Great quality. Very nice and just what I needed to finish off my cabinets to display some awards.

Side-by-side... My first experience with NewAge was an order of already assembled garage cabinets. I LOVE them. 5/5 stars. We needed more storage and thought we would try the RTA version since they were less expensive. We had a very difficult time assembling this locker. We watched the assembly video on repeat and still struggled. Thankfully, the NewAge customer service is also 5/5 stars. They had me send a short video of what was happening and remedied the situation. In THAT perspective, I was a happy customer. The actual cabinet does not seem as strong as the already assembled version. I know because they are literally side-by-side in our garage. That being said, even with it feeling "less than" compared to its counterparts, it still holds and hides our stuff and they look the same as the already assembled units. I am basing this on the knowledge on a premium NewAge product that we already own. If asked if I would buy a RTA again... probably not. I would get something already together.

LilyRose. Arrived damaged. This item was difficult and delayed replacement time. Our installer could not complete on the day we hired.

Garage Storage. It is not everyday that you purchase a product in my case through the New Age website and end up totally satisfied. It was very easy to install and the final product is beautiful. Even the delivery was flawless. Great Job New Age!

superior drawer unit with superior gliding. when we purchased our house, there were NewAge cabinets already in the garage; the drawer units are particularly nice because they open and close and roll much more effectively than the tool chests we had; I ordered this drawer set to specifically replace those other products and I find the tools far easier to access

3 out of 3 orders/shipments, all arrived damaged. My first New Age order was placed through Costco in mid May for a 12 piece garage cabinet set. 7 of the 12 pieces arrived damaged and unusable. After some photos and descriptions, New Age finally agreed to replace the 7 items. However, when they arrived 3 weeks later, 1 of the 7 items was damaged too. I've received email confirmation of the replacement, but have not seen shipping or tracking info yet. During all this, I ordered 2 small shelves directly from New Age, not Costco, to add to my cabinet set. Unbelievably, they arrived damaged too, despite no signs of distress on the packaging. When I reported the damage, interestingly, New Age asked me to also include photos of the dated serial number affixed to the shelves and the inspection slip within the packaging. The shelves were made in June 2019!! I suspect the damage may have occurred sometime in the past 7 years while in storage. Costco has been very engaged in this process, making sure I'm completely satisfied. Surprisingly, when I asked them to assist with the shelving damage issue, they replied that they would look into it. "This is not the kind of delivery expectations we have from our suppliers, whether products are ordered from Costco or outside of Costco." It's been more than 2 months since placing my initial order, and I still don't have a complete cabinet set to even start on the installation. Very frustrating!

Purchased Extra shelves. The 2 extra shelves I purchased fit perfectly in my existing New Age cabinet system. This upgrade lets me progress my cabinet organization. Great product. Great addition. Thank you.

Doors drag on frame. Cabinets are visually appealing however the doors drag on the frame, and the plastic magnet housing design is inadequate. The magnets stay behind on the frame when the doors are opened, and had to be glued in. Mounting Hardware was really nice.

Garage cabinets. They have been great so far. Started with the welded cabinets then got the RTA. Both solid quality. Rather easy to assemble.

Wonderful. I could not of found a better set of metal cabinets than what I bought.

New Age is a Nightmare. First it took forever to receive delivery of our order despite NewAge having promised delivery by a much earlier date. Once we did receive delivery, installation was completed in a timely manner, but the lights came without the transformer needed to make them work. We were charged additional for the transformer but having waited weeks and weeks after removal of our old cabinets with our garage barely functioning we dared not complain. Then we needed to order some additional shelves for the tall cabinets. The Shelves we received do not fit the cabinets we received earlier from New Age and now even more weeks later we are still waiting for replacements. If you are looking for cabinets I strongly recommend you look elsewhere.

Base Cabinet. The cabinet was clean and delivered without any issues. Only issue I had was that they do not have this cabinet in the New Age Red.

Ok product. So you assemble yourself which I was aware of. However assembling was not easy. It is pretty flimsy so lining everything up and to get doors to line up to shut was a pain .. decent price point for what your getting However I’d pay more for better quality and already assembled.

