Char-Griller ASHPAN (5050, 2123, 5650)

Exact replacement for the decade old pan. I'm not sure how many thousands of uses before I thought it was time to replace.

Delayed order. I ordered his item on April 30. On May 13, I contacted Customer Service and they replied that this item will not ship until early July. They should have stated this on the web site and the on the confirmation of order. That's 7 or 8 weeks that I cannot use my grill. They should have offered me a refund or at minimum a rebate.

Never purchased. Ordered and paid for, after a week of it not being shipped, cancelled order. Received refund a few days later.

Ash Pan fits! Seems like well made but have not used it yet. Hope to try soon!

cheap. You guys could not include the 2 metal handles on the sides hu. If I would have known they were not included, I don't buy it!

Excellent customer service! We initially ordered and received the wrong replacement grill pan. Customer service advised they would credit our account. No problem. Finally, they recommended the correct replacement grill pan. We ordered the correct grill pan and it is perfect.

Rusted out. Bought as a replacement for one that rusted after 28 months.

Part for older bbq grill. Getting a new ash pan that fit my older model grill will extend the life of my bbq grill. I was glad it was easy to find and order.

Only weak part of a beautiful grill. The product doesn’t stand up to the charcoal heat, too cheeply made.

Perfect. I’ve had my grill for almost 20 years and I had to replace the ash pan. I bought the wrong size pan and The customer service was wonderful in helping me select the right size. My new ash pan is perfect!

Awesome product. Just what I needed to keep cooking on my old grill

AshPan. great fit... my grill inside looks brand new again after I repainted inside.

Nice ashpan. The pan fits perfectly. I'm glad I ordered this from the site. Better price than other sites.

Wonderful! Sized as listed, made of heavy gauge material, brought a new life to my grill.

ash pan replacement. great quality, best price i found.recommened to mt son who needs parts for his.

Long lasting product. The ashpan is so easy to dump spent coals and start fresh. Heavy metal. First one lasted 8 years.

Great quality. They seem heavier duty than what came with the grill when we bought it absolutely love it

Charcoal grate. Exactly what I ordered. This is the third grate I've had for my grill, I grill a lot. Probably be the last one, next time I will have to replace the grill. Will be another CharGriller!!

Average value. I barbeque once a week at the most yet the ash pan corrodes through and develops holes from regular use even though I always shake out the ash after each use.

I got you now!! This product is very popular, I had to wait about six months before it was available. It was worth the wait.

Ash pan. Very pleased with the product being I needed a replacement. I would’ve given a 5 star rating, but I gave a 4 star because of the long awaited time it took for ya’ll to even manufacture any. Took around 8 months before I was even notified back that ya’ll had some in stock. Not many people have that kind of patience to wait for something they need.

To long to get it in. Product work as intended, but it took too long to come in the mail

Exactly what I needed. My ashpan rotted out and this is a Perfect replacement

BAD PURCHASE PRACTICES. Day I placed my order the total sale was subtracted from my bank. However, their policy was to ship in 21 days. So for 21 days they had my money in their account and they continued to have the item in stock for 21 days. Makes their accounting records look great.

Made well but long wait. You did not tell me it would take 21 days to get here. And I did not notice it does not come with new handles. I'll order from Amazon next time.

Grill parts. Perfect replacement piece for the original parts. Older grill like new again!

Ash pan. The tack welds on ash pan were broke upon receiving.

Replacement Ashpan for model # 5050. well-built part and arrive rather quickly. Original ashpan grate came loose from the weld but it was heavily used and about 2 years old.

Perfect product and fit. Just what I needed. Old ashpan had almost completely disentagrated. Should cook a lot betterand even now. Time will tell. But right now super excited to get back grilling.

Replaced old one. Very well built. Fits in grill perfectly. My old one rusted out. Glad to find this replacement.

Great product. Fit perfectly and will help prolong my grills life span.

Grill refresh. All I needed to keep my grill going for a few more years

Good Grill Design. Several years ago I chose the Char Griller because of its overall design, especially good ventilation control, cast iron grates, and adjustable distance from the charcoal to the grate. The ashpan takes the brunt of the heat so the grill body stays sound. The ashpan is basically a wear part and can be replaced at a very reasonable price.

Perfect!! Perfect fit it's nice to know that I can replace parts when needed!

Burnt out ashpan. Had the grill for 5 years, the ashpan was starting to get holes in to. It was time to replace the burnt out ashpan.

I will like to buy it again. Very happy with my new ashpan. Excellent customer support. Thank you so much for you help.

Good product needs to last longer. This is a great ash pan but simply does not last long. I grill about 5 nights a week and the ash pan will only last about 6-8 months so i have to buy them 2 at a time. The bars across the top as too thin they need to be stronger so they will last longer.

