers with the help of my wife. I ended up calling a friend, who had experience with 'Knock down" cabinets. I worked in the trades for part of my life, but these were hard to assemble. I would not recommend the "RTA" for the normal "do it yourselfer" The video portrayed the assembly as nearly effortless, but i found it to be difficult. If you have any doubts about assembly, purchase the already assembled.

Wrong item sent. The wrong size and wrong color was sent. The process to resolve the problem took several days and was very poor.

AMAZING. WOW WOW WOW, I am blown away by the beauty, strength and quality of these cabinets. I ordered this set, plus a workbench with stainless steel top and another cabinet and WOW, they look fantastic, the stainless steel top is to die for. The quality is amazing. Do yourself a favor and order these. They will last forever. I have them in my garage for everyday residential use. I know I will enjoy them so much through the years. Installation tip: scan the barcode. They provide installation info but you have to scan the barcode or download pdf online. Installation is minimal, they come as one piece, you just attach the countertop with screws and add the feet. Shelves go in easily. Every cabinet has a key. LOVE THEM!!

Solid construction, well packaged and easily installed.

I like the cabinet but arrived damaged. The cabinets are cool and fit the space well - but both arrived damaged. One was not usable so I requested a replacement, customer service was quick and easy which I appreciate - however the second cabinet arrived damaged too. The doors were shoved in past the stop. I was able to pry them out but dented the cabinet. Again - cool product but disappointed in how they arrived.

Bold Modular Set. This is the second modular set I’ve ordered from New Age. My first order from New Age was a Pro modular set that exceeded my expectations with regards to its quality, storage capacity, and appearance. Since moving to Arizona I decided to order another modular set from New Age. This time I ordered a modular set from their Bold Series. Again, I’m extremely satisfied with the product.

Garage Cabinets. While part of the initial purchase had a damaged cabinet, Newage promptly sent a replacement cabinet that was perfect.

No Value. Very expensive with little value attached to it, especially when it comes damaged and it is very difficult to get resolution. Ultimately installed it damaged.

Workbench. I never received my order, so i cancelled as they kept putting off my delivery date

Perfect. This little grouping of cabinets fit perfectly in the area of the garage where I needed them. They fit the bill when it comes to the amount if storage I need. Recommend them highly without reservation.

Garage. Pretty good fit for my garage. (It’s still in progress) there was some minor damages but the customer service team was friendly and responsive.

Damaged Product. It's unfortunate because I have reached out to the company on multiple occasions and have gotten no response. One of the cabinets arrived damaged.I am still waiting for a replacement.

NewAge Bold 3.0 RTA Cabinets. RTA means Ready To Assemble. This is challenging by yourself. A second set of hands makes it much easier. I also purchased factory-assembled cabinets. It might be worth the extra cost to have them arrive already assembled.

New Age workbench review. My husband is very happy with his New Age workbench. We are in a new home with a three car garage and the bench completed his garage perfectly. He was able to select the modular that fit best for his needs. He is happy with the quality and was able to install it easily with the help of our son.

Good to be able to expand a few years down. I already had a Bold set installed in my garage and needed more shelving space, this does the job. These are slightly different in construction than the preassembled cabinets I’ve got a few years ago, but look the same. Packaging is just okay… some panels of my units arrived a little banged up.

Garage cabinets. Excellent garage cabinets!!! They look great and was delivered beautifully! It took a little while to receive them, but it was an excellent shipping company. The cabinets are gray and make my garage look so much better. A little tricky to put together, but was able to do it.

Slides break affer warrany period. I could live with that, but Newage refuses to sell a part (one drawer slide) so that drawer can no longer be used. Bad customer service.....Never again.

The best brand. It’s been 8 years since I bought my first set of NewAge products, and recently I added 3 more single storage units. Although I considered purchasing something cheaper this time—especially since the single units are a bit pricey—I ended up coming back to NewAge after researching many other brands. Quality matters, and NewAge continues to deliver. The products shipped on time, and my husband and I had no issues during installation. Everything fit perfectly, and there were no missing parts. We’re very satisfied with our purchase and appreciate the durability and design. I truly hope NewAge continues to maintain this high level of quality in the future. However, I do wish there were more affordable options for single storage units, as the selection is limited and more expensive than the full sets. Still, I’m happy I chose to stick with NewAge.

