No item or refund!!!! I ordered 2 handles for my husband. After a few weeks, I inquired about an update on the items. I was then told only 1 of the handles was available and woukd take 30 days to receive. I requested a full refund as my option. I still have not heard anything further or received my refund. I will like my refund please!!!!!

would definately reccomend buying rep[lacement part over get. handle lasted me about 5 years then the wood rotted replacement just as good as new

I would, have bought again. Easy to install. However, I have had to buy a new handle the last three years in a row. One end screw has become loose every year. Usually put an anchor in that end and re-tighten.

I would buy again. Replaced my old handle and worked perfectly. Also thanks for providing screws and bolts.

Solid Handle. I purchased this handle as a replacement for an old worn-out one. It matched up perfectly with the griller holes and has a solid feel.

I would recommend this product. The wooden handles were not stained to match the stain on the planks.

Really Needed. Straight Awesomeness...Just want I needed to refurbish aged grill

Will not part with my Char-Grill. I love my Char-Griller and will replace parts that need to be replaced before I would even consider replacing it with another brand. Mine is 15 years old. The shelves needed replacing so I built my own, stained them and put 2 coats of varnish on them. The handle works just fine so I replaced that. I will sand that down, stain and varnish that to match as close as I can to the shelves. I can't find one thing wrong with this grill and will not part with it. The only draw back I have, I live in Upstate NY and can't use it year round.

Handle. I used this handle to replace a cracked handle on my Char Griller side fire box.

Get the replacemend -- beats making a new one! It was a replacement for my original handle and hardware. Went on easily and quickly. I was back to grilling in no time.

I would buy this product again. Replacement part for old grill I inherited. Wasn't in the box with the other products, but the company sent one out immediately. It looks great!

Handle needs improvement. The handle needs to be drilled down the middle with a long narrow bolt to connect the handle to the brackets. As is its only tiny screws on either end. My original handle cracked down the middle and did not last long.

I would shop on this site again. Replaced my broken handle and was very easy to order parts from this site.
