Char-Griller KIT, FAN, GRAVITY FED

Buy from the manufacturer not Amazon. This fan works great. Had gotten a replacement off amazon and it wouldn’t go over 250. Then it would shut off. I was able to crank my smoker right up with this fan. Ran it for 12 hrs straight with zero issue.

Fan motor. There’s no improvement in the fan, the fan needs to be upgraded, the melts the fan to easily

Spare Parts to the Rescue. Exactly the parts I needed to fix my smoker. Shipment arrived intact without damage.

Still waiting. I will be happy to review the actual product when it gets delivered. I ordered the fan on March 12th and as of April 2nd it still is not here. Terrible.

Broken when i received it. I received a broken fan. I didn’t want to waste anymore time so i ordered a better made one on Amazon...it was perfect and works great.

See you guys later. Unfortunately ive been soo upset with the customer serive of this product. The first and second fan i received were broken when i got them. I just bought a reject from Amazon. I didnt have to wait a whole month to receive another broken replacement. This gravity thing is not worth it. Im going back to the traditional smoker. It wont be chargriller

New grill needed. Bought a replacement fan for my gravity grill and they have shipped me three broken fans in a bag not a box a bag. Real smart group at this warehouse.

Fan replacement. Very speedy delivery. Probably not a good idea to open the hopper and add more charcoal when it's around the fan level. I'm pretty sure I burnt the fan doing so.
