unbelievably poor after purchase service. Poor customer service. Or communication. Poor clarity on the website description. even after a call, nothing was achieved. It’s better to buy a cheap grill and throw it away then it is to wait for a part for this company
Still don't have my parts. Well I still don't have any parts to review. Ordered May 29th. Only have an apology. These brackets burn up way too fast. I'm on my second Char griller and every year it seems I have to do a complete replacement of all burner supports. There's gotta be a better way.
Missing hardware. Did not come with screw to connect to burner. Had to goto hardware store
Replacing parts too soon. I owned my grill for two years and had to replace these pieces. Not expensive but still a pain.
yes i will. I love my grill and the customer service is great. Thank you.
