New shop. Great product. Had a minor issue initially but New Age made it right.

As promised, arrived in pristine condition. Was a little hesitant but finally purchased the bold package in red. It was packaged well and arrived in pristine condition. Paid extra for wholite glove, it was worth the extra. Installed the entire package by myself, including one of the flat packed 30 in cabinets. Four full size wall cabinets, 60 in tool box and three overhead smaller cabinets. Easy to follow instructions. Very happy with the entire process, the product and follow up.

Awesome. Everything works great , and I like that I can hang costs in the tall storage cabinet

I ended up having a really good experience, my order was initially put on back order which delayed my delivery and there was some shipping damage when it arrived but NewAge customer service was very attentive and gracious with providing a partial refund that was satisfactory with me. Don’t Buy the Cabinets. I’m a returning customer and bought products approximately five years ago. Those products were way better. The new current one are cheap and weak. Terrible customer service, terrible shipping, overall would never wish someone go through this experience for at best a mediocre product.

Looks great in our garage! Cabinets were delivered and placed in our garage by the delivery company. Very solid boxes and the cabinets inside were very well packed. No real assembly required other than putting on the feet and putting shelves where we wanted. We were able to get them leveled and secured to the wall without any cussing. Only issue is that the upper wall cabinets are fairly short and do not have a shelf in them. Feel like I can’t store as much up there without piling things on top of each other. I bought some magnetic hooks to put inside the cabinets to hang some things up. Overall we are very happy with this purchase.

Great products. The garage storage system from New Age is legit. i love them. Their packaging and delivery were solid. Their products look and feel very high end. I just wish they would include a manual for assembly for the tall cabinets and wall cabinets. I know they included the QR code for instructions but i didn’t see it until I was done with everything. I messed up the installation a little but it works. Still love them!

Base Cabinet. The cabinet was clean and delivered without any issues. Only issue I had was that they do not have this cabinet in the New Age Red.

Improved garage. While the cabinets look good, but compared to Pro cabinets and units I find these flimsy and a bit lite. Although garage looks good I hope these hold up over time.

New age 7 pcs bold xl. I am very happy with this purchase. Cabinet are sturdy and provide storage space exceeding my expectation. Assembly was not difficult but really a to person task My garage floor as not level and wall somewhat uneven so leveling was a title challenging but adjustable feet made the task doable. Overall I am very satisfied and my spouse is thrilled with the new clean ok in the garage.

The best brand. It’s been 8 years since I bought my first set of NewAge products, and recently I added 3 more single storage units. Although I considered purchasing something cheaper this time—especially since the single units are a bit pricey—I ended up coming back to NewAge after researching many other brands. Quality matters, and NewAge continues to deliver. The products shipped on time, and my husband and I had no issues during installation. Everything fit perfectly, and there were no missing parts. We’re very satisfied with our purchase and appreciate the durability and design. I truly hope NewAge continues to maintain this high level of quality in the future. However, I do wish there were more affordable options for single storage units, as the selection is limited and more expensive than the full sets. Still, I’m happy I chose to stick with NewAge.

Bold 3.0 7-piece cabinets. Exactly as advertised. Easy to assemble. Very good build quality. Perfect solution for neat and tidy garage storage. My only complaint is too much styrofoam used in packaging, although they did arrive unscathed. Yes, I recommend this product.

My Rod Shop Looks Extremely Professional !! This was an addition to my Rod Shop. I did a complete make over with NewAge. Flooring - lockers - cabinets over $12K and I could not be happier!!

Great item , poor customer service. This is an addition to my existing set up. The cabinet is great as per usual. However the customer Service and communication was awful. Placed the order. Waited weeks and didn’t hear anything. Reached out and was told they were trying to find stock to ship it out. Week goes by. Nothing again. Reach out and they said they will let me know. Eventually got it and assembled it. Like I said. Cabinet looks great and easy to install. Just disappointed with the service from new age.

Great Quality Product. The ordering process was seamless and easy. The product is great quality. The only issue I had was the delivery where they delivered the small cabinet on a large crate.The delivery driver would not take the crate back. Now I have to take the time and pay for disposing of the crate.

Bold workshop cabinets. It took a bit to process the order as cabinets were on back order, but well worth the wait.