Bold Series 48in RTA Locker. This is the second set of New Age products that I have acquired. In general, New Age products are made of solid materials, are easy to construct, and are durable. That said, my experience with the Bold Series 48in RTA locker is different. The assembly of the locker was difficult in connecting the top and bottom panels to the side/front/back panels. There should be a seam (in my opinion) that allows both top/bottom panels to recess into the side panels. It's very difficult to assemble. Also, the door hinge could be longer. While it works in it's current state, it feels like a longer pin would recess into the recepticle better and provide improved stability. Overall, the locker is great once those obstacles are overcome.

Frustrated!!! The doors keep falling off! The plastic pieces do NOT!! Fit in the holes

Two 30" Shelves. I needed two more shelves in my 30" NewAge lockers and these fit perfectly into two them. they were delivered on time and in good condition.

Corner cabinet 3.0. Decided to change my existing bold series cabinets to go around a corner, so ordered after the fact and it fit perfectly.

Good looks, quality lacking in structure. Love the design and look of the cabinets but not thrilled with the lack of screws to secure assembly. Doors are very flimsy when opened and are need of more structure.

Cabinet needs some redesign. Snap in joints were difficult to properly align resulting in one joint (on the top panel) not being aligned when the panels snapped together. This was impossible to correct as the snaps were too hard to release. I call these types of joints "too clever" as they do use minimal hardware and can be quick to assemble but are ridiculously unforgiving. Just stick to bolts, maybe a little more expensive but much better. Also the doors are so heavy they overweight the cabinet making a wall mount manditory. My Gladiator cabinets do not have either of these issues.

Poor experience. Ordered i mid to late december with deliver dat by 1/13. Product was on back order and was beingnlied to about availability. My order was just fulfilled because of delays. Still do not have confirmation on delivery.

Corner Wall Garage Cabinets. Very nice garage cabinet system, especially considering the price.

Slides break affer warrany period. I could live with that, but Newage refuses to sell a part (one drawer slide) so that drawer can no longer be used. Bad customer service.....Never again.

The best brand. It’s been 8 years since I bought my first set of NewAge products, and recently I added 3 more single storage units. Although I considered purchasing something cheaper this time—especially since the single units are a bit pricey—I ended up coming back to NewAge after researching many other brands. Quality matters, and NewAge continues to deliver. The products shipped on time, and my husband and I had no issues during installation. Everything fit perfectly, and there were no missing parts. We’re very satisfied with our purchase and appreciate the durability and design. I truly hope NewAge continues to maintain this high level of quality in the future. However, I do wish there were more affordable options for single storage units, as the selection is limited and more expensive than the full sets. Still, I’m happy I chose to stick with NewAge.

A great cabinet that looks great. I really love this drawer cabinet. The drawer slide easily out and have plenty of room for all of my tools. I loved it so much. I bought another one for even more tools that I purchased. I really like the quick foot break which keeps it solid in place until I’m ready to roll it out.

NewAge 42" Locker Shelves. When we moved into this house back in 2018 I wanted a rock solid, clean and secure full garage storage system for my tools. While I have beat them up a little, a good cleaning and they'd look like new. When it came time to expand the use for my 42" wide locker...two more shelves for the system was a no brainer.

My Rod Shop Looks Extremely Professional !! This was an addition to my Rod Shop. I did a complete make over with NewAge. Flooring - lockers - cabinets over $12K and I could not be happier!!

Great item , poor customer service. This is an addition to my existing set up. The cabinet is great as per usual. However the customer Service and communication was awful. Placed the order. Waited weeks and didn’t hear anything. Reached out and was told they were trying to find stock to ship it out. Week goes by. Nothing again. Reach out and they said they will let me know. Eventually got it and assembled it. Like I said. Cabinet looks great and easy to install. Just disappointed with the service from new age.

Great Quality Product. The ordering process was seamless and easy. The product is great quality. The only issue I had was the delivery where they delivered the small cabinet on a large crate.The delivery driver would not take the crate back. Now I have to take the time and pay for disposing of the crate.