Easy clean up. Great product. Need to list what the measurements on website though.

Would buy again if needed. It's nice to find a company that offers parts to keep your grill in top shape. Instead of having to buy new unit when minor parts wear out

Well made. This replaced the old one that had rusted out. I thought it was a great price for the item that is looks and feels like it is made well and will stand up over time.

I would buy this product again. I am on my second dual fuel 5050. I have been using char-griller for around 20 years. I love that you can order parts as you wear out parts from grilling and smoking. And I do a bunch of both. Thanks for a great product.

Finally replaced my very warped ash pan. I've been needing a replacement ash pan for so long and finally ordered it. I used it for the first time the other day and it was so nice to have one that wasn't warped from years of grilling.

I will buy again! This is the 2nd replacement ashpan in about 16 years. I will buy another as long as the grill body lasts. Part was delivered in 7 days. I was very happy with the service!

exact fit replacement for 7+ year old grill. after years of heavy use my old ashpan finally died. This replacement was a perfect fit and will allow me to keep using my grill for many more years

Don't think I'll need another one. After ten plus years of constant use, the old ash pan finally gave up the ghost. I'm very satisfied with the quality of you products.

Quality replacement part. We love our Chat Griller BBQ. We used it si much our ash pan finally needed replacing. We ordered one from Char Griller and are very happy with our purchase. Heavy duty, lots of grilling days ahead. Thanks Char Griller

yes. It is exactly the part needed. Was super impressed how fast it got to me.

Great grill. This is a replacement for the original ash pan that came with the grill. The replacement seems to be a heavier metal than the original one which only lasted for about 3 years. Maybe this one will last longer. Overall I am very satisfied with the grill.

Works but pricey for what it is. Fits fine and as well made as the original which lasted 10 years. Glad that Char Griller has parts available. Two downsides. Shipping was very expensive and the hangers that support the pan are not included.

I would buy this again. It was time for a new one. I started at amazon but found it was cheaper right from char griller. Shipping was fast and should last me several more years.

Perfect fit. It's just like the original. Fast delivery. Great customer service.

The replacement. Completely satisfied with the product had to replace this product twice since I've been on the grill for several years was completely disappointed with charges of having to pay shipping charges to my house then sending it back then having to pay another partial charge for another one it ended up being almost three times more than it was actually worth with approximately $50 in shipping charges to get the right one

Hope this one lasts longer than the original. Replacement for original ashpan. The ashpan that came with the original grill rusted .

Yes. Replace with new and reuse is the way we are going these days!

Perfect. Just what I ordered and arrived when it was supposed to.

New ashpan. This one seems heavier then the original one which lasted 5 years of grilling from January to the end of the year. After using is 4 times it has held up well.It fits the grill just as well as the old one.

I would buy this again. I am very pleased with my new tray. Perfect replacement. Thanks.

Better than expected. Shipping was very fast. The ashpan is high quality.

I would buy this product again. It was exactly what I needed. Fits very well in my bbq pit. Thank you very much!

I would definitely buy this product again. Have been using a Char Griller for 20yrs and it is the only grill I will ever buy. I grill 3 to 4 times a week and have found and made some great recipes. My last ashpan burned through and was glad to have found your site to order new. The new one fits perfect and I'm back in business. Thanks for a great product.

I would buy this again. Needed to replace the original pan, due to the amount of use it gets.

I would buy it again. Great grill and happy that parts can be bought on line.

I will order from char griller again. ordered ashpan online , was given a date and item ordered came in early was very pleased. was able to use the grill for the holidays in between rain storms!!!!! thank you very much.

yes. Just what I needed and at an affordable price. However, the shipping cost almost as much as the grate

Not sure, they need to replace product. The ash pan did not last. Weld came loose after only 7 uses.

I highly recommend this product. It really holds charcoal, just as designed. Who knew this was possible.

Great Quality. Fit into our MO# 2223 Grill perfectly. Feels of great quality which will give our grill more years to enjoy!

Great replacement to a great product! Great fit! Replaced one that I had used so much it was getting a little ratty...

Easy to order parts. We love our grill and use it almost daily. Love how easy it is to order replacement parts.

I guess I'll be buying this item again and again. So I'm still using the original ashpan. It's developed a good bit of rust since we bought it in June 2021 and one of the rods that the ashpan hooks go into to lift the ashpan has broken off so now I'm using the next rod over on one side and the actual end rod for the hooks on the other side. Now...i'm not sure if I was supposed to season the ashpan or not but I will season the new one before I start using it.

Great service, as always! I've love my Char Griller for years now, and with the ease of replacing grates and ashpans, I hope to enjoy mine for years to come!

