This is a genuine Char-Griller replacement air damper for the AKORN Kamado line. It controls airflow through the grill, which is how a kamado holds its temperature. Fits Char-Griller models 06620, 16620, 16820, 26720, 6719, E16620, E56720, E6480. Precise airflow adjustment is the key to both low-and-slow smoking and high-heat searing. Please double-check your grill’s model number before ordering; if you’re unsure, our support team can confirm the right fit for your unit.
