couldn't get the old ones off so i needed new ones. Had to get the old ones would not come off so i bought new ones to install tray to keep heat off propane tank.

Great upgrade. perfect fit and makes cleaning the entire grill possible because it is possible to remove the catch pan which will help prevent grease fires.

I would buy this grill again. Had to buy 2 of these slider kits to install on my replacement bottom half on the gas side of my Duo 5050 grill! Note: A kit is 1 slider bracket with 2 screws to attach !

Fits perfectly- not a kit- only 1. wish there was a note stating it is not included with Grill bottom- would have saved me $10 in additional shipping

I would buy this product again. I used this product and others to refurbish an existing Char-Griller. Products were quick and easy to install. My effort was largely removing the old parts, which were largely rusted and many required some grinding to remove.

Catch pan bracket. To mount new pan on grill. Disappointed that this part is advertised as Catch Pan Slider Bracket Kit 3072, it only contains one of three needed brackets and the screws do not fit so that puts a kink in my restoring my grill

manufacturer needs to be aware of this problem. the included bolts do not fit... I had to go to hardware store to find ones that fit.

One Set = One Bracket. In case you need new pan brackets just know that each "set" only contains one bracket. I still need to order a few more.

Replacement for a grill part that was missing. Works like it should. I ordered this and a cover and this bracket was not in the delivery. Though it was on the slip. I contacted them and they sent one right out however i waited over 3 weeks for it.

Don't be fooled by the term "kit". You'll need 2 of there if you are replacing your catch pan. The gas side of my older Duo did not have these brackets - only a few nuts to attach the previous style catch pan. It was only after I received a new bottom and catch pan that I realized I needed these brackets (plus catch pan stopper). I ordered these parts, assuming that the phrase kit meant 2 slider brackets. Unfortunately, one kit is one bracket plus hardware. Good news, I called Char-Griller and they sent another bracket at no charge. My advice: call Char-Griller for guidance if you have an older grill so that you can get everything you need in one shipment.

I feel the upgrades make for a more repairable unit. A blowup of all parts together would help in selection of necessary parts. Some confusion arises when the old style needing repair and the new style parts list.
