Char-Griller HANDLE SIDE SFB (MODELS LISTED) – KIT (1224, 1515, 1616

Order process. The order process was easy to use and quick delivery.

Well made. Needed an extra handle for my Side fire box portable grill

Product great just horrible package experience. I should have notated the packaging of the box with a photo but when receiving the box for this products, there was a whole at the bottom of the box. Shouldn't have excepted it either. Not thinking it as a problem assuming that all the products would be packaged or at least individually packaged. Well the handle came in a clear plastic sealed package but there were no screws. As I went to put the piece on my grill, did not think to count screws as they should already be there but nope. Contacted Char-Griller customer service for product help and they sent me the screws needed. Sucked that it happened but it happens. On all the product was PERFECT but the packaging was horrible so be careful.

It was Ok. Not bad but not great. I emailed c.s. to find the part I needed. Was sent the wrong part number. Found it myself and ordered it. Was told I would get updates once it shipped. Never happened, and magicly one day it showed up. It said it was a kit assumed nuts and bolts would come with it. No had to get them myself. Im sure I will order again if I have to cause you are the only place to get parts for my grill.

Still waiting. I have received this handle, smoker box and ash holder. But still have a handle for the smoker box on backorder.
