Fits perfect. This fits perfectly for the model I have. Was definitely needed.

Burner support does it's job. This burner support works great, however, it is over priced! The price I paid should be the price for the set of three that is needed.

Bracket, quality looks OK but the price went crazy. I’ve purchased this before about three years ago. The quality looks about the same. I have not installed it yet. However, the pricing has gone insane! Having purchased three years ago, they came as a quantity of two because you need 2. This this time the price had doubled and I was expecting a quantity of two like last time. Nope! Only one arrived therefore the price has escalated 400%. I will just make the second one on my own. It does not have to be pretty. I’m going to be buying another grill probably this year and I will be looking more closely at other brands.

Rear Burner Tube Shield Support needs modification. Additional holes had to be drilled to fit the Texas Trio.

Bad design!!! The holes in these brackets are drilled vertically which is ok for the backside brackets but the frontside need to be horizontally drilled to fit where the originals are.

Over priced. $12+ for a $2 piece of metal! $14+ to ship. I ordered a riding mower wheel and shipping was just $15. I kinda expected the price was for 2 or 3. Plus like the original ones it'll rust out in 2 years. Rip off.

Slow delivery, still waiting. Still have not received item. Ordered on May 31, 2025. Only have emails to reach them, took a week for a reply.

Flare Shield Support. I gave it 3 stars because of the great service. However when I received them they were too small so I could not use them, the originals were slightly longer and the holes did not align up.

Poor Service. I am still waiting for my order. I have never received anything. Why are you asking me if I am enjoying it.

Dual Fuel. Got all the parts I ordered from this order and another. Both orders I couldn't track them, but nevertheless, they arrived in a timely fashion. I am on my second dual fuel grill.

Not and exact fit for the texas trio. The holes did not align and the burner support tab was not long enough. I have to attach a piece of metal to extend the burner support tab. I bought this part for my Texas Trio.

Just need to take old one and replace it with new. Perfect fit replacement part on my old grill. The parts in here are exactly the same as new

Everything is zero stars. We ordered 4 items in a few days 2 of them came. It’s been several weeks and we still don’t have the other 2 items. I’ve sent 3 emails which CharGriller has ignored. I’m sure they’ll ignore this too. And I can’t find a phone number to call. How convenient

Needed a replacement. Needed to be replaced they go about every 3 years.

Not enough hardware. This bracket also is used to attach the burner tube. New screws are not supplied for this. The old screws do not come out. I had to drill them out and reuse the old bracket screws to remount the burner tube.

Shorted hardware for installation. Ordered set of three. Two showed up with all of hardware, one was short nuts. Had to reuse nuts from set taken off. No terrible but may be hard to take off next time.

Not if shipping costs remain so high. Parts fit as advertised. Service was great, and timely. Shipping cost was outrageous-Please get a competent person to negotiate shipping costs! The rep. I talked to was knowledgeable, and helped me with the parts list which I needed. Get your shipping costs under control!

Recommend for replacement parts. Product was what I needed. Only thing wrong was I was missing one nut and one of the other ones did not have any threads in it.

Parts available, shipping pricey. Parts were available, fit right, shipped quickly. Shipping is a bit pricey, so order all replacement parts in one order!

Poor website-shipping costs are too high. Very frustrating to search on your website. You should offer a package of the front and rear supports and the flair-up shields. Because of your poor website, I had to order and pay shipping twice. Happy wit product unhappy with website!

Deffinately buy again in the future. My unit was a bit rusted in the area of these supports and couldnt get old ones off easy. They had to be cut with a dremel cutting wheel. The area needed to be cleaned of rust and then resealed with extra metal. I pulled an old heat shield and cut it to size, then drilled new holes. This worked perfect to seal the area and mount the new supports. In the end everything just fell into place perfectly. Fits great with the new shields. I wish they would include a new screw for the burner end. The old one was as rusted as the rest of the steel pieces. But a small screw will do from anywhere.

Yes. Was simple to remove old ones and install new one just a little time and patience. Hopefully the front ones replace as easy as the back ones. Time will tell once they come off backorder.

i will probably have to buy this product again. Love the fact that u can buy these shield supports still don't like the shipping cost and how fast they wear out.

Well worth the effort. New ones went on fast, old ones took some time to get off, but well worth the refurbishment project.

Had to replace rusted out holders already. These holders should not be rusting out so quickly

Does not fit original placement. Screw holes do not line up with the original 3070 and had to drill out new holes

Missing parts. I ordered 3 -- I received 2. Gonna be hard to rebuild the girl if I don't have enough parts. I did send an email requesting an additional support bracket, but I've never received a response.

Yes, without a doubt. The parts I ordered met all expectations, they were of high quality and fit properly. they allowed me to restore my grill to nearly new condition. I have owned the grill for five years and used it extensively, I now expect another several years of use from an excellent grill.

Great buy. This piece fit just fine. I did have to drill out the old screws but I was expecting that, so it wasn't a big deal.

I would not buy this product if you have the 5750. The holes did not line up with the holes in my grill (5750 )so I was only able to use one of the two bolts to attach the support. Someone dropped the ball on this product at Char-Griller.

I would definitely buy these again. The brackets for the flare-up shields worked perfect. The old ones were a little hard to get off but once off, the new ones went on real easy.