There is no such thing as too much storage space!! Had already purchased a storage set for the back wall of the garage through Costco. Came across these on your website and saw the benefit, so purchased 3 units. Modified it some by using 3/4 plywood for the end panels and lagged them to the wall for 5 additional independent shelves. Although there was no evidence of shipping damage, the shelves in one of the boxes had damage on the right rear corners. The damage was minimal and used them after some slight reshaping.

bold 3.0 12 pc. These cabinets put the finishing touch to my garage. Great quality, and lots of comments from friends.

Damaged unit. Unfortunately the unit that was delivered was dented. There was no damage in packaging, and I accepted the delivery. I am assuming is the dent happened before the unit was packed up. I did not want to send it back because of the hassle so I kept it. Though it will be my last NewAge order.

Cabinet Add On to Bold Series. Added on an additional under workbench Cabinet to allow for additional sporting goods storage. Cabinet arrived on time and in good condition. Easily installed and am very happy with overall result. Highly recommend Bold Series for residential use. Looks great. Solid and flexible.

Dissatisfied with the Bold series not available in Pro series size. Additional was significantly dissatisfied with the delivery ordered in February and received in May. Nothing but a run around and lack of follow through with New Age products.

Good Products but they take forever to get. I have completely redone my garage with cabinets and products from New Age. I am pleased with the quality, although the assembly instructions do have a few ambiguities. My one issue is I realized I needed 2 more shelves. Good luck on trying to find them. The original seller wayfair did not have shelves listed. Went to the company website and after much searching finally got them ordered. Delivery was almost 2 months. At one point spoke with someone who did help it along. Basically a good product, fair pricung but a somewhat disorganized presentation to the customer.

Bold fully welded cabinets. I ordered four cabinets Bold series (all 42" wide). Since i purchased 4, i got a very interesting rebate on quantity. The delivery was free & included, awsome ! After some confusion on delivery dates, they arrived. The carrier dropped them off curb side (he couldn't roll them into my winter car shelter due to height, so i unbundled them and rolled them one by one on a devil). The cabinets were VERY well packed with cardboard and plastic. You end up with a lot of cardboard to dispose of, but, my cabinets were in perfect condition without dents or scratches. I had to install the adjustable feet. The cabinets, fully folded and welded metal, are quite sturdy. Not Industrial, but for home garage, they are very good. The shelves are quite sturdy and can support a lot (300 lbs according to NewAge, but i won't test that). The finishing is impaccable. All 4 cabinets are of exactly the same color and shine, which is perfect. I bolted them against the wall, and together. They come with the necessary screws and bolts to fix against wall and together. The adjustable feet are also very sturdy and stable. While the cabinets are possibly 24 guage steel, the feet feel more like 16 guage. Some of the doors do not totally align with each other on height, but are only about...1 or 2 mm off ? Not that perceptible from a few feet away. So others are perfectly aligned. With all 4 cabinets side by side (and leveled) they form one long wall of cabinetry perfectly aligned from head-to-toe. Very nice. Individually, when you move them, there is no wobble at all. The are riged, "tight", and feel tough. I really enjoy them, am very satisfied, and recommend them. These cabinets are at a better quality than regular hardware stores, but with a better quality than hardware store bolted cabinets (that only take 75 to 150 lbs per shelf). And...Its a Canadian company (HQ close to Toronto. Buy Canadian).

Customer Service is Aweful. The product is a good value cabinet. The customer service is terrible.

Very nice cabinet. I have the 30” locker and found it to be too small for my needs. This 42” locker is just the size I need. It’s well built and sturdy. I do think it should come with an additional shelf. I like it!

Base Cabinet. There was some slight damage to the interior left door at the very top around the chrome handle. Otherwise in good condition.

Great Product but No Free Shipping. The shelves fit my existing NewAge units fine. Packaging was great and delivery was good. My only issue is the cost of shipping. In an environment of free shipping, NewAge does not offer this and that added a lot to the overall cost.