Damaged unit. Unfortunately the unit that was delivered was dented. There was no damage in packaging, and I accepted the delivery. I am assuming is the dent happened before the unit was packed up. I did not want to send it back because of the hassle so I kept it. Though it will be my last NewAge order.

Cabinet Add On to Bold Series. Added on an additional under workbench Cabinet to allow for additional sporting goods storage. Cabinet arrived on time and in good condition. Easily installed and am very happy with overall result. Highly recommend Bold Series for residential use. Looks great. Solid and flexible.

The wide set is the way to go! I had a snafu with my order. The set came in two boxes as well as a separate box for the bamboo top. Unfortunately, the three cabinets in the one box were all dented. Not sure what happened there because the box was in perfect condition. I noticed that the label on them was from the prior year so I think I mistakenly got a returned item? Nevertheless, NewAge corrected the problem and sent me a new set which were in perfect condition. In the past I ordered a set of NewAge cabinets for my other home and was pretty happy with them. Of course you aren't getting commercial grade cabinets but they are quite good for the price point. For the average homeowner, I think they are a really nice product for the money. What I particularly like about this set is you get wider cabinets which actually gives you a bit more storage. I also really like the fact that the tool drawer box is not on wheels so it makes it more sturdy. The units on wheels tend to sway a bit when you open and close them. I could have gotten a different set from Costco that was a bit cheaper but I'm happy that I went with this set instead. I also appreciate customer service making good on their products. In this day and age, you can't ask for more than that.

Nice unit but did not come with any instructions. Luckily I have a pro unit and saved my instructions. The metal door handles are flimsy but super glue solved that. I like the pro alot better and seems the pro is a lot better quality.

-. I had a very poor experience with my recent purchase from New Age. From start to finish, it was a nightmare. First, shipping was significantly delayed, and when the products finally arrived, several of them were damaged. To make matters worse, the installation service was a disaster. One installer showed up at 4:30 PM and didn’t leave until 12:30 AM, despite not having all the materials needed to complete the installation. He also broke a part during the process, which I had to reorder. The entire installation took over 8 hours and still wasn't finished. I specifically requested not to send the same installer for the follow-up visit, yet he was sent again. Overall, this has been a frustrating and unacceptable experience. I am extremely disappointed with the service and lack of attention to my concerns. I would not recommend New Age based on this experience.

Base Cabinet. There was some slight damage to the interior left door at the very top around the chrome handle. Otherwise in good condition.

Great quality and size. I ordered this locker specifically for it's size (30"w x 18" d) and it pairs very nicely with my Pro cabinets. The quality is excellent and it is very functional. The only disappointment is that I could not install casters on the locker cabinet.

New Cabinet. This Cabinet set was what I really needed in my new Garage. It was easy to set up and it looks great.

Read this before buying the 34.8"H Bold base-cabin. The cabinet is built well enough despite the thinner gauge, no issues. The 2 MAJOR problems are, there are only 3 available positions for the SINGLE shelf with NO shelves avail for further purchase. New Age NEEDS to provide 2 additional positions placed between the existing 3 notches for the shelf adjustment . The shelf height positions are in 6 1/4" increments, you either have barely not enough room, or too much wasted space. If the height adjustments were at least in 3" increments it would be great, even better if we had the possibility of buying a second shelf with the 3" increments, not 6". There is a 2" lip on the bottom, so you have to factor for tilting anything to fit. A simple can of carb cleaner won't fit with the shelf at the lower position, or a small tube won't fit under the top position. You have to place the shelf in the middle and accept the fact you will have alot of wasted space.

Excellent packing and easy to assemble. Customer service was excellent in the beginning. Product was shipped better than most anything i have ordered before. There was small damage on one cabinet piece. I took photos and let them know. The claim process was more than i wanted to get into. So, i got a rubber mallet and a 2x4 and straightened it out. They look really sharp and felt for $1800 a 9 piece set was worth it. Good overall value. They went together very easily and came with about 20 keys and a lot of extra installation hardware. This was a rax exempt sale as the product is installed in my barn. They sent me the Invoice with the tax on it after me asking at least 3x to send invoice without tax as i paid $1799.00. They never did resend the correct invoice. Overall i would recommend product and would buy again.

New Age Products - custom garage. Our garage features a full New Age System. We love the fit and finish of the product. In adding a bathroom into our garage we wanted to match up to existing cabinets.