Shield supports. Fairly easy to install once the old one was removed. It would have been nice if the small screw that holds the propane tube in place was included as it got stripped taking it out. And shipping charges are a bit excessive. Cost me more in shipping than it did for the 3 sets of supports.

Definately quality support. It's is good to say that the parts ordered were perfect and easily replaced. It's also great to know that Char-Griller is providing parts for the product they sell. So happy to be able to fix rather than replace a product completely.

I will definitely be replacing the rest of mine as they ware. Fits perfectly on my 5050 model, hopefully y'all can remove the screw attaching the burner tube from the old one. Mine was tricky but a little wire brush action and made it work.

Yes. I used this product and others to refurbish an existing Char-Griller. Products were quick and easy to install. My effort was largely removing the old parts, which were largely rusted and many required some grinding to remove.

Excellent fit. Perfect fit as expected. Came with nuts and bolts. Only recomendation is.to add the screw to attach the burner

Easy Fix for worn brackets. I bought a pair of these front brackets and rear brackets for an older BBQ where they had worn down on two of the four burners. While my BBQ was the older style with welded on brackets, I just used a Dremel to cut off the old brackets, drilled out a couple of holes, and attached these brackets. We love our Char-Griller and hopefully this will allow us to get some more years out of it !

Not buying again. my grill is about a year and a half old and stays covered. These supports are useless to me, I cant get the old screws out because they are so deteriorated. I will possibly try and cut them off with snips and start over.

No will make my own. Cost more to ship. The holes are not lined up, had to drill new ones !

yes i would if needed. got these because the other ones rusted out... bolts were rusted too. ended up needing the grill body now too... not needed if you get the grill body.

great concept of all these grills in 1! I didn't think these parts would rust out so soon!

Glad to parts to extend life of grill. Replacing these gave new life to my grill, I appreciate that I have the option.

hard to use with fire shield. hard to install if you don't have a grinder to take the old ones off

Burner miunts. Comes with lower tub so don't order if you are replacing lower tub

Would buy again. Used a grinder to get the original ones out, 6 yrs old nuts and bolts corroded beyond use. New ones went in like a dream

Wrong parts shipped but corrected. The front brackets were shipped instead, but I contacted customer support and they are shipping me the right parts

Yes. This product will be used to replace the existing support that became very rusted.

Buyer Beware. Less than satisfied! This bracket clearly has three attachment points, thus the three holes. Well they only send you the nut and bolts to attach this bracket to the grill body...not the required third bolt to attach this bracket to the burners. Not a major problem but when you're looking to fix a problem, you don't want to realize halfway through you don't have everything you need. Perhaps the most frustrating part was the life of these parts! The brackets along with the heat deflectors flaked apart within less than 2 years!! Last Char-Grill product I will buy

A lot of work but if you love your grill..... The brackets work great and were a direct fit. The downside is you had better be up for a grueling process as each bracket has up to 4 spot welds that need to be cut off in order to remove the old brackets. Have a dremel with a cutting wheel on hand.

Yes... The old supports had rusted out. On the new part I had drill out the hole on the bottom to fit a screw through the small hole which supports the burner. The new burner must use self tapping screw.

Great grill. I change these brackets when they start to rust and they are easy to change.

I love my grull. I ordered some repair parts for my 5030. It's a super great grill and just the right size. Oh yes when I ordered the parts initially I screwed w. Order the wrong parts. Customer service helped me to cancer that order so I could place the correct order

Could be a better product. Parts okay. Could be a bit heavier. Rusted out in two years. Drilled out and mounted with 1/4 inch stainless screws.

Mounting holes completely off. For starters, made of thick, solid metal. Very durable, and better than expected. However... The two holes used to attach to grill did not line up at all. Too close together. Fortunately, I have a dremel and a metal cutting bit, so I was able to make the holes longer, like slotted holes. If I didn't have that bit, I would not have been able to use it at all.

Important Part Not Part of Item. Does what it's supposed to do, but it doesn't come with the screw that attaches it to the gas tube.

Doesn't Match OM part. holes don't line up, clip for fastening gas tube doesn't match

Hard to remove. We had to drill out the screws on the old ones to get them off. The new support didn't come with the tiny screw for the bottom so we had to modify the support slightly but it works.

Replacing Was Not A Piece Of Cake. My original brackets had rusted away and crumbling from all the use. The new brackets and hardware are perfect replacement. The trouble came when trying to remove the old ones. The nuts had rusted away to where my socket just rounded them out. I ended up having the drill out the screw heads and punching the screw shanks out. This is easy enough if you have all the tools necessary. I do, but would imagine a lot don't. I only other thing I would recommend with the bracket package is to include a new screw for attaching the burner tube to the bracket again. My old brackets were rusty and crumbly enough I was able to break them away from the burner tubes. The screws were too rusty to get a screwdriver into them. Add new screws to the package. .

rear support. Simply grind away what remains of the original and drill holes for this replacement.

Fits Correctly. Used to repair the ones that burned out and these fit perfectly.

Just the right part. Was exact fit. Was a little hard to get the existing screws out but once I did these replacements went on perfectly and worked just right.

Not the right fit for 3008, and there are no other options. Ordered this to fit on my model 3008. They don't fit correctly and Char-Griller doesn't sell the correct piece. My grill is essentially useless because I can't get the correct replacement parts. I have no plans on purchasing a Char-Griller product again.
