Char-Griller BURNER WITH SHORT WIRE – MODELS LISTED IN DESCRIPTION

A great brand. The burner tubes are what I expected and would buy fron the company

Order the correct burner tube wire lengths. I ordered a new set of 3 burner tubes but I should have ordered two short wire burners and one long wire burner. They work great but I had to splice a wire. With AI you could of helped me order correctly.

Better burner. The part worked as expected and improved the lighting of the gas

Wish it were here. Might be great if it was. Been a month. Still waiting. Support finally responded. They said basically be patiant. Still has noy shipped. Says confirmed is all for about a month now

So easy! So easy to install! I was a bit worried about changing it but not here, slipped right on

Bad burners. Unfortunately I had to replace all 3 burners on a grill that is less then a year old. All 3 cracked in the same spot and started shooting large flames. Sadly… items are not built to last these days at least I could replace the part.

What I needed and extends my grill life. Easy to install and was exactly what I needed. Old was started to come apart

I would buy this product as needed. I used this product to replace a burner units which needed replacement after about 10 years.

Parts available, shipping pricey. Parts were available, fit right, shipped quickly. Shipping is a bit pricey, so order all replacement parts in one order!

Great Burners ,just what I needed to work. all burners were nicely packed, worked great ,glad you had them in stock

Better than off brand burners. This burner is much more efficient than a universal burner. Lights easier and burns cleaner

Wrong wire. Only issue I had one out of the three I ordered had the wrong length of wire connector. But it worked with the older wire.

Great company! Fast shipping! Needed to replace the old one. I'm super glad we can buy replacement parts online straight from the company!

Customer nonservice. I ordered the parts the website said were correct for my grill. When they arrived but didn't fit, I checked with customer service and was told that I would have to return the wrong part at my cost and request an exchange, or I could just buy the correct part and keep the wrong one. That's not what I expect from a company that sent the part specified on their website but was wrong.

I would buy this again when needed. Installed so easy....Perfect fit. Cheaper from this site than any other and could not find the replacement burns in my local store where I bought the grill.