Good cabinet,hard to assemble,misleading delivery. The cabinets are great. They are a nightmare to assemble, and the instructions aren't very helpful. I paid $300+ for "white glove" delivery, which the video showed the delivery of fully assembled cabinets. Not what happened. They delivered the cabinets in pieces and all they did for $300+ was take the pieces out of the boxes and remove the packaging.

Organized garage. My new garage system is awesome. I bought oart from Lowes and then part ddirectly fron New Age.

Poor design and construction for these upper bold series cabinets. They have no shelf and are tall enough to need one without question. They have a large lift over of about 1 3/4”, the inside bottom of the cabinet is lower than the opening because of the wide frame and only single layer. I have some steel cabinets from the 50s that are designed much better. Plus they are all dented in the front of the doors in the same spot as a manufacturing flaw.

So far so good ! Shipping was pretty fast. Nothing was missing . Really easy to put together and it looks great in my garage. I’m so glad I made this purchase ! If you’re hesitant like I was , don’t ! Just get it !

Different color. I ordered two of these cabinets and then about a month later decided to order one more. The new cabinet was a different color of gray and black and even had different mounting slots in the back. I tried to connect with customer service support, but getting in touch with NewAge support is a horrible experience, including callbacks, where they would just hang up.

I keep buying more! Great cabinets. Bought the bold series, great product. Would change a few things, but good quality for the money. Look great.

Beware: Atrocious Customer Service! I ordered one simple wall cabinet on a recommendation from a friend. I paid online but had to wait 40+ days for delivery. No prob, I'm usually a patient person. When the goods arrived a month later, the box and cabinet looked like it was tossed off a 5-story building (see photos). The delivery driver even said, "You don't want this crap." Oh well, stuff happens, so I refused the delivery. Here's where my disappointment turned to dissatisfaction: I emailed photos to NewAge customer service, who advised me to wait 48 hours for someone to contact me. Nobody ever did. So I called the "customer service" line, opting to receive a call back instead of waiting. Nobody ever called me back. When I finally reached a human being to speak with, they advised that a replacement cabinet would take another month and a half to be delivered. I found that an unacceptable solution, so I requested a timely refund and was told a refund to my credit card would take 7-10 business days. Keep in mind, this company had instantly collected my money a month and a half previously. After several escalations through the layers of supervisors, I was essentially told to wait some more and that no promises for an expedited refund could be made. Sad! I cannot comment on the quality of the goods, but I can promise you that my customer experience with NewAge Products has been a virtual clown show. Courteous people with apologies aplenty but they are unempowered to address customer concerns and prevent disappointment from becoming dissatisfaction. Their internal processes and communication methods are broken so beware that you're rolling the dice once you are separated from your hard-earned money. To NewAge: do better!

Customer Service? What’s that? These cabinets are not well made at all. We bought directly from you and from Lowe’s and both were dented in the same places on delivery. The one purchased from you directly, the doors didn’t line up, and trying to get a replacement cabinet wasn’t even an option. Customer service isn’t even a term in this company.

Sturdy product with lots of storage. GREAT customer service and very high quality product. The metal cabinets are thick and sturdy. Installation was not that complicated, and was mostly completed by my 14 year old son, so it is do-able by a non-expert!

Could use minor improvement. Great quality for the price and easy to install. Love the color. Some things that need improvement: 1. Including paper installation instructions wouldve been more helpful, vs going online to watch videos etc. 2. The wall cabinet bottom is very deep, and theres no possibility to add shelving, so leads to a lot of unused space. 3. Plastic edging inside the handles falls out whenever the cabinet door is opened. I had to glue them all in place.

Great product. But shipping issue. The product is great. It assembles easy and I had no problem installing it in the garage. Only problem was shipping, it was damaged during shipment. And a replacement door had to be shipped out. I have ordered twice from New Age and both times damaged product during shipment. Maybe my next order will arrive in pristine condition.

Great Product. Love the color options. We purchased (2) Bold series (30 inch) Lockers, one was damaged by the freight company but New Age was easy o work with and are shipping a replacement Locker to meet our schedule. The New Age personnel were friendly, helpful and easy to work with. Great experience.

Terrible color difference resolution. The color of the 2 sets did not match. Little to 0 help resolving the issue. Offer of a $200 refund does not come close to how much the set is and half of it being the wrong color. Won't buy again.
