Char-Griller GRATEHANGER

Super angry smoker. Haven’t used it yet because I’m waiting on missing parts that wasn’t in my package.

Gratehanger. Ordered the part, received it pretty quick and works great. It's nice to get posts that work.

Gratehangers were too expensive to ship. The hangers were of good quality, but the shipping was too expensive, and also a little slow.

Replacement parts. Hangers are very good quality but it takes quite a long time to receive them

Hanger. Much heavier gauge metal than older ones. I mistakenly ordered just one and had to reorder the other one. But Still waiting on the second one after 17 days.

Parts department failure. 27 days no tracking or product failure by parts department

Suitable replacement but not as sturdy as the original grate hanger.

Yes I would buy this again. The original gratehanger that came with my grill got lost somehow, so I really needed this. I was very happy to see the new one was made of heavier gage steel.

Great refresh parts. It's great to be able to get new grate hangers and extend the life of my grill. Received quickly.

I would purchase again. Really like the new hangars, much heavier than original and should hold up much better. Based on the quality of the hangars, I would not be affraid to order any replacement parts.

Just what I needed. I purchased an off brand and they were too long. Opted to get original parts and I'm glad I did

Great addition to my new grill. A person setup their 5050 and someone was nice enough to steal the inside of both sides. Instead of replacing the guts, they bought a new one. They gave it to me for free. I ordered the pieces to make it whole and love my new Chargriller 5050.

Make sure to order two! The hanger is great, just like the original! Just very disappointed that they don't come as a pair, now I have to order another one and pay separate shipping and handling.

I would buy these again. Everything fit perfectly, just a quick burn-off and I was good to go

Great product recommend 100%. Thanks so much for the quality of your product, Your agent was excellent, talked with her about the parts and she gave me the right recommendations. After receiving the part one was missing I contacted and she worked everything and I received my thermometer right away. Thanks

Replacement Parts Made Easy. Placed order for replacement grate and Ash pan for my grill which is 3 yrs old. Due to High volume of customer orders it took about 2 weeks to get my parts, but the grate & Ash pan is identical to the originals... "Perfect Fit" and we are enjoying grilling once Again..!! Great that this company stands behind their products and offers greater service. Thanks, Kevin

I would buy it again if needed. The Gratehanger does just that - hangs the charcoal grate at different heights under the food being cooked; the different heights being the amount of heat desired at any given time in the cooking process. This set, like the last one I bought, does not work quite as well as the original, because special care must be taken to ensure that the pins engage properly on each side when moving the grate up or down. Something is a little different from the original - the angle of the frame, or something dimensional.

Just what I needed. I just lost one during the snow month's, and I gotva new one.

Hangers did not look the same as the originals. Both hangers were missing parts. It didn't match the number of lines they have on the sides. One hanger had 2 lines on the top and one on the bottom. The other one had one line on the top and 2 on the bottom. The first ones that came with the grill had 3 lines on each side..

Quality hangers. The grate hangers are made with great quality and helps me out often. They allow me to easily adjust the height of the ash pan depending on the temperature I need and cooking method I'm doing.

fix it. All pieces were needed as replacement parts for 12 year old grill.

I would buy this product again. Great..Just what I ordered and shipping was quick.

Nice purchase. Original products for my grill, very happy about it

First point of failure on your new grill. Grilling on average twice a month. Six months in the tines start breaking off the grate hanger.

Grate hangars, not great hangars. Ordered as replacements for original hangers, had to bend and modify them to work.

Exactly what I needed. The process was simple and straightforward. Found what I was looking for, ordered it and a few days later it was at my door. Good price and good service. I can't ask for much more.

Grate hangers. The grate hangars are made well, they just don't work well. The hooks at the bottom, that attach to the ash grate, are not properly bent. This results in the hanger handles sticking out of the grill once you raise the ash grate and then you can't close the top. I don't know if the factory actually tried to use the hangars witht he grill butit's pretty obvious they haven't. All that being said the grill is a great unit. I will have to use my old hangars, the ones I bent so they could raise up the ash grate and close the top. I can't believe no one else complained about this.