Just what needed but a fair amount of hassle. New Age was the only manufacturer who made metal garage cabinets in the measurements I needed. Everything fit my smaller 2-car garage just right and most others’ were too deep for my space where every inch mattered. While their customer service was very accommodating, I had a number of issues with my order: poorly done install, cabinets that arrived broken/damaged, was sold items by sales team I did not actually need, as well as significant back order and delivery issues. It was a lot of hassle and the materials seemed easily damaged, but I was treated very well and got exactly what I needed. If quality were better and the company better organized I could see them earning 4-5 stars.

Great quality and size. I ordered this locker specifically for it's size (30"w x 18" d) and it pairs very nicely with my Pro cabinets. The quality is excellent and it is very functional. The only disappointment is that I could not install casters on the locker cabinet.

Increase your organization. Great option to add a few more shelves to your (costco :) purchased garage cabinets. additional shelves provide more organization and fill up that valuable "air" space in your cabinet. Same quality and look as other shelves in the newage product line.

Just what I need. After fairly extensive online research and product reviews, I decided to start with a large cabinet. The cabinet is exactly what I need and of very good quality. From here, I’ll be adding modular products to create a useful garage work/storage space.

Read this before buying the 34.8"H Bold base-cabin. The cabinet is built well enough despite the thinner gauge, no issues. The 2 MAJOR problems are, there are only 3 available positions for the SINGLE shelf with NO shelves avail for further purchase. New Age NEEDS to provide 2 additional positions placed between the existing 3 notches for the shelf adjustment . The shelf height positions are in 6 1/4" increments, you either have barely not enough room, or too much wasted space. If the height adjustments were at least in 3" increments it would be great, even better if we had the possibility of buying a second shelf with the 3" increments, not 6". There is a 2" lip on the bottom, so you have to factor for tilting anything to fit. A simple can of carb cleaner won't fit with the shelf at the lower position, or a small tube won't fit under the top position. You have to place the shelf in the middle and accept the fact you will have alot of wasted space.

Excellent packing and easy to assemble. Customer service was excellent in the beginning. Product was shipped better than most anything i have ordered before. There was small damage on one cabinet piece. I took photos and let them know. The claim process was more than i wanted to get into. So, i got a rubber mallet and a 2x4 and straightened it out. They look really sharp and felt for $1800 a 9 piece set was worth it. Good overall value. They went together very easily and came with about 20 keys and a lot of extra installation hardware. This was a rax exempt sale as the product is installed in my barn. They sent me the Invoice with the tax on it after me asking at least 3x to send invoice without tax as i paid $1799.00. They never did resend the correct invoice. Overall i would recommend product and would buy again.

New Age Products - custom garage. Our garage features a full New Age System. We love the fit and finish of the product. In adding a bathroom into our garage we wanted to match up to existing cabinets.

Locker. I already had NewEge furniture, but they are 30" Locker. This one is 42" and the truth is that it is an excellent size to accommodate materials.

Excellent Products And Service. I bought a whole system when we built our home, and couldn't love it more. The cabinets are solid, have lots of options for configuration, and were easy to assemble. When I pirated shelves from one cabinet to another, I called the company to see if I could purchase extras. They were so helpful in assisting me, and they provided consistent updates for my order. I would not hesitate to order more in the future.

Worth the Wait. I ordered my items on black Friday and did not receive them until the end of February, at first, I was upset that it was going to take so long to get my stuff but then i realized that it was a blessing because it gave me more time to plan out my space and get a few other things done before the items arrived. the items were well packaged I had no damage to any of my items. assembly was easy with one person and their online resources with regards to assembly were super helpful. I will be adding more of their products to my space in the future.

Not high quality cabinets. Cabinets came in good time and shipping was easy, got contacted before delivery that the shipping company would reach out to schedule what day works and how to set up. Never did get contacted they just showed up, not an issue as it was sent to my work with a shipping dept. Packaging was great and strong, but unfortunately the cabinets are not as strong as the cardboard box they came in. overall flimsy, and not quality for the price.

