Incomplete Purchase? Read description carefully does not come with handle
NO PARTS AND can’t talk to anyone. Takes forever to get part coming up on 30 days am no part yet parts must be made after you order need to order in winter so you can have by summer
Doesn't fit although supposed to be compatible. Doesn't come with handle and the holes for a handle are too far apart to use the old handle.
I would definitely buy this and the handle again! AWESOME... exactly what we wanted. We couldn't use our grill witho ut it. The Old One disintegrated.
I will never shop Char-Griller again. This product does not fit my grill. Char-Griller do not offer a return slip. It will cost more for me to ship the product back to Char-Griller than it's worth. Warren
