Wrong part sent. Sent you model number for part and I received a part that doesn't fit

Great product! Lame customer service!! These lasted over 7 years on an older Char Griller. Ordering them was easy. Getting them was not. Ordered burners and Flare Up Sheilds and heard nothing for a week. Then I got a USPS tracking number even though it was actually shipped FedEx… I had to waste a bunch of time getting the FedEx reality from customer service. Great product! Really lame customer service!

They Fit. Not much you can say except they fit and worked as needed to disperse the flame and cook evenly. They were of the average thickness so will burn out again at some point in the future. We did have one problem, the coating chipped badly around the screw holes on the ends and those chipped pieces for up into my face. I was simply screwing in a screw to hold them down. I don't believe it will hurt them overall but what do I know

Perfect Replacement Shields. Purchased two flare up shields to extend the life of my hybrid CharGriller. These fit perfectly. Only wish I had purchased tge brackets at the same time (they were shot) to save on shipping.

Flare up shields. Fit could be better and they should be made out of stainless steel.

Poor service and lacking communication. I ordered early November and after a month and a half finally received my full order. The problem started with Fedx, they claimed it was delivered , had a picture of his shadow and the package... nothing else. Finally Fedx agreed the picture was bogus. Then it took weeks for my order to be reprocessed. A hassle from the start.

Where is my order? Where's is my order over 6 weeks and nothing. The burners are great but this sucks!

Don’t Buy. I had to replace this product 5 times, doesn’t hold up well.

Perfect fits replacement parts. The replacement of this part was perfect for my grill

Wrong part. I ordered the wrong. And it is a pain in the butt to get someone to respond for a return.

Good product. The burner shield works well: however we never received the replacement. You sent the wrong part. Also they only last us a year. We grill almost daily, so that is expected. We would sure like to get the part we ordered and paid for a month ago. Customer service lags, which is a shame because we like our grill.

Needs improvement. Arrived in a timely manner. Good fit. Installed in seconds. That said, this item should be constructed of stainless steel. The original lasted barely a year and I won't be surprised if I'm replacing this one in just as short a time span.

when i need them again, i but from them. Its an exact fit, but on the down side, while installing, it made me realize i needed more parts due to wear.

Bad quality control. There does not seem to be product quality control. The flare up shield was supposed to have four total holes, two on each end. Instead there were three total holes. I had to have someone punch the missing hole. So there was lack of quality control at production and also at shipping because the lack of the fourth hole was quite obvious.

I will purchase this product again. Shelds lasted about 3 years cooking out once a week. I replaced them with stainless steel and they did not last as long as OEM.

Goo Replacement Flare Up Shield. This was a replacement for my grill and it fit perfectly. I ordered another set after I confirmed they were the right one. No problems with ordering or shipping.

I would absolutely buy this product again! I enjoy this product because it helps tp regulate the heat and protects the food I'm cooking!

Fit and will purchase this website again in future. Been a month to looking for the specific one of heat plates for my grill and found this helpful website to order it to use grill again!

Yes. My old Flare Up Shields had completely rusted and burnt out and just touching them, they disintegrated. So, time to buy more and the ones I got were perfect and fit perfect.

Glad to have a place I can buy this again when needed. So nice to have the right part instead of the generics I could get at the local stores. It fits and heats so much better.

Definitely purchase again. Flame flare up works good. The original ones lasted about five years before I needed to replace them. Good product, great grill.

Not again... When I ordered this, I went straight to the parts page for the specific grilll that I own. Not even close to being the right size. Terribly disappointed. Gonna let my grill rust out and go look elsewhere.

Perfect fit. Call to confirm my size on heT shield and woman was very helpful. Was a perfect fit as well knowing model of our grill for future purchases.

No not really. It would be nice if there were measurements on the products . I purchased the flare up shield under the combo gas /charcoal category which I have and are too short. The extra sticky tape used for packing is completely unnecessary

Not happy part 1. Wrong product, found out 15% restocking fee unless you exchange which I had already repurchased the item, which coincidentally enough is also wrong.

Great product/ Great customer service. Great product, Great customer service. Made for my Char-Griller grill. Slight problem with the order Customer service corrected it quickly.

No substitute here beats original manufacturer's parts. Quick shipment and exactly the OEM parts that make for the easiest installs and best equipment fits. Don't like needing to order replacement parts, but grills are a heavy duty, high heat, exposed to the environment type product that makes periodic replacement necessary. My only ask if for more completive shipping; sometimes to ship cost me more or nearly as much as the part itself.

Stainless Steel Not Available. This flare-up shield is identical to the original, which made it easy to install. Based on the amount of normal wear and tear the shield experiences, it makes no sense that it's not available in stainless steel.

New Shields are huge. Changing the flare up shields makes the gas grill like new!

Great products and customer service to back them. I needed replacement flare up shields for my Dual Fuel 5030. They easily slipped on the rack where the previous ones had been. No issues.

Not useable. Owners manual called for a flare up shield. Of the two listed this was the closest looking to what I had, Not even close to fitting. Invoice said could only be returned in unopened original retail packaging. Could not tell they would not fit without opening. I now have three new flare up shields that I can not use.