Lessons learned. I purchased two Bold 3.0 series lockers in the 36" width. Ultimately, I didn't do enough homework to satisfy my needs and wanted to post this review to help others understand what to expect. First, I paid a little over $200.00 extra for "white glove" delivery service, which included unboxing of my cabinets. This was regrettable. First, I was advised the delivery company would provide me a 4 hour window during which they would drop off my cabinets. Instead, I was given a 12-hour window (7AM to 7PM) and no phone call 30 minutes prior to delivery, as per the carrier's own policy. Instead, I received a frantic call from my wife that I needed to leave work to accept the delivery. I pulled up to the garage as the drivers were sliding the newly unpacked cabinets into place. Of course, they slid them without feet attached, so they scratched up the bottom of the cabinets. As I inspected the product as NewAge advised me to do, the drivers packed up the materials. NewAge told me to expect to note any damage on the shipping documents. Imagine my surprise when the drivers simply got in the truck and left after throwing the pallet in the back of their truck. Shame on the drivers and shame on NewAge for contracting with this carrier. After some negotiation with NewAge, I did receive a partial refund. Second, there are simply no extra shelves available to purchase for this cabinet. I take full blame for this, as I should have asked this question up front. However, I noted that shelves are available for other multi-use locker widths and made an assumption that shelves would be available for this model as well. Additionally, I expected the bottom of the cabinet to function as a shelf. However, with the frame structure that is present on the bottom, it does not function as a full shelf, but more as a shelf with a low divider in the middle. Unfortunately, my cabinets do not have the utility I was hoping for. Ultimately, I expected a step up from what my local Lowe's and Home Depot stock, as I estimate I was paying a 25% premium even with the equipment on sale at NewAge (now, they're about 2x as much for the same 24-gauge steel of the Craftsman cabinets). All told, the cabinets are nice enough...I just don't think I got my money's worth.

48" RTA Lockers. Worst buying experience that I have ever had. Purchased two 48" RTA Lockers. None of the six shelves would fit. After weeks of communications with a "Resolution Specialist" they shipped out three replacement shelves. 2 of the 3 were damaged. Only shipped 3 shipped instead of 6. After 6 weeks, a final solution has not been provided by New Age.

Looks pretty good, but leaves a lot to be desired. Both cabinets arrived damaged. These are not extremely difficult to assemble, but the thin metal and fairly low quality construction made for a frustrating experience on the first cabinet. Both cabinets took a lot of persuasion and some bending to get together. I could see some people who are not mechanically inclined struggling. Besides the dents, the cabinets feel pretty sturdy and look good fully assembled. Depending on how NewAge follows up to remedy the damage will ultimately be the deciding factor on wether or not these were a worthwhile purchase. If you are looking for super high quality, or perfect cabinets for a high end garage, these may not fit the bill.

Good cabinet,hard to assemble,misleading delivery. The cabinets are great. They are a nightmare to assemble, and the instructions aren't very helpful. I paid $300+ for "white glove" delivery, which the video showed the delivery of fully assembled cabinets. Not what happened. They delivered the cabinets in pieces and all they did for $300+ was take the pieces out of the boxes and remove the packaging.

Organized garage. My new garage system is awesome. I bought oart from Lowes and then part ddirectly fron New Age.

Poor design and construction for these upper bold series cabinets. They have no shelf and are tall enough to need one without question. They have a large lift over of about 1 3/4”, the inside bottom of the cabinet is lower than the opening because of the wide frame and only single layer. I have some steel cabinets from the 50s that are designed much better. Plus they are all dented in the front of the doors in the same spot as a manufacturing flaw.

Grandma. Love it! I already bought module set just needed to keep adding for more storage.

Poor value but Functional. Just like the original shelves but at a cost. Should be supplied with basic units.

Different color. I ordered two of these cabinets and then about a month later decided to order one more. The new cabinet was a different color of gray and black and even had different mounting slots in the back. I tried to connect with customer service support, but getting in touch with NewAge support is a horrible experience, including callbacks, where they would just hang up.