I would buy again. Quality product, quick delivery! Love my Char-Griller

Quality part. Part was a direct replacement. Worked perfectly, maybe will last another 6 years or so. Thanks

Great addition to my new grill. A person setup their 5050 and someone was nice enough to steal the inside of both sides. Instead of replacing the guts, they bought a new one. They gave it to me for free. I ordered the pieces to make it whole and love my new Chargriller 5050.

Everyone should own a char-griller... simply the best. Bought it as a replacement part, even more heavy duty than my factory original... Excellent product Had a problem with a part and Customerservice was superb!

I would buy again. Ashpan was just like the original that came with the grill. Fits perfect! (5050)

Yes I used it for the 4th of July and it was wonderful. Thank you so much for the quick turn around on my product

This is why I have been buying your product for over 10 year. Thanks for answering my questions before I ordered my part. The ashpan saved a perfectly good grill at a very reasonable price. It delivered to the great Northwest when you said it would. How could I have gone wrong? Thanks! Good Job!

Good stuff. Looks like it will last for a long time. It's a shame shipping is so high though.

I will always use char griller. It suits my needs. I have used a char Griller for years now, and up until this point I have not had to replace anything. I replaced my ash pan recently because I wore the old one out! This new one looks to be made really well, as with the old one I'm sure this one will last quite awhile.

2nd time replacement, suspect we'll by another when needed. Outstanding OEM replacement part & a good value. Helps return your grill to new condition!

Yes. I purchased a new ash pan and my grill is back to normal cooks great! I got it as Christmas present about 8 years ago. I love my char-griller!

Char-Griller is the BEST!! My Char-Griller is 13 years old and first time replacement for ashpan Love my grill!! It is well used, Spring through Fall.

horrible. not stable or sturdy like rest parts of char griller the rail of ashpan start to warp and get loose already 3rd one replaced almost every year

Could be better. The ashpan had a bad weld in the corner. it came apart before being used. it would be helpful to state the dimensions of the pan as I was unsure of my grill's model number.

if needed, yes. Purchased as a replacement part. old one was worn out.

I would buy this product again. Original last three years and we grill out at the least 3 times a week. Really like CharGriller products

I would buy again. Great product! Works good. Packaging was terrible when it arrived. Almost totally falling out of box.

I love the Char-Griller products. Welds on my old one broke but hoping this one will be better.

had to buy a replacement. great replacement, wished they last longer. we are on our third one and have had the grill 3 years, so it seems like it will be a yearly purchase

Love Char-Griller! have had the 5030 Duel fuel gas/charcoal grill with side smoker for almost 10 yrs now. it was my 1st fathers day gift. This is the 3rd ash/coal tray that I'm getting along with 1 set of grease deflectors/(flare shield) for the gas side (almost time for them too). The grill is beginning to show it's age and the smoker door sticks a bit but the few wearable parts that I've had to get are well worth the price to keep it going just a little bit longer.

I would buy this product again! Perfect! Just what I ordered and delivered as promised.

Fantastic parts availability. I grill all year, average at least 50 times per year. After several years, the wire rack in my old tray got warped and uneven from the heat. I was thrilled to learn I could get a replacement tray, and for such a reasonable price. The grill is otherwise in perfect order, so this has given me at least another 5 years. Cheers!

A great grill needs an ash pan that holds up as well as the. This is the third ash pan for my grill. I love the grill-being able to raise and lower the ash pan lets me get the kind of cook that I want on my meat. The removable grates are also a great feature. Unfortunately, the metal on the bottom of the ash pan delaminates and falls apart after about two years. My grill has survived a tornado (and was thrown into my fence, which took more damage than the grill). I just wish the ash pan held up as well. Still, it's worth replacing the pan in order to keep using the grill-just wish it would last longer.

Excellent direct replacement. Exact fit replacement, this was bought to replace the original from 4 year old grill. The old one had broken the welds on both ends and dropped away from the cooking grates.

Good product & prompt service. This replacement ash pan seems to be heavier gauge metal than the original. Definitely an upgrade & quality product.

Probably wouldn't order again. One corner is not welded so the grate is not attached to the pan. I wasn't interested in paying to ship it back so my husband is going to weld it.

Poor Quality Control. After 2 grilling seasons the original ashpan on our grill had disintegrated. I ordered this replacement & received it very quickly. When we removed the brown paper that covered the grate we discovered that the last rung of the grate (where it will hang on the inside of the grill) was separated from the crossbar (see attached picture). The box was not damaged during shipping so I assume it was sent out like that. We asked a friend solder it together instead of paying to send it back.

Ashpan. The new ashpan seems to be a heavier gauge steel which should allow to last longer. I am very pleased with my .purchase

I would buy this product again. I would have given 5 stars on these flame shields. I'm sure the will as they should and are as described. My only issue was that they came secured with clear tape that left most of the adhesive on the shields, so I had to remove it with gooe gon solution.