Great value. I purchased these cabinets for my garage / shop storage. Assembly was easy. Items came packed very well. My only suggestion would be for more varied amounts of height adjustment within the cabinets. Otherwise, I am very pleased with my purchase.

A great cabinet that looks great. I really love this drawer cabinet. The drawer slide easily out and have plenty of room for all of my tools. I loved it so much. I bought another one for even more tools that I purchased. I really like the quick foot break which keeps it solid in place until I’m ready to roll it out.

My Rod Shop Looks Extremely Professional !! This was an addition to my Rod Shop. I did a complete make over with NewAge. Flooring - lockers - cabinets over $12K and I could not be happier!!

Bold workshop cabinets. It took a bit to process the order as cabinets were on back order, but well worth the wait.

Product good. Delivery awful. The delivery was terrible. No notice. Then had to rush to meet driver 6 miles from house. Had to drive 2 cars to pick up cabinets. 24 miles round trip.

Damaged unit. Unfortunately the unit that was delivered was dented. There was no damage in packaging, and I accepted the delivery. I am assuming is the dent happened before the unit was packed up. I did not want to send it back because of the hassle so I kept it. Though it will be my last NewAge order.

White Glove service SUCKS! Love the product. The White Glove delivery sucked! They unpacked the basic packages. When asked where the rest was, they had me call the supervisor and was told it probably was a partial delivery. When they left, I found all the other pieces inside the big cabinet and needed to unpack and dispose of the rest of the packaging. VERY POOR SERVICE!!!!!

High quality, attractive garage cabinets. I decided to purchase NewAge cabinets since they offer the corner wall cabinet. I'm very happy with my purchase. Installation was straight forward. They are very sturdy and look outstanding in my new garage. Also, I found NewAge customer service to be exceptional! My only very minor complaint is that the corner cabinet is not available in red, so I have a single grey cabinet door amongst all the red.

Good experience. Good delivery, no shipping damage. Online instructions for assembly were good. Overall a great addition to the garage.

Sharp looking garage! I am in the process of assembly and anchoring the cabinets to the walls. New Age has made a very nice product and supplies you with all the hardware you will need to install everything. I am enjoying this project because the product is of very good quality!

Sturdy. Easy to install and study. One minor complaint that I have with it is that the top decorative plate. It attaches with a magnetic strip that's not strong enough. Additionally, the adhesives on the magnetic strip are failing. I ended up replacing it with a double sided tape.

Just what needed but a fair amount of hassle. New Age was the only manufacturer who made metal garage cabinets in the measurements I needed. Everything fit my smaller 2-car garage just right and most others’ were too deep for my space where every inch mattered. While their customer service was very accommodating, I had a number of issues with my order: poorly done install, cabinets that arrived broken/damaged, was sold items by sales team I did not actually need, as well as significant back order and delivery issues. It was a lot of hassle and the materials seemed easily damaged, but I was treated very well and got exactly what I needed. If quality were better and the company better organized I could see them earning 4-5 stars.

Organization and space. I installed several panels of NewAge (NA) Backsplash panels along with several free floating NA shelving units in my garage. The panels were extremely easy to install and the hanging kits worked great for tools, jackets, shoes, hardware and many other things. I finally have the organized garage I've been wanting and the amount of floor space opened up makes my garage feel 20% larger.

Was a bit disappointed. This slatwall backsplash was a little disappointing compared to my other NewAge purchases. The pieces ar3e metal and cannot be cut to size easily. The finish is slightly different from the PVC slatwall so it doesn't match. There is a magnetic top piece that looks good but renders the top slat of the backsplash useless because it doesn't hold hooks. Also, the backsplash doesn't hold the accessory hooks as tightly as they hold on the PVC slatwall.

Great quality and size. I ordered this locker specifically for it's size (30"w x 18" d) and it pairs very nicely with my Pro cabinets. The quality is excellent and it is very functional. The only disappointment is that I could not install casters on the locker cabinet.

Well designed cabinetry. Relatively easy to install. Solid when done. I had an issue with the locking casters that was resolved well in a reasonable amount of time.

Good, but doesn't need to be steel to do the job. It's a nice backsplash kit. Not exactly sure why it needed to be steel though. For something in such a small space, it's not like you're going to put something super heavy on it. I have other slat walls from other companies on my main garage walls that are made out of PVC that do the same job. I gave it four stars because while it is nice I just don't think it needs to be steel or something in such a small space. Only reason I bought this one was because it went with the storage set up that I had bought . Plus it makes it hard if you need to get around an outlet. If you don't want to make the outlet covered, you have to cut into the steel which avoids the warranty. I ended up doing it, and it was a lot more work than it really needed to be.

Bold 3.0 Black. Arrived on time and slight damage to one tall locker which I was able to straighten out. The finish is really nice, exactly what I wanted. Quality of cabinets is better than I expected given the price. Overall I am very happy with my purchase.

Great Product. This product is very well designed and engineered. It's very sturdy and goes together quite easily. Looks great and plan on having it for many years. It's also something you can put together yourself, but if you're not handy I would recommend getting it installed by them. I would recommend this product. The packaging for the materials was also very well thought out and impressive. It ensured your products showed up as intended.

Great Product. Easy to install, sturdy. My only complaint is due to shipping damage. Both boxes had multiple pieces that had bent corners. Had to bend them back and make them flat in order to install. Not a NewAge issue or defect, likely the shipping company.

Good cabinet,hard to assemble,misleading delivery. The cabinets are great. They are a nightmare to assemble, and the instructions aren't very helpful. I paid $300+ for "white glove" delivery, which the video showed the delivery of fully assembled cabinets. Not what happened. They delivered the cabinets in pieces and all they did for $300+ was take the pieces out of the boxes and remove the packaging.

Poor design and construction for these upper bold series cabinets. They have no shelf and are tall enough to need one without question. They have a large lift over of about 1 3/4”, the inside bottom of the cabinet is lower than the opening because of the wide frame and only single layer. I have some steel cabinets from the 50s that are designed much better. Plus they are all dented in the front of the doors in the same spot as a manufacturing flaw.

Garage Storage with Great Apperance. Appearance and practicality is everything, this system fits and looks nice in my garage!

Different color. I ordered two of these cabinets and then about a month later decided to order one more. The new cabinet was a different color of gray and black and even had different mounting slots in the back. I tried to connect with customer service support, but getting in touch with NewAge support is a horrible experience, including callbacks, where they would just hang up.

I keep buying more! Great cabinets. Bought the bold series, great product. Would change a few things, but good quality for the money. Look great.

Damaged. Product arrived damaged. Did not discover until taken out of box

Beware: Atrocious Customer Service! I ordered one simple wall cabinet on a recommendation from a friend. I paid online but had to wait 40+ days for delivery. No prob, I'm usually a patient person. When the goods arrived a month later, the box and cabinet looked like it was tossed off a 5-story building (see photos). The delivery driver even said, "You don't want this crap." Oh well, stuff happens, so I refused the delivery. Here's where my disappointment turned to dissatisfaction: I emailed photos to NewAge customer service, who advised me to wait 48 hours for someone to contact me. Nobody ever did. So I called the "customer service" line, opting to receive a call back instead of waiting. Nobody ever called me back. When I finally reached a human being to speak with, they advised that a replacement cabinet would take another month and a half to be delivered. I found that an unacceptable solution, so I requested a timely refund and was told a refund to my credit card would take 7-10 business days. Keep in mind, this company had instantly collected my money a month and a half previously. After several escalations through the layers of supervisors, I was essentially told to wait some more and that no promises for an expedited refund could be made. Sad! I cannot comment on the quality of the goods, but I can promise you that my customer experience with NewAge Products has been a virtual clown show. Courteous people with apologies aplenty but they are unempowered to address customer concerns and prevent disappointment from becoming dissatisfaction. Their internal processes and communication methods are broken so beware that you're rolling the dice once you are separated from your hard-earned money. To NewAge: do better!

Customer Service? What’s that? These cabinets are not well made at all. We bought directly from you and from Lowe’s and both were dented in the same places on delivery. The one purchased from you directly, the doors didn’t line up, and trying to get a replacement cabinet wasn’t even an option. Customer service isn’t even a term in this company.
